Lulu is out of the Arcane Sanctuary on some expedition or other, and decided to leave it in the care of friend/rival/fellow writer Hato, along with her loyal dog-girl-golem Gabriella. Unfortunately, Hato isn't much of a dog person, and tries her best to get rid of the dog-girl.
