Being a ghost, as it turns out, is terribly dull.
Mipha of the Zora had died over a hundred years ago, but had never really gotten used to the boredom. For the vast majority of that time, she had been under assault by Waterblight Ganon. Terrifying but not boring. Then she’d been rescued, and allowed to help save Princess Zelda and Hyrule by piloting Divine Beast Vah Ruta. Exciting. And then… she’d stuck around, after that. She wasn’t sure why she didn’t move on. She wanted to. But instead she spent day after day essentially haunting Vah Ruta, not being able to leave or do anything. Maybe she just couldn’t let go of…
She couldn’t well blush, being a ghost without any blood. Her mind made a spirited attempt to convince her otherwise with the heat rising to her cheeks at the thought of Link. She’d been over a hundred when she’d died and been a ghost for another hundred years since. She’d helped save the world from Ganon. There was nobody who could say she wasn’t a mature adult. And here she was acting like a child with a crush at the thought of the Hylian hero.
He’d visited a few times, keeping her updated on the progress in the reconstruction of the kingdom’s recovery. She always looked forward to it. She had even managed to convincingly not act jealous of Zelda when he mentioned her or she came too. She’d had her chance to be with him but fate had stolen it away, and to an extent she’d made her peace with that. Still, it didn’t mean she couldn’t be giddy at the prospect of him showing up, apparently. But the blush faded and her mood turned somewhere between worried and bitter. He was two months late.
He had never been an hour late before.
Logically speaking, it meant that there was something going on he had to deal with. He was Zelda’s closest confidant and guard, and even in his silence had a significant role in running the kingdom. It was entirely reasonable for him to have some pressing concern that kept him at the castle, and indeed, he probably spent too much time checking on her anyway.
Emotionally speaking, she had the soul crushing worry that he’d somehow forgotten about her, but that was stomped quickly - she knew him better than that. Which left either the logical answer, or the worst case “something terrible has happened” scenario which would mean that Link was hurt or worse.
She decided to believe the logical version. Or she wanted to, at least.
It was as she was contemplating this, that a shiver went down her spine. Or well. The ghostly equivalent of it. Something felt strange, wrong.
Mipha had died piloting Vah Ruta and still held significant control over the mechanical Divine Beast in death - in fact, in many ways she had more control than she had in life. Her senses extended out through the whole construct. One could argue that it had become her body. Which is why when she felt weird, she knew something was wrong with Vah Ruta.
It felt like something was crawling up her leg. She didn’t know what, but if it was Link he’d have just used his Sheikah Slate to teleport in, or else just waved at her from the shore. So it couldn’t have been him. Which meant it was something, or someone, else.
Mipha concentrated hard, and closed her eyes. When she opened them, she was floating around the outside of Vah Ruta. She couldn’t go far, but she could examine the hull from the outside and look for whatever was climbing up.
At first, the search didn’t bear any fruit; she thought she might be imagining the strange itch on the leg. But just as she was about to give up and return to Vah Ruta’s interior, she caught a flash of movement in the shadows of one of the ridges on Vah Ruta’s leg, near the trunk. She floated over, looking for where it had gone. There was hardly any sign that something was there. She was getting paranoid, jumping at shadows…
“Hehehe~ Hey there cutie~”
Mipha whirled around to see a redheaded woman clad in a skin-tight, black and red bodysuit, clinging to the leg of Vah Ruta like a spider. Mipha had no idea how she was managing to hold on, but she recognized the mask - a white half-mask with a red symbol on it covering her upper face, leaving red-painted lips in their mad grin. The Yiga mask must have been what gave Mipha the sudden intense feeling of familiarity as she saw the soldier.
“Who are you!?” Mipha demanded, “What do you want with Vah Ruta? Your lord is dead!”
“Oh Saki was right, you’re adorable!” the Yiga trilled, “Mastah will like you, I’m sure~”
“Calamity Ganon’s been defeated! You don’t have a master anymore!” Mipha didn’t know why she bothered… the grinning ninja was clearly mad, as all Yiga were. She raised a hand, and the divine beast grinded into motion.
“Well isn’t that rude!” the nameless ninja cried out as the leg she was on started shaking. “If I wasn’t so good at this, I’d have been shaken right off! But Mastah Ganon doesn’t have any use for bad soldiers, so I have to be good for him, I really have to be good~” She was talking nonsense, but she managed to hang on - and threw something out, towards the trunk. “See you in a few, cutie~” she said, before letting go.
For a moment she fell towards the water, but then jerked upwards - Mipha looked closer and saw she’d thrown out a rope, and was now being swung up onto the Divine Beast’s trunk. Another Yiga, this one with black hair and lipstick, caught her and helped her keep her footing. “Great job, Izumi~” the new one said, shouting over the movement of Ruta, before kissing the first Yiga on the lips.
“Servants of Ganon aren’t welcome here!” Mipha shouted as she appeared next to them, “Leave me alone! ...Please!”
“Awww, she’s trying to be poli- whoa!” the Yiga was cut off as the trunk started to shift downwards. The two ninjas started to slide, but they reacted quickly, running up the trunk and leaping off onto Vah Ruta.
“Ehehehe, she’s cute isn’t she Saki?” the first ninja, Izumi, giggled as she landed. “You were sooo right, I bet Mastah Ganon will loooove her. Especially when we’ve got her in the right colors! Hey, fish lady, are you sure you don’t want to just submit? I’m sure you’ll love serving Mastah!”
“She so is~ But don’t worry about her,” Saki said, “She thinks that she still wants to defeat him! We’ll fix her right up soon~” With that, the pair laughed and darted off into the bowels of the machine, splitting up early.
“H-Hey! Get back here! I live here you know!” Mipha called out, before reaching out to try and keep track of them and set the Divine Beast’s defenses against them.
If it had been at full capacity, it would have been child’s play. But Link had had to carve through more than a few guardians to free Vah Ruta and Mipha’s soul, and while it had some in reserve that she’d called up there were still fewer than there had been. This, unfortunately, meant that the two Yiga had simpler paths through Vah Ruta than they should have and that she had a much harder time keeping track of them. Whenever she managed to trap one, the other would find a way to free her, and when one got surrounded by Guardians the other would appear out of nowhere to help.
It was frustrating, but in the end, probably not very threatening. It had taken the power of Ganon himself to seize control of Divine Beast Vah Ruta, and a pair of Yiga, even ones that got inside, couldn’t actually do that much with her at the controls; she was reasonably confident she could override anything they did from any of the consoles. It was an exercise in annoyance and frustration but overall, not all that big of a threat.
At least, that was until they started setting up near the main console. They unslung backpacks, and started preparing something. She floated nearby, trying to get Guardians to the room as fast as they’d come, but the two had cleared most of the ones nearby and used the bodies to block the shafts they usually came from. “What do you two think you’re doing? You realize you can’t override the controls while I’m here right?”
“We’ve got a way!” Izumi said cheerfully. “We just need to remind you who your real boss is! You don’t have to belong to that stuffy hero who took you away from Mastah! You’re your own girl, Mastah’s girl~”
Mipha recoiled in disgust. “What are you going on about? Are you crazy? Link’s not my boss, he’s my… my really good friend…”
“Oh no, it’s worse than we thought~” Saki chimed in, “We’ve got to do it fast Izumi~”
“What are you two even talking about…?” Mipha asked, but the pair continued as if she wasn’t even there. She couldn’t do anything but watch as they started to prepare… something?
Eventually, they seemed ready. Dark candles, a strange book, and the Yiga-eye drawn in black paint. Mipha had no idea what it was supposed to actually do but it certainly looked foreboding enough.
As they llit the candles, for the first time in a century Mipha felt… tired. Not in the “tired of this stuff” way, tired like she’d not slept in days. The Yiga were chanting something in a language she couldn’t understand, and dark energy swirled in the eye. Something was wrong… something was really wrong… but she was so… tired… if she just rested her eyes for a moment…
Mipha started awake at the sensation of cool metal on her back for a few reasons. One, it was really cold metal. Vah Ruta was high up and the heating system wasn’t the highest on the priority repair list. The second was the realization that she could feel something, on her back. The realization that she was having a physical sensation.
Her mouth moved, taking in air for the first time in a century. “I… what… huh?” she stammered.
“Ooooh, she woke up faster than I thought she would!” said a familiar feminine voice over her. She looked up and her view of the ceiling was blocked by a certain redheaded Yiga soldier. “Heeey, you feeling ok? I know that the book said you should be totally fine, but like I wasn’t sure if you were gonna turn out to be a zombie or something. Any weird cravings or something?”
“Ah!” Mipha shouted in surprise, leaping to her feet and headbutting the masked woman in the process. Izumi reeled, but before Mipha could move much the other managed to get a hold on her.
“Ooooh, feisty! No wonder Mastah likes you~” Saki trilled, reaching around with something. “Don’t worry, you won’t be panicking so much in a minute~”
Mipha struggled, but Saki was stronger than she looked and the Zora’s champion was long out of practice. She didn’t have much time to react, as Sakki held to her and slipped something over her face. Something silky and smooth, and pure white. “No more of that struggling~” Saki trilled, withdrawing suddenly.
Mipha couldn’t take advantage of the opportunity though. She reached to take off the veil that had been thrust upon her, but her hands froze. For some reason, she was having trouble even thinking of the concept. She knew she should take it off, but she couldn’t actually make herself do it. “I… what is… huh...?”
The two Yiga smiled at each other, and pressed in close to the paralyzed Zora. “It’s alright now~ Now that you have your veil on, you can remember who you are~” Saki laughed, reaching around to rub at her bust.
“Yeaaah! It’ll be great to have you back~” Izumi agreed, at the same time rubbing Mipha’s bottom.
“I don’t… I don’t know you though…” Mipha said. It was so hard to keep her eyes open, it was like she was being pulled into a dream… she should have panicked, should have fought, but something was just so… relaxing.
Saki let out a clearly fake gasp. “Wow, it’s worse than we thought, she doesn’t even remember us!” she said, although she had trouble hiding the playful humor that naturally infected her tone.
“You’re right~ How can she not remember her clan mates? It’s too cruel, what that so-called hero did to her~” Izumi laughed as well, making sure to press very close to the fish woman.
“What… what he did… he saved me…!” Mipha managed to say. But that was hard to think about. Link was a childhood friend, he had done his best to save you.
“What kind of rescue is it where he takes you away from Mastah? None at all, hmph!” Izumi scoffed.
That word. That word. “Mastah…” Mipha breathed. It was impossible not to say the word ‘master’ in that breathy voice that the two Yiga loved so much. It hadn’t been like that before, but now the word bounced around in her head, in her breath, in her heart. Mastah…
“That’s right~ You’re getting there, remember Mastah Ganon, remember how amazing it’ll be when we make him return~” Saki said, encouraging Mipha with a squeeze of the breasts.
Mipha shook her head, sending the dangling veil shaking… but that didn’t help. Mastah… how could she forget… Mastah Ganon…
“Remember yourself… who’s Mipha? She never existed… you’re the Yiga-clan’s first Zora member, Hitomi~” Saki whispered sensually in her ear.
The new name clawed it’s way into her head. Hitomi… Hitomi… she was… no, but, her family… her brother… no, her… sisters? Her sisters… in the Yiga clan…
The girls backed away a little as the Zora’s eyes fluttered closed, waiting for the next stage.
“M...Mastah~ Forgive me~”
When her eyes opened, they were in Yiga red. There wasn’t a hint of Mipha’s warmth in them. Instead, there was Hitomi’s cool confidence and devotion to her beloved Mastah.
“Welcome back Hitomi~” Izumi said with a grin, “I’m sooo glad you’ve come back to us! We’re sorry it took us so long we had to do a lot of things to prepare and-”
Izumi was quieted by a finger on her lips. Hitomi had walked up to her. “That’s enough chatter, Izumi. All that matters is I’m back now… and I think you deserve a thank you…” she leaned in, bringing her white veil up enough to give Izumi a deep kiss on the lips. When she withdrew, the redhead was left wobbling in a daze from the force behind it.
“Now then… I see the physical effects of what that ‘hero’ did to me are still in place…” she said, looking down at herself. “I take it that you two have prepared a means to fix it?”
Saki grinned. “Of course we did~ We’re nothing if not prepared~” she said. “The spell that’s fixing you isn’t done, after all!”
“Good. How can I help?” Hitomi said, looking at her fingers and seeing the changing colors.
“Enjoy yourself~” Saki said.
Hitomi nodded, and dropped fingers down to her crotch. If the way to fix herself faster was to have fun, she was more than a little eager to comply. She had a sudden, vivid flash of Mastah’s face in her mind, of him telling her what a good girl she’d been… and that was all the motivation she needed.
Hitomi’s fingers plunged into her vagina, and she moaned softly as she started to work herself over. Starting from the extremities, the very color of her skin was changing, and she reveled in it. It was even better than she could hope for - rather than just wearing a suit, her very body was being dyed in the colors of her Mastah~!
The new coloring was, rather than the awful red and white that she’d been left with as a result of that hero’s meddling with Mastah’s plans, red and black; her formerly red places were darkening towards black while the white was being replaced by yiga-red. It was perfect, and she only loved it more as she watched it spread from her fingers and feet up her whole body. Watching it claim her cunt was especially arousing, and she came hard as she saw the Yiga symbol form on her skin above it. It showed exactly who she belonged to, who her Mastah was, and the very thought sent her body shaking and shuddering in climax.
At her buttocks and bust, it made sure to expand things; her bottom flared out to give a nice and solid handhold, while her bust rapidly developed from the very modest level it had been to be more large and feminine. Not great for swimming admittedly but it was a sacrifice the firmly corrupted woman was more than willing to make. She felt the new coloring creep up and claim her face and head. Her teeth sharpened and expanded beneath the veil; Mastah had no use for a gentle soul, and her body would no longer be gentle either.
As her climax finally ended, Hitomi staggered to her feet, giggling a bit until she managed to calm herself down. She looked at the others, who had been masturbating furiously at the sight, and grinned her shark-like smile. She sashayed over to the console, and hit a few buttons. “Now then…” she said, as black energy spread from the console throughout Vah Ruta, “We have many things to do to prepare for Mastah’s return, don’t we? But I think that can wait for a few minutes… you two seem like you need some help~”
As Vah Ruta was corrupted around them, the three would have some… interesting, discussions of their future plans...
