Born and raised in the city, she's long admired the Magical Girls that protect it from assorted Villains. Having no powers of her own however, any childhood dreams were just that, dreams. After graduating, she had been feeling lonely as she felt her friends had grown distant, until discovering that they had formed a team of Magical Girls themselves. Joining the MGA as a Handler, in charge of supporting the Vitalizers, she's honestly just happy she can be with her friends again.&nbsp;<br /><br />Having no magical abilities of her own, Hina helps her friends using an array of magitech tools that let her assist them from afar - scanners, drones, maintaining comms between them, and more. As far as offensive potential goes, she's pretty much just a normal human though - and if she's actually forced to get close to the field, is extremely vulnerable to attack by even the weakest minions of a Villain.&nbsp;<br /><br />While cheerful and friendly by nature, she has an issue of keeping her problems to herself, as well as crippling indecision. Always dwelling on the road not travelled and terrified of making a wrong choice, sometimes to the point of paralysis over even inconsequential choices. Frankly, she's just happy she got a job now.&nbsp;
