Beachgoers were mesmerized to see this exotic beauty hop gracefully and effortlessly along the rocks on those awkward poles. What they didn't know is that Shamsi had been a top circus performer back in her native India, a master of tightrope and stilt-walking for years before the tragic disease that left her bereft of limbs.
