              She hurried past him. “Thank you. I will just be a moment.”

              Ester crossed her arms. “It’s fine. Take your time.”

              Terry rushed up the wooden stairs as she ran her hands through her hair.  Slow down. I just came here to rest, not play around with these people.  She shook her head as she went to the second floor. What is wrong with me? I feel so hot when I look at these people, and I can’t stop giggling.  She grasped the amulet around her neck.  I need to get better control over myself.

              She opened the door to the bathroom and walked inside. “Alone at last.” She sighed and locked the door. “I just wish I knew why it was so hot.”

              Terry walked over to the sink and turned on the water. “Ahh, so cool.” She splashed some water in her face. “Ahh.” She looked up and out the window to see the moon once more. “You again? Aren’t you a cutie tonight?” She stared at the moon as her hands grasped the amulet around her neck. “Such a cute moon. Soo warm and fuzzy.” The amulet around her neck began to glow.

              Terry felt her right hand begin to shake. “Huh?” She held it in front of her head. “What is going on?”
