As Larry finds out about the blueberry virus he vows to cure it, to not be barred by fear of people knowing that he helped create the first blueberry girl. But Red won't have it. He wants the genious behind the blueberry women working for him, so his blueberry girls will keep him around at any, juicy cost. (This story is in early access on my Patreon and will come to DA on Oct 9th.)

“Hey, will you get a load of this?”  Larry sighed as Olivia walked into the room.  “You are never going to believe it, Larry weary.”

He narrowed his eyes at the blueberry woman.  “Why are you here?”

She turned on the television.  “Oh, come on, sourpuss.  Just watch.”  She pointed at the screen.  “Look.”

Larry rolled his eyes and looked back at his computer.  “I doubt there is anything of interest in the news.  They just have it to scare you.”

“Oh yeah?  So, you have heard about the blueberry virus?”

“The what now?”  He looked past her and at the television.  These two ladies, who were bright blue and naked, were sitting in front of a camera.  “What the fucking hell?  Where is this?”

“California.”  Olivia shrugged.  “They have been going back and forth about this being an epidemic or something we should all embrace.  I love it.  Let the juice flow, girls.”  She cheered.  “You have your priorities straight.”

Larry stood up.  “No, they don’t.  This isn’t anything that should be forced upon anyone.”

She looked at him in confusion.  “Huh?  What are you talking about?”

“Nothing.”  He shook his head.  “Look, tell Red I am taking an extended leave of absence.”  He walked to the door.  “I have.  . . something I need to attend to.  I probably won’t be back for a long time.”

“But what about the projects you were working on?”

“If he is so inclined to get at that research, it’s on my computer.  The fucking bastard can have it.”  He walked out the door.  “I don’t care what Red does.  The worst has happened and there is a blueberry outbreak.  Linda. . . I am sorry.  I should have never let you stay the way you were.  I am going to fix this.  I am going to cure everyone.  I am going to stop this the only way I know how.  Even if the world hates me for starting all this in the first place.”
