The already small team of magical girls, short one member, had recently received a tip off from the cops. Apparently there was a villain’s hideout that had been discovered under an abandoned garage recently, and the cops obviously wouldn’t be able to handle it.
Kasumi was careful as she and Kaori approached the building. With only two of them - her sister Yuri having vanished not too long ago - they couldn’t afford for either of them to be ambushed and transformed without a fight.
“This looks… like a normal garage.” she whispered to Kaori, the other girl on the team. It did - there were a bunch of spare parts, a bunch of tools, what looked like a broken car battery… it looked like the car had driven out in the middle of repairs.
“It does. It does not, however, look like an abandoned garage.” Kaori said, “Recent oil stains. None of the parts are rusted over. The lift was recently used.” She nodded, more to herself than to Kasumi.
“...Then this is the place. Let’s look around?” Kasumi said, wandering over to a panel and pressing a button at random. The car lift started drifting upwards… and so did the floor it was on, revealing a staircase leading downwards. “...Found it!” Kasumi said after a few moments.
Kaori looked at her, then shrugged. The pair went down the staircase, magical weapons drawn and ready to be used at the slightest sign of a trap. It was almost too easy - one would think a hidden lair would be better hidden than that. But then, some villains wanted to be found, so they could transform their discoverers into more minions. Hopefully this wasn’t that.
The real lair turned out to be quite a bit more expansive than the garage above, with beeping computers and a giant digital map of the city. But there was nobody there - not the villain, or even minions. It was dark and empty, the beep-bee-beep of the consoles the only sound.
“Let’s check out the prison first, see if there’s anyone still there…” Kasumi said after a moment, looking at a map of the complex on the wall.
“We don’t know that that’s a real map.” Kaori pointed out.
“Do we have another one?” Kasumi asked, and Kaori shrugged. Through the eerily quiet base they went, looking for anything that might speak of where the villain had gone. “Do you think they might have abandoned the base?”
“If they’re newly established, it’s a possibility - they might not have enough minions to feel comfortable putting up a fight after their discovery.” Kaori said. Not long after that, they heard someone shouting from down the hall, muffled by a door.
“I think we might have found someone!” Kasumi said, running after the voice.
“Kasumi, wait, it might be a trap!” Kaori shouted, following her.
But it wasn’t a trap - at least not apparently. Instead, it was a girl in a frilly dress trapped in a cell, legs and hands bound behind her. Kasumi gasped - “Kaori, it’s Yuri! She’s trapped in here, but she looks ok!”
Before Kaori could say anything, Kasumi used her magical weapon - a rather large hammer - to smash down the door. Stepping over the glass carefully (although she was in magical form, so stepping on glass would have hardly tickled) she ran inside and started untying Yuri. “Yuri! Yuri! What happened? Are you alright?” she said.
“HA!” The girl laughed, “As if a villain could truly harm a hero of justice! I’m fine Kasumi, thanks.”
The boisterousness set Kasumi (and Kaori, for that matter) a bit at ease - if she was hypnotized or something, it would be hard to replicate the Yuri brand of confidence. “What happened to you?” she asked.
“Well, a villain captured me, but I kept breaking out of their control, so they eventually just put me in here. They said they were going to come with some new tech to just dominate me into a faceless drone rather than an officer or whatever their plan was, but they never did! Did you scare them off? I bet you did, the equally awesome sister of the best magical girl ever must have been scary to think about!” Yuri was talking in her usual rapid-fire way, and Kasumi couldn’t help but laugh a bit.
“They must have been very new indeed - usually, it’s hard to break from the control of even a beginner villain on one’s own.” Kaori noted.
“I think his tech kept breaking since I hit it during our fight.” Yuri said with a shrug. “Really should have had some backups, but villainy is rarely reliable or smart.” She stood up, rubbing her wrists and then stretching. “Ahhhh, it’s nice to be out of those restraints! Where’s the bad guy, can I beat him up?”
“There was nobody present but you. No minions, no villains, no plans.” Kaori said.
“Awwww…” Yuri pouted.
“Well… I think this is still a success!” Kasumi said, hugging her sister. She felt oddly cold, but Kasumi chalked that up to the low temperature of the cell. “Let’s head back to the hideout! I bet Yuri needs some real rest.”
A couple hours later, Yuri was happily sipping some cocoa in her and Kasumi’s shared room. It was nice being home. The rescue had come just in time. She wasn’t sure how much longer she’d have lasted, boasting aside. “This is great, Kasumi~! You must’ve learned how to make it better while I was out!” she said cheerfully.
“I kinda had to since you weren’t here to do it!” Kasumi said with similar cheer. She was clearly happy to have Yuri back.
She’d have to go and hunt down The Hacker later… get back at master-
A signal came in as her thoughts hit the word ‘Master’, and stopped in their tracks. The tracker in her systems had registered she was at her base and firmly integrated, and promptly shut down the infiltrator program. In an instant, Yuri’s identity was discarded. For a few moments, Unit 5 stared straight ahead, orders scrolling across it’s vision.
1. Infiltrate Magical Girl Base. Complete.
2. Reintegrate into the team. Complete.
3. Initiate conversion protocols. Current objective.
Sayuri, the Hacker’s foremost minion and lover, blinked as the appropriate identity profile was reactivated. She shook her head - she hated the infiltrator mode. While that fake ‘Yuri’ persona was a lot like Sayuri, she didn’t have the right amount of sadism and devotion to Master. She had said so many insults to Master, it made the loyal robot shudder a bit. Of course, she’d be forgiven - the false personality had to say whatever was necessary to get in.
The first target was chattering away, unaware of her enemy right behind her. Sayuri stood up, occasionally adding her own input to the conversation, stalking riiiight up behind her…
The door opened and the second target, Kaori, wandered in. Sayuri masked her annoyance and instead waved with false cheer. “Heeey! Want some hot cocoa? Kasumi got really good at it~”
“Sugar is bad for you.” Kaori said simply, moving to her own bunk and sitting down with a book. “But you deserve it, you did have some significant trauma, even if you pretend not to.”
Oh, but that one would be fun to break. So smug and thinks she’s smarter than she is! Master was way smarter, obviously. He made robots! Did she make robots? No. But Sayuri kept that sunny smile on her face. “Ehehe, I’ll brush my teeth, don’t worry~”
Kaori nodded, returning to her book. Sayuri needed to either get her out of there, or bring Kasumi somewhere else. “Hey, Kasumi,” she said after a bit, “Do you wanna go to the sparring room? I was tied up so long, I’m itching to get some warmups in.” she said warmly.
Kasumi blinked. “Oh, of course! Let’s head there now!”
The base was a small one, by hero and magical girl standards - singles needed big bases to hold the resources that helped them make up for being single heroes, bigger teams needed more space. Two and three person teams had comparatively tiny bases to both. Still, it was nice enough, and paid for by their superiors. It was basically the living quarters, conference room, and training room. Sayuri had a distaste for it though - far too humble. It would need to be renovated extensively when Master moved in.
They came to the training room, and took their places at separate ends; the plan would be to start off normally, then when she got a chance pretend to be hurt. When Kasumi came to check on her, she’d-
“So how long were you under control, Yuri?” Kasumi asked cheerfully.
Sayuri blinked. “...What do you mean, sis?” she asked with genuine-sounding confusion.
“I mean I saw your eyes glowing pink for like ten seconds in our room, and you were staring blankly ahead.” Kasumi said dryly. “You don’t have to be Kaori to see that.”
“...Damn it. I’ll have to tell Master about that bug in the infiltration programming.” Sayuri said. There wasn’t a point pretending anymore. She dismissed the false human appearance she’d put on for the infiltration. Skin firmed up and hardened into silvery metal, her long hair fell out of the giant twintail hairstyle and fell smoothly down her back, before coming together as a single piece. Her clothes vanished, replaced by a painted on black leotard-esque pattern, and her eyes stopped blinking and turned bright pink. Her real form, a sexy robot servant for Master. “You fell for the deceptions of Sayuri, infiltration robot of the highest quality!” She declared, “Loyal lover and servant of the world’s greatest villain, the Hacker! Surrender now, and I’m sure he’ll make your new identity similar to this one. Your humanity is already forfeit, so you may as well.”
Instead, Kasumi fell into a combat stance. “Alright, Yuri… just got you back, but I’m gonna have to beat some sense into you.” she said, weapon summoning to her hand.
“I don’t know why you want a fake identity back! I was built by Master - my only identity is whatever he makes it!” Sayuri declared villainously, as she got into a fighting stance and charged for her enemy.
They made contact hard, Sayuri ducking a swing and landing some punches on Kasumi’s gut. Where her fist made contact, blobs of metal were left behind. “You’ll be a mindless robot soon! Why fight it?” Sayuri said cheerfully. She ducked a hammer blow and jumped a few paces back.
“Because I want to get my sister back!” Kasumi shouted, lunging forward again.
“Why do you want someone who doesn’t exist~?” Sayuri tuanted, before she was smacked away by a hammer to the side. She was sent flying into the wall, leaving a crater in it. She fell back to the ground, and spit out a bit of liquid metal as if it were blood. She staggered to her feet, and froze.
Her eyes blinked from pink to green. “K-Kasumi, g-g-go get Kaori, I can’t keep her under control for long-” the robot said - Sayuri and Yuri’s voices were identical, but the intonation was different; this sounded more like Yuri.
Kasumi ran over, weapon vanishing. “Yuri! You can fight her! Come on- gghk!” A metal hand grabbed her by the throat, cutting off any further pleas.
Sayuri grinned, eyes flashing firmly back to pink. “Hahahaha!” she laughed, nearly hard enough that she lost her grip. “I can’t believe you fell for that, you stupid magical girl! Oldest trick in the book (that I wrote!).” She smirked. “You’re so cute when you’re dumb. Master will like the body well enough, once it’s fixed, but that mind’s gotta go~” she taunted.
Kasumi struggled and kicked, but Sayuri’s grip was like iron. The robot paused, seemingly considering her options. “Ah, I’ve got it…” she said… before pulling Kasumi in for a kiss. Sayuri had been given several different transformation functions and spells, and she was going to use them.
As she kissed the magical girl, the struggling stopped abruptly - she couldn’t move now, as the transformation was underway. Liquid metal flowed from Sayuri’s lips into Kasumi’s mouth and from there out to the rest of her head, rapidly sinking in and transforming her body from flesh to metal. A hand down below pressed into Kasumi’s most private place, a second point of transformation, and also just plain enjoyable for the robot infiltrator and her soon-to-be subordinate. Pressing close, Sayuri reveled in the transformation.
Skin was quickly replaced with silvery metal, and the girl’s hair clumped together to become a single solid piece. Her eyes weren’t biological anymore either, but unblinking glowing pink cameras. A shuddering moan came from the victim as the pleasure of transformation wracked them - for now she had her mind, but it was digital data in her computerized brain. As she turned to metal, she actually started to struggle more; she’d stopped because her AI couldn’t connect to her remaining human parts, and as more of her nervous system turned into circuitry she started regaining control of her body.
Sayuri grinned widely as she pulled back from the kiss. “Feisty aren’t you? Well, we’ll fix that soon~” she taunted, unconcerned with the weak struggles. She kissed her way down the newly metallic neck, and down to her breasts. She tore off the remaining clothes and undergarments, before giving her transforming attentions to the orbs. She found this magical girl adorable - and she’d only be sexier once she was metal, so she had every incentive to speed that up~
Kasumi, for her part, did try to stop it. But she was having incredible trouble fighting back, instead melting into the pleasure. Sayuri smirked; the poor girl didn’t even realize she’d already been programmed to be incapable of harming her! She couldn’t do a single thing to resist as Sayuri’s tongue traversed her body, turning the last bits of flesh into beautiful silver metal.
She pulled back and surveyed her work approvingly; nobody would mistake the newly created gynoid for a human now, with all the metal and segmented joints, and her inhuman stillness and unblinking eyes. The gynoid glared up at her, but couldn’t move to strike her. “Yuri, you have to stop…” she managed.
“Sayuri. My name is Sayuri. Yuri doesn’t really exist, you idiot~” Sayuri trilled, before sticking a finger down in a rather sensitive place. As Kasumi moaned, she continued. “And soon, neither will Kasumi~”
In Kasumi’s digitized vision, and on her eyes, a small progress bar had appeared, and started ticking upwards rapidly. “W-Wait… wait… what?” Kasumi stammered, unable to grasp what was going on as the files that now made up her identity were starting to be zipped up and archived.
“You’re not Kasumi, you’re Unit 6~ Just like I’m Unit 5, you know,” Sayuri said.
“N-No, I’m Unit 6… wait, no, that’s…” Unit 6 said, then frowned in confusion. Her name was Unit 6, right? But that didn’t… no, actually, it sounded right. The bar was at 25%.
“Kasumi was just a part you were playing, you know. Very well, I have to say! Nobody ever suspected, even you!”
Unit 6 nodded as the progress bar hit 40%. “Yeah, I guess I did…” she said. Something was off about that, but she was obviously a robot and not a human, so it was the only logical explanation.
“And as a reward, Master’s going to be bringing you back~!” Sayuri said.
The progress bar leaped up to 75% at that word. “Master?” Unit 6 said, a tinge of joy in her voice. Yes. Master. The one she was made to serve. “Master’s happy with me?”
“Suuuper happy.” Sayuri confirmed, grinning. She was so weak willed, she wasn’t even putting up a fight. “Just archiving the last bits of your infiltrator profile, you won’t be needing those anymore.”
Unit 6 nodded, as the bar hit 90%. That sounded right. She leaned up to give Sayuri a kiss as the bar ticked to 95%. A thank you for setting her back to how she was supposed to be while she still had something vaguely resembling emotions. Unlike her sister, Kasumi went quietly; even Yuri had had a last push, but as the progress hit 100% Kasumi was archived completely without even a little resistance, closer to a fake ID than a full person. The reason, whether it was because it was her sister doing it or she just had a weaker grasp on her identity, didn’t much matter to anyone now that she was gone.
Unit 6 broke the kiss and stood, staring blankly ahead. “Unit 6, infiltration and combat gynoid minion, reporting for service. Request transmission of orders.” It said in a synthetic monotone.
Sayuri sprung to her feet with a giggle. “Hehehehe, that’s right! No more dumb magical girl, just sexy and loyal Unit 6~” she cheered, although the emotionless robot in front of her didn’t react. “Oh, heh, forgot something.” she said, bonking herself on the head. She mentally sorted through some databanks. “Which personalities did Master say he wanted…” she muttered to herself, “Hmmm, Ayame and Miku… well, Unit 7’s base thinks she’s so smart, it’ll be fun to use Miku for her, so let’s go with Ayame for 6~” She nodded to herself, and then turned back to the rigidly still Unit 6.
She slotted a finger into her port again, and started the upload. “Orders coming in, along with the new personality profile~!” she said cheerfully.
Unit 6’s eyes blinked as the personality profile was set up. Ayame wasn’t nearly as nice or cheerful as Kasumi; she was an authoritarian presence among the gynoids, chilly in disposition and cruel in actions. She savored the despair of her targets quite a bit, and was generally irritated with the antics of less serious personality profiles, reserving her affection for Master alone. If she had her way, the others would be kept on factory default personalities (which was less a personality and more a lack thereof), but she would withstand it since Master liked them. As Sayuri withdrew her finger the appropriate clothing-pattern appeared on Ayame’s body, the red coloring centered around the core and hips in a facsimile of a cocktail dress, as well as a pattern under her eyes bringing to mind half-glasses, while her hair shifted itself into a ponytail.
“Heeeey Ayame~ Nice to see you~” Sayuri said cheerfully, pouncing towards Ayame only to be held off with a hand.
“Sayuri.” Ayame said simply, raising her other hand to her face. “Mm. Did you have to install me into this one? The infiltrator mode is just so… nice. The other one seems like she’d be a better fit.”
“I mean, yeah, but that’s no fun.” Sayuri said, her tone not changing at all despite being held back. “Don’t you wanna see her smug attitude melt away into a giggling bimbo~?”
Ayame thought about that for a moment, and then sighed. “Admittedly, yes, that does sound rather amusing.” She didn’t like it when one of the annoying ones was right. “You’re quite certain Master left you in charge? I’m not allowed to delete you and just have Unit 5 help out?”
“I’m suuuuure~” Sayuri trilled, utterly unconcerned with the threat. “Come on, let’s go get the other one~!”
“In a moment. I think going straight for her will be quite irritating, given her armament. I have a plan.”
Sayuri was shot in the face as soon as she entered the control room. “Rude!” she shouted, as the dent left on her face smoothed itself out.
Kaori had been waiting for them in the control room, reloading the magic rifle she’d fired. “The control room detected the Corrupted magical signatures.” She said simply. Of course, she’d been suspicious from the start. It had been too easy to rescue her. “I take it you got Kasumi.”
“Ehehe, I just reminded Unit 6 who she really was~!” Sayuri said cheerfully, “Just like I need to fix you up, 7. But also yes, she bought the whole ‘resisting from the inside’ trick hook, line, and sinker. It was kinda pathetic.”
Kaori shook her head with exasperation. “Of course she did. She’s far too trusting… I’ll have to speak with her about this after she’s cured. And with Yuri as well.”
“Ooooh, you’re the first one to acknowledge I’m not Yuri! Thanks~ I’m Sayuri, infiltrator extraordinaire!” Sayuri said, before leaping towards Kaori. The magical girl fired her rifle again, before morphing it into a pistol for close combat, dodging back and pumping magic bullets into the incoming gynoid. Sayuri didn’t seem to care - like the girl she was made from, her style of attack was berserk charging.
“And where is ‘Unit 6’?” Kaori said, as she ducked under a tackle and punished Sayuri with three rounds in the back, “Downloading our files I expect? Expunging the camera data so nobody knows what happened to us?” While Sayuri seemed about as short sighted as Yuri was, her master probably wasn’t and would have given her orders. Of course, they probably wouldn’t have wanted to take a chance-
She started to turn, but was stopped in her tracks as something stuck into her ear. For a half second, she struggled - and then went limp as Ayame’s liquid metal kiss melted down her brain into it’s new form. Thought ground to a halt, and the light went out of Kaori’s eyes as she stared blankly ahead.
“Good grab!” Sayuri congratulated Ayame, looking at their next victim. They hadn’t wanted to delay things in case she’d called for help, so they decided not to play around with their prey and just melt her mind right out the gate. There wasn’t even an archive file left of Kaori - Magical repair was good, and she was probably recoverable somehow, but for the purposes of the gynoids she was good and gone, leaving her body for them to do what they pleased with.
“Of course. We didn’t have time for anything short of perfection.” Ayame said primly. “Nor do we have time to waste on banter. Upload Miku, if you must.”
Sayuri cleaned up a bit of drool from the body’s lips and leaned in to kiss it, uploading a replacement. It would be so much more fun to transform someone who could move than an unmoving pawn, so she also uploaded the program that would let it connect to the body before conversion.
As the body’s computer systems downloaded the new personality, it started to move. Miku blinked her eyes open. “Oh, hey guys! Do I have any orders? If not, wanna just fuck me?”
Sayuri giggled, and gave Miku another kiss. “Maybe later~” she said cheerfully, and Miku giggled. “Gotta turn you and go back to Master first.”
“Turn me-” Miku said, looking confused. Then she looked down. “Hey! Where’s all the metal? Ew ew ew, a human body… can you fix this?”
“No, we have to go-” Ayame started, but Sayuri shushed her.
“It looks like Kaori was overly confident and didn’t call for help. We have time.” Sayuri said, and then dropped her fingers below to her own lower lips (modeled perfectly for Master’s enjoyment, of course, and with a second function…). When she took them back, there was a significant amount of liquid metal on them. “Why don’t you turn yourself~”
“Ooooh… you want me to put on a show for you~?” Miku giggled as she took the metal. It started to transform her fingers already, and she stuck one of the digits into her mouth and sucked it until her lips were silver. Miku was the personality profile of Master’s bimbo maid, willing to serve both Master and the other units in whatever capacity they asked. If they wanted a show, she’d give them a show~
Making sure to get the metal on both hands, rubbing it in and getting them good and changed, she started to run them over her body. Kaori had had a rather sexy body, and while Miku rather disliked being in a sack of flesh and blood, she had to admit that it made a good baseline for her. One hand gripped her sizable breasts, kneading and groping, occasionally pinching the nipple for extra pleasure as the soft and squishy masses grew firmer and shifted to a silvery color. She moaned with pleasure, as she dipped her other hand into the body’s increasingly wet lower lips. As the fingers entered, Miku discovered that her body had been quite repressed, reacting strongly to just a single digit. Her hips bucked against it involuntarily, but that just made it feel better!
Miku sagged against the table as she touched herself for the enjoyment of her two superiors, more and more of her body metalicizing with every handful of breast or thrust of her fingers. “Hnn~ It’s, mhm, always great to have an audience,” she moaned, as she brought up some metal from her already robotic pussy to transform the rest of her face. She grinned as she saw Ayame discreetly working a finger into her own private spaces, and Sayuri rather less discreetly doing the same along with touching her breasts. Even more than the direct pleasure of touching herself, she loved giving others pleasure.
She took a moment to run her hands down her shapely thighs, then the rest of her legs, making sure she didn’t miss a spot, doing her best not to miss a speck of humanity. Then, she ran her hands up her hips and her smooth belly, sighing with pleasure as the liquid metal seeped inside and turned her flesh and blood to steel and circuitry. After that, Miku rubbed down her arms and then her neck. Lastly, she pulled up her hair, turning them into cute metallic twintails. “Ehehe, it’s so good to be a proper robot~” She trilled, before plunging her fingers back into her cunt and into her mouth; now that more of her was changed, they could produce more of the converting metal, which they did now in great amounts. The liquid flowed through her remaining bloodstream, hunting down and converting whatever human parts were left inside of her - and giving the newly complete gynoid a wave of orgasmic pleasure. She shrieked as she came to completion in more ways than one, and fell back against the table - a human would be breathing hard, but well, she didn’t need to breath; she just needed a moment to collect herself.
As she stood up, Sayuri came in close and wrapped an arm around her shoulder. “Now, that was great~ Do you forgive us for putting you in a human?”
“You put me in a human? When?” Miku asked. She’d forgotten in the orgasm… the personality profile wasn’t meant to be a smart one, seeing as her role was purely service.
“Nevermind~” Sayuri said cheerfully, kissing Miku full on the lips. As they broke, Ayame tapped her fingers on her wrist as if she had a watch and not an internal clock.
“We do have to go and see Master; our orders were to return to him immediately after reactivation.” she said. “...Also, I believe Miku sat on the emergency call button while she was masturbating. Once they snapped out of their shock they likely deployed several magical girls towards this location.”
“Ehehehe, I hope they liked listening~!” Miku said cheerfully.
“Oooh, we probably should go then. Oh oh oh, do you think-” Sayuri started.
“No.” Ayame said.
“I didn’t even say anything yet!”
“It was going to be stupid.”
Arguing like this, with Miku following behind with a finger in her slit, the trio left the hideout to return to their Master, who would surely reward the three of them for gathering so many girls in a spot he was ready to target with a new long-range robotization spell...
