"What is that?"

"That is my ante," David explained. It may be unusual, but they were used to David betting the unusual. He was just short of funds this week, but he'd have the money on Friday. Heck, he'd have the money with just one more hand if they dealt him in.

"This is quite unusual, sir."

David realized that, but he didn't need his assistant until the show Friday night. He tried to assuage their concern, "Don't worry, she is willing and I'm not betting all of her. I'm holding some of her back for the show Friday night."

It wasn't all a lie. She was willing to practice their modified mis-made illusion and he hadn't really talked to her since he decided to carry her legs out to the casino floor. She looked rather dumbfounded the last he had seen her. Well, her face that is. He was looking at some of her right now.

"How should I value this, sir?"

"What value do you usually give me for a pair of legs?", he asked. Honestly, he didn't really remember. He'd lost his last assistant Cindy in one drunken night of gambling he'd prefer to forget, and forget he had.

"There appears to be an arm and hand as well, sir."

"Well, yes, you see she gets a little excited when we do this illusion and those must have been beneath her when the blade separated the boxes. But don't you mind that, it is just her legs and an arm. Her naughtier bits are back in another box."

He'd really prefer to keep that other box for later tonight if possible, but he was willing to gamble it if things didn't break his way.

"I'll give you $250, sir."

That wouldn't be enough to get him back to even. He was sure of it.

"How much would you give me for the box with her breasts?", he asked.

"$500, sir."

"I'll be right back."
