Misty just needs a break from being human for a bit, and she loves the thought of being a dog.  However the last friend to make her a dog turned her into a little fufu dog and treated her more like an accessory.  Her old friend Clint has owned dogs before so he is her best hope, but there is a problem with him and venn machines.
