Kirishima, also known as the hero in training Red Riot, was in a decent mood for the first time in months. That was a rare thing, lately - several U.A. students, most of them in his class, had vanished without a trace in the last few months, which had understandably soured his and everyone else’s moods. His best friend Bakugo was the first and not the last. Then, even some professional heroes started to disappear. There was talk of shutting down U.A. if it failed so blatantly to protect it’s students. The atmosphere was rather grim.

But Kirishima was irrepressible. He would keep fighting, and he would be a hero, and he’d find his friends if it was the last thing he did! And he was pretty sure he’d just found his chance, tailing a certain hero.

Aizawa was… smart. The first few times Kirishima had trailed him, starting a month ago, he’d given him the slip. That was definitely not because Kirisihma was about as subtle as a brick to the face, and just because Aizawa was smart. But he’d been practicing, and this time, Aizawa didn’t seem to notice him. Maybe he was getting better at the whole subtlety angle.

The professor had been even more vehement about finding the students than Kirishima, in his own way - he wasn’t one for dramatic declarations of vengeance and manly oaths, he was one who just acted. The only reason that he hadn’t seen Kirishima, as much as the young boy would hate to admit it, was probably not his impeccable disguise. It was that Aizawa was on the trail and had better things to worry about than an unsubtle shadow.

He followed him into a rather nice part of town. Not the sort of place one would expect villains to be hiding, for sure. This made Kirishima wonder about what was going on - had he been detected after all, and the man was just keeping him in a safe place? It didn’t seem like Aizawa’s style, he’d have just turned around and dragged Kirishima back to U.A. - he was breaching curfew after all. But when Aizawa looked around the quiet street, before pulling on his goggles and kicking open a door, Kirishima knew he was in the right place.

-----

It was difficult to follow a cold trail, but Aizawa had done hero work for a long time. This villain was getting bolder and bolder, but they hadn’t been caught yet. Which meant they were also cautious. Search after search had been done in the areas where students and even heroes had been last seen before going missing, and not so much as an empty lair had been discovered.

The villain, and at this point it had to be one, cast their net wide, but stuck to certain areas at certain times. Usually, that would indicate that they’d moved. In Aizawa’s estimation, the fact they hadn’t found them yet disproved that. So that left the other option - the villain was operating from a base far out of their usual hunting grounds, so that nobody would think to look.

And what do you know, some digging showed that someone had been making a lot of suspect purchases, and paying a lot of money for discretion. It hadn’t been easy, and had involved some questionably legal wiretaps and threats - but Aizawa was looking for his damn students, and at this point, he was mad enough to sidestep some things.

The place he’d managed to track down ended up being in one of the more well off sections of the city, but underground all the same - even neighborhoods like this had their alleyways, and while this one was a whole lot cleaner than what you’d see downtown, that didn’t make the basement entrance seem less shady.

Still - if the villain that had taken so many was possibly down there, he had to go. He could have waited for backup, but in such close quarters anyone else might just get in the way. If it went down to some kind of big underground base, sure, but if it were just a basement then he’d be best off on his own. He kicked in the basement door and pulled on his goggles, and got ready for a fight.

At first he thought he’d stepped into an odd warehouse. Boxes lined the place, most of them fairly small with some exceptions, some with figurines standing on top of them - specifically, figurines that were overly sexualized caricatures of other heroes. Whatever business this villain was in, it seemed to be booming.

The villain was nowhere to be found. Nor was anyone else, for that matter. That left three possibilities. They’d heard him coming and bolted - it was possible, if unlikely, that there was some secret entrance here. They could have never been here at all, in which case he’d pay out of pocket to replace the door and go on his way. The third option, was of course, that they were in there with him.

He whirled around and made eye contact with the woman just as she touched him. His eyes glowed behind his goggles, and his hair started to raise across his body, but she didn’t seem to notice. “You know, you pro heroes usually put up more of a fight. That’s the end of that, huh~?” she said.

“Interesting attack.” Aizawa said simply, before launching his scarf at the woman. The almost vicious grin she’d had on her face melted into confusion as she realized her Quirk wasn’t taking effect. She managed to duck the blow, but Eraserhead’s capture weapon began to wrap around her.

She pulled a knife from the sleeve of her obscuring cloak and cut the cloth - not much, but loosening it enough to slip free. Then she went at Aizawa again, but he caught her by the wrist and diverted the force to the side. She missed, and was now entirely too close. He dodged the kick she’d begun before she even thought to do it, and kicked her to her knees. “I’ll take it that you have a contact Quirk, then.”

He started wrapping the scarf around her to bind her in place, but heard something. A look of desperation flashed across the villainess’ face. “Ha! That was too easy, Eraserhead-” she started.

Before Aizawa could forcibly shut her mouth, he heard a shout from just off to the right. “I’m coming sensei!” A familiar voice shouted, and suddenly red flashed across his vision before a shelf came crashing down on top of him and the villainess.

“Kirishima, you fool-” Aizawa started, as the Red Riot picked him up. Dust and debris was everywhere, and the fall had knocked his goggles loose enough for them to get at him; he’d have to blink… and he’d lost eye contact with the villainess.

“Where’d that villain go? She had you on the ropes, didn’t she?” Kirishima asked, confused.

“I can’t believe you fell for that! I was desperate, I didn’t think it’d work!” The villainess said. She’d managed to get a hand on each of their shoulders while they weren’t looking, and before Aizawa could turn she managed to trigger her quirk and freeze them in place. “Thanks, kid. I’ll make sure you look nice when I’m done with you. Of course, the Collector only deals in nice merch~”

“You- You’ll regret messing with the Red Riot! I’m not so easy to defeat!” Kirishima shouted, trying to move - but he found he simply couldn’t make anywhere besides his mouth move.

Aizawa was quiet. He wanted to talk, to perhaps come up with some plan with Kirishima - but the Collector was keeping his mouth shut. Unlike Kirishima, he couldn’t talk; maybe she was trying to avoid exactly that. He couldn’t turn his head to look at the villainess, and thus couldn’t cancel out her Quirk. He did have a solid view of Kirishima, though, and got a good look as he began to... transform?

“Hey, I feel… kinda weird…” he said. His feet felt sort of tingly, especially down in his legs. He felt the tingling creeping up his legs, but couldn’t look to see what was going on. Aizawa could see, though - his legs were slimming down, changing and becoming thinner and less masculine.

The transformation climbing his body soon became more apparent to him. It was good he was frozen, or else he’d have stumbled from his hips expanding outwards while his ass ballooned. “What’s… what’s going- why does my…” he stammered, as the feeling washed over his crotch - and the transformation got to work there. He let out a surprised yelp as he felt something almost get sucked inside of him, and groaned as the inner workings of his body adjusted to his new anatomy. Or rather, her new anatomy.

“Nobody buys anything based on male heroes, besides the pretty boys like Hawk.” The Collector said, as if that were an explanation. “You’re plenty good looking in my opinion, but business is business!”

Kirishima tried to respond, but couldn’t make herself speak. As the transformation continued onwards, Aizawa blinked in surprise - now that it had left Kirishima’s pants behind (now being worn by dramatically more feminine legs and hips), it was clear to see that the young hero’s skin tone was changing to a hot pink shade. Kirishima’s waist thinned as the pink climbed it, and not long after it hit her chest. The moment it did, her chest started to swell - and this, Kirisihma could see. “H-Hey, what the hell are those!?” she shouted, watching them grow into moderately sized and distinctly feminine breasts, gaping at them as they hung out from the chest-baring superhero costume he’d worn. The pink didn’t stop for him to look, already crawling up his neck and down his slimming shoulders.

“Breasts. Boobies. Tits. Take your pick, I don’t care what you call them.” The Collector said. “A pretty nice set, but not the nicest you’ll get.”

As her adam’s apple vanished with the transformation of her neck, Kirishima’s threats and complaints took a lighter, more feminine tone - and her voice was familiar. “The heck... why do I sound like Mina?”

“Because you’re becoming a very cute girl, if I say so myself.” The Collector said.

“You… I’m a man! A man among men!” Kirisihma’s complaints were quite loud, but not very convincing when delivered in the voice of a young woman. Soon, the pink crept up her face and head. She winced as he felt his features being rearranged, bones reshaping and even her eyes changing. When she opened them again, they were the same black-sclerae and yellow pupils as her classmate. She felt a uniquely strange feeling as horns grew from her hair, which had turned from red to pink and became short but very fluffy. Finally, she abruptly shrank over a dozen centimeters. From the outside, Kirishima had been completely replaced by her classmate Mina, wearing Red Riot’s outfit.

“Hmmm… I could stop here… or, I could just keep having some fun.” The Collector said with a grin, looking over Kirishima and making sure to stay out of Aizawa’s line of sight. “You say you’re a man, right? Well, I want to be absolutely sure nobody else would mistake you for one~”

Suddenly, the transformation picked up again. This time, there was no gradual transformation from bottom to top. It was all at once, all across Kirishima’s body. Her bust ballooned even further, her breasts growing until they were nearly the size of her head. Her waist narrowed more, as if she were wearing a corset, while her bottom grew big enough to actually tear her pants. Even her thighs thickened, until she was a curvy, hourglass-bodied caricature of Mina Ashido.

This was further reinforced as her torn clothes reassembled themselves into a new shape, a purple and green leotard forming on her body. It clung tightly enough that even though it covered the sensitive parts of her, it still left nothing to the imagination - and her womanhood was quite clearly outlined at her crotch. The newly made Mina’s outfit was completed by the addition of a cropped waistcoat over the leotard, with a fluff-covered neck, and a pair of boots.

“Looking good, ‘Red Riot’. Although that’s not you anymore, is it?” The Collector said, then turned her attention to Aizawa. “Now, you… I can’t keep dancing around your eyes. I… honestly don’t know whether you’d keep the power if I did what I usually did to you. So how about…” She snapped her fingers, as an idea came to her.

Aizawa’s vision went black immediately. Of course - she’d messed with his eyes. He felt strange, around his head - it wasn’t painful, but… odd. Soon, though, he could see again. But it was still a weird feeling, because he couldn’t feel his eyes at all anymore.

“S-Sensei!” Kirishima cried out, as she watched the transformation begin. In nearly an instant, Aizawa’s head had… changed. Unlike Kirishima, he didn’t seem to be turning into a specific person. His head had turned pure black and… while she couldn’t touch him to be sure, the texture certainly didn’t look the way skin felt. It looked almost silky. The new color kept going down Aizawa’s body, taking more and more of his skin. As it did, Aizawa’s position changed. He stood up straight, arms locked at his sides.

The hero grunted, but as the color took over his neck he found he couldn’t make a sound anymore - his vocal cords had vanished, and unbeknownst to him his face had lost all features. He couldn’t speak even if the Collector loosened her control. “There, without eyes, you can’t take my Quirk away, now can you~?” The Collector asked, although she knew well he couldn’t respond. She watched with glee as his body started to sag and crumple as the new texture crawled along his shoulders and down his back, taking more and more of him.

As it made contact with his clothes, they took on the same color and seemed to almost meld with his body. The color wouldn’t slow and it wasn’t long before, as it reached Aizawa’s legs, he fell over. He couldn’t stand anymore, as most of his muscles had been changed. “Silk is my favorite material to work with, when it comes to this kind of thing. You don’t get much more comfortable than silk.”

“Change him back!” Kirishima demanded. “Change him back, or I’ll-”

“Or you’ll what? Shake that sexy little ass at me? You’re getting in the spirit already.” The Collector laughed. She waved a hand, and Aizawa began to shrink where he lay on the ground, more and more until he was a fraction of his former size. “What to make out of you now… well, I have a brand for sexy goods, so I guess it’s obvious.”

It was difficult to distinguish any of the old Aizawa amongst the black silk, and if it hadn’t been difficult already his next transformation made it impossible. What had once been his arms raized up and bent at an awkward angle, back over his body. They grew longer and longer, while the main body thinned and thinned. He was stretched out more and more, until any remaining distinguishing features were utterly invisible.

The Collector reached down and picked up Aizawa, showing him to Kirishima and letting her see what her sensei had become -  a black silken thong. It would be utterly impossible to believe it had been a person, let alone that it had been Aizawa, if Kirishima hadn’t watched it happen. “How do you like it? I don’t usually do clothing, so I need your honest thoughts.”

“I think that you’re going down for this!” Kirishima shouted.

“Jeez, tough crowd huh? Yeah, it’s a bit too plain…” The Collector said, bringing a hand to her chin and thinking about what to do. Then she snapped her finger. “Ah-hah! I’ve got it. You’re an inspiration, sexy.” she said. In her hand, the newly made panties shifted and changed even further, hot pink stripes appearing across its length. “A bit of color was what it needed, definitely.”

Kirisihma tried to talk once again, but found that now she couldn’t speak. The Collector continued. “Now then… let’s finish you up. I just wanted you to watch that while you could still grumble about it~” she said. Before she was even done talking, Kirishima felt the strange tingling return, all across her body. Suddenly, the Collector - who was already taller than her new form - seemed a giant, and was only getting bigger and bigger. At which point, Kirishima realized the villainess wasn’t getting better - it was Kirishima who was getting smaller.

Soon, the transformed hero was tiny, barely as high as the Collector’s ankles, and that wasn’t nearly the end of the change. She suddenly felt incredibly stiff. She already couldn’t move, but this was different - she watched as her body changed before her eyes, starting from her outstretched hand. It gained a glossy, artificial texture. It looked like the arm of some toy. That texture wouldn’t stop there, spreading up her arm, with a similar tingling feeling at her feet and her legs.

Gradually, Kirishima was turning to plastic. High quality plastic, true, but plastic nonetheless. It spread inwards from her extremities, turning her body from organic flesh to artificial materials, making sure nobody would ever suspect what she’d once been. The plastic covered her crotch, and she moaned loudly - while it felt weird elsewhere, when it reached there it felt incredibly pleasurable. She didn’t see it and could hardly feel it, but her crotch became a much softer material, much more pleasurable and responsive to feel and hold, along with her ass.

As the feeling climbed her neck, she couldn’t pay much attention - she was too busy feeling it claiming her bust at the same time, and reveling in how good it felt. She knew it was bad, that it was a sign of her continuing transformation. She knew that somewhere, deep down, somewhere smothered by how nice it felt in the moment. She was still reeling from that pleasure as it finally claimed her face and froze it solid, in that ecstatic, almost horny expression that the pleasurable transformation had forced onto her face.

Picking up the two new pieces of merch, the Collector sighed with happiness. Ah, this was the best part of her job. She just had to take some pictures, and they’d probably be sold in minutes. “Hmmm… I wonder if I should say anything special about you two…” she said. She looked at the thong. “...A nice bit of underwear... I bet if it’s been worn, some sicko will value it more. Maybe I’ll wear you for a bit, until you’re sold off. Bet you’d like that, wouldn’t you? Well, if you don’t now, you will soon.”

It wouldn’t be very long at all until they were sold, she was sure. She had a few very regular buyers who were always on the prowl for new figures and other merchandise…

-----

It wasn’t the first time and it wouldn’t be the last time that Mineta had bought something from this seller, and he was looking forward to the quality goods as he brought his package into his room. It was a slightly different order than usual - in addition to the usual sexy figure of a popular heroine, he’d seen a limited edition set of panties that were “donated by an anonymous heroine”. He figured it was probably Midnight, she was kinky enough to sell off a pair of panties.

As he opened the box up, there they were! A sexy pink figurine of a certain classmate of his (he wondered how they got the rights to their likeness? Maybe the modifications were enough to be legally distinct), and a pair of panties that looked almost like new. It felt weird to buy clothes he wasn’t planning to wear… but he’d find a use for them.

Humming happily, he strode to his bed past the figure shelf. He was utterly unaware that his assorted figurines and new thong were still thinking.

The thong didn’t do a lot of thinking, but it did a bit. It missed being worn by it’s first owner, but now it was being held again. It wanted to be used, and it didn’t much care for how! While the transformed objects usually lasted a while, mentally speaking, the Collector had wanted to be sure Aizawa couldn’t recover - thus, she’d worn the new thong, and in doing so thoroughly remolded it’s mind to its new state. What little thinking it did revolved around being used.

For the figure’s part… well, it was also a fair way gone. Kirishima still had… some of her mind. But she was having difficulty remembering why she was so worried about things. Her new Owner had taken her in, and that was… bad? It sounded good, but it felt like it was bad. She saw as she passed the shelf of figurines, kept in decent condition and clearly cleaned often. So it was a good Owner right?

The figurines on the shelf - Midnight, Mount Lady, Uravity, and Mirko - watched Mineta bring his new toys to bed, conflicted. On the one hand, they seethed with jealousy. On the other, they were grateful that their owner would be made so happy - and that his happiness meant his other toys would soon come into play.

-----

The Collector was in an exceptionally good mood, popping the cork off a celebratory wine bottle as she always did after a big sale. That had been happening a lot these days, ever since she’d gotten her Quirk enhanced by that burly man with the weird helmet - before that, her transformations were temporary and took forever, barely usable in a fight! But now, she could take out even high class heroes like Eraserhead with ease! Nevermind that she’d been helped by an idiot student of his.

As she downed a glass, she lay back in her chair, relaxing in the quiet. It had been hell to reorganize the place, but she’d managed to sell off all the goods and that made it easier. As she lay back in the quiet, she noticed that it wasn’t quite as silent as she’d first thought…

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Standing up, she investigated the sound. A little black disk with a blinking red light, beeping. A tracker? Had Eraserhead suspected that he would be taken, and made precautions? She couldn’t take any risks with what it was. In case it was recording, she stomped on it, breaking it into pieces.

Then, she turned to her computer. With all it’s files, and the records of purchases, they could use it to find her clients and their merch - not something she wanted to besmirch her reputation. So it had to go. She touched the computer, morphing it until it was simply a little box of inert rubber, it’s files completely unusable.

It was time to bug out, and she had prepared for this. Hitting a hidden button under her desk, a secret exit opened up. Gathering up her emergency go-bag, she left her hideout behind. She’d have to leave the city for a while, let the heat die down - there were plenty of places in the world where people wanted merch, she wasn’t short on options for new locales. Maybe it’d be an opportunity to go international…
