Izanami decides that one day she'll take a break from villainy (mostly to stop Hikari pestering her), but it seems the universe conspires against her - everywhere she goes is already under attack by some villain or other and then Akemi shows up to pursue her self-proclaimed nemesis. Then, Izanami gets the idea to let one problem solve the other...
