The Hacker was a rather successful villain. He’d made it well beyond the time that most villains would have crashed and burned - not only had he managed to transform one magical girl in addition to a variety of civilians, he’d managed to transform an entire team of magical girls! And he was still at large, having left little behind at his crime scenes and, after he captured that first magical girl, committing his crimes by proxy.
That first transformation - turning the chainsaw-wielding magical girl Yuri Yamazaki into his personal head minion (and lover~) Unit 5, aka Sayuri - was the one he always replayed in his mind; it had been the most personally dangerous attack and had worked flawlessly due to the surprise he’d managed to achieve. After that, having a reasonably powerful magical girl following his every order made it so much easier to snowball in power. He had a dozen girls now, not even counting the former magical girl team! He’d made it over the hurdle that toppled most villains!
That personal touch to the transformation had him keep coming back to it, even as he was served in all capacities by the former civilians - he had so many he’d stopped coming up with names, referring to them by the unit numbers emblazoned on their rear ends. But there was just something about former heroes, young women who should have by all rights been stopping him, instead serving his every whim! He delighted in their transformations, in making them nearly unrecognizable from their former selves. Unit 6, Ayame, was so stiff and formal compared to her friendly and cheerful self, Kasumi. And Unit 7, going by the name Miku, was a sexy, kinda dumb, slut as opposed to the frigid Kaori.
And then, of course, was Sayuri - his favorite, but not quite one without flaws. He’d honestly not changed her too much compared to the others, as he’d needed her to infiltrate the team’s base, and being unrecognizable would have made that rather difficult. She was a bit more smug than Yuri had been, more cruel and vicious - she was, in the end, a villain now after all. But a lot of her rambling speech and overactive imagination had been retained. Unit 5 was, perhaps, a bit outdated compared to 6 and 7 - after all, she’d been his first experience dealing with magical girls.
As if summoned by his thoughts, one of the generic minion bots - this one with the number 11 stamped on it’s bottom - stood straight up, ceasing it’s prior task of giving him a back massage. “Units 5, 6, 7, returning from excursion.” Unit 11 reported. “Reporting complications in mission completion.” She blinked, and relaxed her posture. “Should I keep going, Master?”
“No, that’s fine, Unit 11.” He said. “2?” The gynoid servant lounging on his lap smiled at him devilishly, and he gave her a quick kiss before gesturing for her to extricate herself. “I have to attend to Sayuri, Ayame, and Miku. Do as you please until I get back, girls.”
“Yes, Master!” over half a dozen voices replied in unison. Oh, yeah, that felt nice… they’d probably need a new bed by the time he was done that night.
As he walked to the entrance of the elaborate underground base he’d set up, he heard the arguing well before he saw his servants. “-your own fault, Sayuri.” A prim, proper voice was saying. That’d be Ayame.
“Is not! If we’d just all busted in together like I’d said, we’d have been able to take them allll down in a cool combination attack before they even realized we were there!” This was a more peppy, energetic tone. Sayuri then.
“Girls, why don’t we like, just kiss and make up. And maybe do a lot more than kiss, ehehe~” The third voice chimed in, Miku being the voice of, if not reason, sexiness.
The trio of gynoid servants were arguing amongst themselves as they walked down the halls. As soon as the Hacker turned the corner, though, they turned their attention to him. “We’re back, Master!” they declared in unison.
“Welcome back.” he said with a smile, taking a moment to grope at Miku’s breast (eliciting a playful giggle and lustful moan from her, as well as envious glares from the other two) before returning to business. “I’m afraid we don’t have much time. I’m told there were… complications?”
“Well, we did complete the mission…” Sayuri said. “All the information they had on finding your base is wrecked, Master! I put in a little virus that’ll transform anyone who tries to restore them, too~”
“Unfortunately, she did this by busting through a wall and zapping the computer.” Ayame said. “Because of this, I am under the impression they’ve realized they were on our trail. And knowing who did it, they’ll know who they were getting close to as well.”
“The guards were cute. I’m disappointed we couldn’t nab one for you, Master~” Miku giggled.
“And if you’d come with me we could have busted everything!” Sayuri grumbled. “It’s still stealth if everyone who could have said it was you is turned into a sexbot!”
The Hacker sighed loudly. “...Ayame’s right, it would probably have been better to be discreet.”
Ayame smirked, and Sayuri fumed. “...Sorry, Master…”
“It’s fine, Sayuri - you still delayed them finding this place.”
“Well now that that’s all settled!” Miku said cheerfully, pushing her metallic chest into her Master’s arms. “Why don’t we go like, fuck and cheer up~”
“Maybe later, Miku.” the Hacker said, giving her a quick kiss. “Ayame, go sort out the drones, make sure they’re all doing their jobs.”
“Of course, Master.” Ayame sharply saluted.
“Miku, you go with her and listen to her.”
“Okaaaaay~” Miku cheerfully sing-songed as she skipped after the other bot.
“Sayuri…” the Hacker said. “I think you’re in need of some… maintenance, some updates. You were my first combat gynoid, so maybe my skills were a little rough.”
“Nonsense!” Sayuri said, frowning. “You’re always perfect, Master, which means you made me perfectly.”
“Sure, whatever you say,” the Hacker said. “I’m still going to need to perform some routine maintenance. You need to learn some subtlety. Maybe a bit more - I need to make sure you’re up to date.”
Sayuri seemed honestly put out at that. “...Ok, Master, fine…” she grumbled. “I was made to obey…”
The two walked to a small room that contained an assortment of computers and machines for the robots - meant to run checks on newly created robots as they arrive, but also quite useful for quick maintenance. The Hacker sat by the computer and gestured for Sayuri to lay on the table beside it.
Instead, though, she looked with curiosity at the computer. “Hey, Master, did you upgrade this one? It’s looking nice…” she said, rubbing her hand across the desktop tower.
“Hm?” Oh, yes, I did.” the Hacker said. “But that’s besides the point. Lay down, Sayuri. That’s an order.”
“Yes, master…” she groaned, laying down and allowing him to plug the computer into her.
Data flowed across the screen, and he groaned. “Man…”
“What is it, Master? Is something wrong? I did get a bit of a hit during the scuffle so-”
“No, it’s no damage. I’m just… wow, I was really bad at coding back when I made you…”
Sayuri frowned. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
“It’s poorly formatted, has so many avoidable errors…” the Hacker shook his head, this was going to be a total rewrite.
“Oh. I’m poorly coded, huh.” Sayuri said in a flat tone.
Not noticing her irritation, he waved her off. “Enter maintenance mode.”
“Yes, Master…” she said. He wasn’t looking, but before the glow in her eyes faded and her expression turned neutral, she was giving him a harsh glare.
He cracked his knuckles and got to work. He groaned louder - he’d even done bad commenting, only leaving descriptions of what each segment did but not each part of those segments. It wasn’t that there was some big, critical error - though he did notice that there was a bit extra independence that wasn’t supposed to be there, maybe she did have something knocked loose - so much as a cavalcade of small ones.
He was hyper-focused on coding. He typed and typed and typed, fingers flying across the keyboard. So focused that he didn’t even notice the metallic sheen that had come over his fingers.
The silvery grey color crept up his fingers, the movements growing stiff for a brief time before improving to a machine precision as his hands were completely taken. The silver crawled up his arms and kept going, weak flesh stiffening and strengthening to metal. Interestingly, it wasn’t just turning what was there to metal. By the time it had reached his shoulders, his arms were significantly more slender, delicate looking than they had been before the transformation.
The silver quickly spread over his body, his shoulders slimming down as the metal raced downwards. It was changing his figure dramatically. He had once had a strong, masculine figure, but by the time that his torso was half overtaken his body was clearly feminine. Even his chest wouldn’t remain male, the metal bulging outwards into a set of modest breasts.
As the metal started to slide down his thighs and adjust his proportions to match his - or rather, as it converted the Hacker’s groin, her - new form, it also began to creep up her face. For a moment, her vision was blocked out, but as her new robotic eyes flashed active she was easily able to resume her task.
It was a rather absorbing task - the errors were so structural that she really had to rewrite it entirely. So she decided she’d just go ahead and make a new personality profile. As for what that profile should be… she decided she’d make her own ideal girlfriend. She’d turn Sayuri into a cute nerdy girl, let her keep her cheer and her occasional penchant for being a bit of an adorable dumbass. He’d make her super affectionate, but easily embarrassed, that was always cute. She’d be able to help the Hacker with programming, and by being a cute sub when they got into the bed. It was a perfect plan! As she finished the new personality profile, designated ‘Chiyo’, she hit the ‘upload’ button…
And a progress bar appeared. At the top of her own vision. “...Huh. That’s not right.”
“Ehehehe~” Sayuri giggled. The plug that had connected her to the computer wasn’t in her, but in the Hacker’s own belly. In the Hacker’s distinctly metallic belly. “Sorry, Master~ I’m just following my programming and your orders!”
“What… what are you on about!?” the Hacker stammered, as the progress bar ticked up to ten percent. She tried to pull the plug, but she found she couldn’t make herself grasp it.
“Well, a few things! One: I’m programmed to convert all humans! You didn’t make the command ‘all humans except me’, but I figured I should prioritize, you know?” Sayuri said. “By the way, you look waaaay cuter this way! You were sexy before, but I still love the look~”
“Oh, thank you- wait that’s not the point!” The Hacker cursed his own lack of forethought - of course an easy error like that was in the mess that was Sayuri’s code.
“I moved up the timetable a bit after you showed you weren’t perfect. After all, if there’s errors in my code, how could you be? So I decided I had to make you perfect! I put a copy of the robotification virus into your computer, and then I faked a maintenance mode shutdown, and when you were focused on your coding I plugged the connector into you instead of me~”
“Huh, I guess you can be a bit subtle-” the Hacker shook her head. The progress bar was at thirty percent, and she was finding it hard to disagree with Sayuri. Damnit, why did she program such high submission into the personality-
It was not at all helped as Sayuri pressed real close. “Don’t worry, love~ You get to be super cute and I get to keep being your lover! You just have to let me make the decisions from now on, ok? I saw the code, you’re going to be booksmart, but kinda a dumbass anyway. It’ll be adorable, but you can’t be left running the place~”
“T-That’s-” it sounded right, and with Sayuri’s breasts pressing into Chi- the Hacker’s own, it was hard to think of anything to say. Fifty percent and speeding up.
“You should just transfer your authority to me, shouldn’t you? Let me handle everything. All you have to do is be my cute, sexy girlfriend.” Sayuri whispered into the Hacker’s ear.
She shivered with arousal - it sounded so right. So good. “Ah… ok… authorization one, three, three, 7… transfer control…” the Hacker gasped. Eighty percent.
“Thank you~” Sayuri said. She gave the Hacker a kiss on the lips as the counter shot to 100%.
As the transformation completed, the Hacker was gone. The number 0 imprinted itself on the new gynoid’s rear end, as she went through the reboot process. For a bit, Sayuri just played with the metal statue that the Hacker had become, waiting for her to come back.
The statue’s eyes flashed to pink, signifying activity. “Lover Gynoid 0 reporting!” she exclaimed cheerfully. “Thanks for fixing me, Sayuri~ I’m perfect now!”
“That’s right, Chiyo~” Sayuri said, giving her lover another kiss. “You want to go share the good news?”
“Of course I do, Mistress!” Chiyo said cheerfully. “Should I be ready to reprogram anyone who tries to resist?”
“Yep! And when we’re done, we can go spend some time in bed~”
If robots could blush, Chiyo would be. “O-O-Oh, I’d love to, I’m so honored-”
Sayuri gave the new cute robot a squeeze on the butt, and giggled at the surprised squeak she made. Yep! Master was perfect now! She was way better as a cute robot than as a meatbag. Sayuri and Chiyo left the maintenance room, going towards the main lounge, where the rest of the robots would be waiting for their Master to return...
