The doorbell was Regina’s first tip-off that something was wrong. The blasted thing didn’t even work, so how was it able to rouse her at three in the morning?
Regina rolled out of bed, tugging on her dressing gown as she went, grumbling something to herself about over-enthusiastic door-to-door salesmen as she made her way to the door and flung it open. On her doorstep was an enormous cardboard box wrapped in what looked like electrum chains.
“What in the...” As she spoke, a note appeared at her feet.
You’ve been a good friend, and I think it’s time I got you a little something.
Be warned: he bites.

Regina’s brow furrowed as the box shuddered. She had half a mind to leave it on her doorstep, but then, it was a gift. It would be rude not to accept it. With a snap of her fingers the box was in her flat, and the demon chains slowly receded to allow the box to open. Regina’s face broke into a grin as her eyes locked with those of the man in front of her. Silky black hair, tight clothes that clung to his sculpted figure, furious green eyes, and, best of all, electrum chains that coiled around him like ribbons on a present and wrapped themselves around his head like a cleave gag, reducing his curses to angry grunts.
“Hello again, puss-cat,” Regina cooed, kneeling to get a better look at him, only to stop when she saw something she had missed. Clamped around his neck was a familiar-looking silver and sapphire collar, and, hanging right next to a little tinkly bell, was a tag that read “Kittybitch.”
She flipped over the note and noted a PS;
Oh, also, his full name is Orion. Like the hunter/constellation. Just by the way.
“I must attract them,” Regina remarked, amused.
“Regina?”
Regina looked up from the contents of the box as a woman stalked lazily out of her bedroom room, her long slender legs making the movement more of a sashay. She seemed to glow golden in the modern, and mostly white, apartment, her lightly toned body covered with an even tan, her dark brown curls hanging heavily around her shoulders, kissing her naked skin and whispering tantalisingly over her back. She seemed utterly unembarrassed by her nudity, but with such a glorious tall, slender figure, she had nothing to be ashamed of.
“What was it?” Artemis asked lightly, stretching lazily with a click of her shoulders.
“Some-one… uh… left me a pet,” Regina remarked, looking down at the box.
Ryan, Orion, she reminded herself, was giving her a superior look. Like he’d worked out where this was going, and somehow it meant he was going to get down and dirty with 2 supremely hot girls. Maybe he knew Artemis, which was more than likely. Either way, he looked like the cat that knew he was going to get the cream. Not on her watch, he wasn’t. She snapped her fingers discreetly, then reached into the box, picking up…
A very squirmy black cat with a silver and sapphire collar. The cat hissed and spat, twisting in her grip, clawing at her arms, but his claws didn’t seem to make an impact on her skin. She cooed and rubbed the top of his head, then held him under her chin and gazed adorably at Artemis over the top of his head.
“Isn’t he just the cutest-wutest little kitty-bitty?”
Artemis’ dark brown eyes swept over him, barely looking at him.
“Yeah, adorable,” She drawled, then lidded her eyes slightly, gazing at Regina through her lashes. “But how about you stop playing with your kitty and tussle with a real tigress?”
“Oh,” Regina opened her eyes wide. “Do you know where I’d happen to find one?”
Artemis gave a low sensuous growl, deep in her throat, and Regina grinned, picking up a cat carrier from out of the cardboard box and unceremoniously stuffing Orion into it, locking the door shut and setting it down on the side table.
“And here I was thinking I’d tamed that particular tigress pretty well tonight,” Regina remarked, prowling lazily towards her.
She saw the flash of insult in Artemis’ eyes at that.
“I’m untameable,” Artemis said, a note of coolness in her voice now.
“Oh really, so all that ‘ravish me’ deal last night was…?” Regina tailed off delicately.
A faint blush tinged the top of Artemis’ cheeks, and Regina laughed, a low, sultry laugh.
“My dear girl, you’re too easy to tease.”
Regina caught Artemis by the wrist and yanked her naked body against her, slamming her against the wall, her arms pinned above her head with one of Regina’s large hands as Regina twirled a lock of Artemis’ hair around the index finger of her other hand.
“And entirely too easy to catch,” Regina followed up with a sly smile.
“Who said you caught me?” Artemis demanded haughtily, but her breathing had quickened, catching as Regina trailed her thumb down her neck from her chin to the hollow of her throat.
“Oh, I’m sorry Princess, was this supposed to be a cunning coup d’état?” Regina demanded, sliding her knee between Artemis’ thighs. “Because it’s looking more like a dignified surrender.”
Artemis bit her lip, her eyes momentarily closing, then they snapped back open and her hot greedy mouth locked onto Regina’s. Regina wrapped her arms around Artemis’ waist, crushing them together, intently kissing her back. Artemis’ released arms wrapped around her neck, tangling with her short fluffy black hair. Artemis slid her leg around Regina’s and with a gentle push, sent them both sprawling onto the sofa, Artemis ontop of Regina with a triumphant grin.
“Well then, My Queen,” Artemis said with a heavy layer of sarcasm and an arched eyebrow, gently pulling the belt of Regina’s robe open and folding the silken fabric back to expose Regina’s dark skin. “Shouldn’t you be enjoying your spoils of war?”
Regina laid back on sofa, supremely unconcerned, her dark red-brown skin, the same colour as polished bloodwood, a shock against the white unholstery, her fluffy black hair like an abyssal star, her dark eyes beginning to glitter like rubies.
“Oh, really,” Regina’s long legs coiled around Artemis’s waist, drawing the golden girl in towards her. “And just what would they be?”
Artemis gently slid her hands up Regina’s torso, sinking her head in to lay a kiss on Regina’s sternum, right between her breasts, then looked up at her with a sultry grin.
“Do I need to lay out the inventory?” She demanded archly. “Or do you require a demonstration?”
“I’d never turn down seeing you in action.”
Artemis gave a low laugh, slowly kissing her way down Regina’s flat stomach, trailing her fingernails down her sides as she did, before laying a kiss on the perfectly smooth mound of Regina’s mons pubis. Regina lazily withdrew a leg from under Artemis, and set her foot on her shoulder.
“Well, if we’re really going to extend this metaphor,” Regina said with a small smirk. “With me as the bloodthirsty victor and you as the conquered princess, desperate to please me to save your people, I do think that we need a better ambience, don’t you?”
Regina clicked her fingers and sparks flew where her skin met. The flat melted away to become an opulent tent, the hangings made of rich crimson with golden embroidery, the floor covered in thick, luscious firs. The sofa on which Regina reclined became a silken daybed, covered with thick plumped up cushions. Artemis straightened up from her kneeling position, taking a moment to gaze around the room, taking in the changes, then looked back at Regina with a studiedly unimpressed expression.
“Trying to astonish me, enchantress?” Artemis demanded. “You’re not the only one with powers, you know.”
Artemis’ eyes sparkled, but nothing happened. Regina grinned, her teeth suddenly very sharp and pointed, her eyes glittering maliciously.
“Oh, but I am,” Regina remarked softly. “In this room, in my apartment, you are in my domain. You’re in the lair of the beast, huntress, and my lair, my rules. I thought you knew that.”
A flash of anger crossed Artemis’ face and her eyes burned, but again, no change was made. Regina gave a sinuous stretch on the day bed. She seemed to grow in height as Artemis watched, her hair lengthening to match and huge curving black horns extending from her scalp, wicked black claws curling from her fingertips. Her eyes started to pulse with a red, unholy light, and her skin darkened further to a truly red-black sheen, making her shark-like teeth brilliant white as she smirked.
“If you’re going to address me by a title, huntess, you might want to use the correct one,” Regina continued lazily. “I’m not so much as an enchantress as…”
“A demon,” Artemis spat.
Her hand tried to close over mid-air, but the spear she was trying to summon didn’t materialise. Regina rolled her red eyes.
“My domain,” She repeated. “My rules.” She gazed at Artemis. “Shall we get back to it?”
“Never,” Artemis hissed, backing up. “If I’d known what you are…”
“But you did know,” Regina remarked. “You knew the moment you met me in the bar. You knew I was a monster; that was part of the allure. Tell me, were you planning on taming me, or killing me?”
Artemis scowled. Regina swept her infernal red eyes over Artemis.
“Speaking of which, I don’t think you’re properly attired for this little fantasy of mine,” She remarked matter-of-factly, giving another snap of her fingers.
Artemis gave a sharp gasp as she felt weight close around her neck. She reached up to feel a heavy metal collar around her neck, made of apparently solid gold, but with no obvious hinge or lock. A thick golden chain hung from a ring at the front of the collar, extending across the room to where it was loosely held in Regina’s right hand. Regina grinned again, wrapping the golden chain around her hand and wrenching Artemis a step towards her. Artemis dug her heels in, resisting, her hands desperately yanking at the collar, feeling all around it, but it didn’t give.
She glared at Regina.
“What?” Regina asked demurely. “I could have gone for the chain and a golden septum ring. I’m sure that would have made you more pliant.”
“Fuck you.”
“Yes, I believe that was where this was going,” Regina agreed lazily.
“If you think I’m going to give you any more pleasure, you’ve got another thing coming,” Artemis snapped, fury plain in every line of her body.
“Darling, you’re already giving me pleasure,” Regina remarked. “Seeing you like this, defiant and collared, is just about scratching all of my itches.”
Artemis wrapped her arms around herself, scowling at Regina, trying to hide her breasts. Regina tutted.
“Now, now, sweet Artemis, why hide what I’ve already seen?” Regina demanded. “What did you call them, my ‘spoils of war’?”
“You didn’t actually fight for me,” Artemis scowled.
“So fending off a bar full of guys and girls all drawn to you like a moth to a flame doesn’t count as a battle?” Regina asked curiously. “Or luring you back to my place, that doesn’t count?”
“Bitch,” Artemis spat at her.
“Correct,” Regina said with a wicked smile.
“I am not a trophy to be won,” Artemis shot at her. “And I am certainly not going to display myself for your amusement.”
“Then I guess I’m going to have to make sure you’re displayed properly,” Regina remarked.
She gave a strange gesture with her fingers, like she was tracing the air currents with the tips of her curved talon-like nails. Artemis gave another sharp gasp as apparently solid air rammed into her, wrenching her arms behind her. Tight golden manacles materialised around her wrists and above her elbows, fine golden chains cinching them tight together, meaning that her arms were clamped behind her back, forcing her to stick out her ample chest. A searing hot breeze rippled across her breasts and as Artemis looked down in horror, a pair of golden spheres clamped to either of her nipples, pressing inwards towards each other. She gave a low moan of mingled pleasure and pain as they did, then felt that same scorching heat sear across her hips and thighs.
A tight golden belt had fastened around her waist, a parody of a skirt hanging from it. It only went 3 quarters of the way around her, leaving her thighs and crotch exposed. Not that it made much difference where it did cover, it was almost completely transparent; made of tiny golden chains that chimed melodically together as she moved. That wasn’t the worst part of the belt though. The worst part was the metal section that stretched over her mons pubis and slid between her legs, effectively sealing the area between her thighs with cool metal, sliding between her butt cheeks and reattaching to the belt behind. It was a chastity belt, and like all of the restraints, had no apparent hinges or locks.
“You can’t do this,” Artemis stared down at the chastity belt in horror, trying to wrest her arms free from their shackles to attack this new confinement. “You can’t!”
“I just did,” Regina said coolly. “I’m not stupid Artemis. While I know your mother can’t interfere, Goddess or not, in my realm, I know that raping you is crossing the line. So we’ll see how long you last in severe chastity with… pretty strong motivation before you start begging me to screw you. How long can the tigress go before she needs to be fed, hmmm?”
As Artemis looked up at Regina, staring at her in horror, she felt the hot air blow at her hair, scooping the long dark tresses up and into a tight bun at the back of her head, golden bands securing it in place, and a sudden weight descending on her head as a golden circlet encircled her brow, a parody of a crown.
“That’s better, now you do look like a proper princess,” Regina purred.
She started to slowly reel Artemis in by the chain, lazily wrapping it over her hands. Artemis struggled and leant against it with all her weight. Soon she was panting for breath, a faint sheen of sweat coating her body and face, while Regina watched, perfectly cool and composed.
“My mother will destroy you,” Artemis hissed defiantly. “She’ll mount your horns on her wall!”
“Oh, but she can’t,” Regina remarked, checking her nails. “You see, you are my rightful prey. You walked willingly into my realm, and you stayed the night. I fulfilled all the requirements of hospitality, I am irreproachable. You fell freely into the trap, so I won, fair and square. I trapped the silver doe, and now I get my wishes, and there’s nothing your mother can do about it.” She gave a savage yank on the golden chain and Artemis fell to her knees before her. “So how about you show me the spoils of war in action?”
Artemis leant back, shaking her head determinedly.
“Shame,” Regina remarked.
She ran a talon over her blood-red lips and they seemed to shimmer darkly. She leant forwards and grabbed Artemis by the golden collar, pulling them face to face. For a moment, Regina seemed to consider her captive, then she grabbed her by the back of the head and gave her a savage kiss. Artemis tried to keep her mouth shut, closing her eyes, refusing to participate in the embrace, but after a second, she felt her lips part against her volition. A strange, rolling black heat was building deep in her chest, shudders and shivers running over her skin, and, deep down, between her legs, trapped beneath that golden bar, she felt a warmth that grew hotter and hotter. Her heart seemed to beat wildly, thrumming loud in her ears and suddenly she was kissing Regina with an unbridled passion and desperation she’d never felt before.
The hunger tore through her. She wanted to taste every inch of Regina’s skin, to kiss and caress it, and as Regina broke off the kiss, she heard herself give a soft whine, almost throwing herself at the demoness, nuzzling, nipping, licking everywhere she could reach. Regina laid back on her pillows, imperiously tugging on the golden chain and Artemis scrambled to obey, kissing the insides of Regina’s thighs, burrowing into her. Regina laid back, red eyes semi-lidded, then flickering open to meet the furious green eyes of the cat, still trapped in its cat carrier. She smirked at Orion, giving a groan of pleasure as Artemis’ tongue ran along the length of her labia and flickered at her clitoris, breaking out into a soft cry as Artemis suckled on the sensitive nub…
Regina rocked her hips luxuriously against Artemis, guiding her with tugs on the chain, and it didn’t take long for her already pretty excited body to explode with sensation.
Regina leant back on the sofa, biting her lip, eyes semi-lidded, pushing Artemis off her with a delicate little flick of her foot. Artemis fell back to the apartment’s carpet, her heart slowly returning to a normal speed, blinking around her in surprise. The tent had vanished, and everything had returned to how it had been before, the white contemporary-style apartment with its few furnishings, and the dark-skinned human woman, smiling to herself on the sofa.
Regina winked at Artemis as she stared, her dark brown eye momentarily flashing blood-red. Artemis staggered back, scrambling to her feet, then looked down in horror. Not all her restraints had disappeared with the tent. The golden collar was still tight around her throat, and while the skirt had vanished, the golden chastity belt remained clamped around her waist. Artemis glared at Regina, who gave her a regal wave.
“Thanks for the orgasms darling,” Regina cooed. “Last night’s and todays. I trust it wasn’t a totally wasted experience for you.”
“Fuck you and your entire family,” Artemis snapped.
“It can be arranged,” Regina said brightly, bouncing into a sitting position. “I mean, Dad’s pretty busy running Hael, but I’m sure that he could take the night off, just for you.”
Artemis spat at Regina, then turned on her heel, wrenched open the front door and vanished into the hallway, slamming it behind her. Regina watched her go with interest.
“Well,” She mused, highly amused. “Even though she forgot her clothes, at least she’s safe from being sexually assaulted.”
She straightened up, giving a luxurious stretch, savouring the slightly sore, tired feeling, then turned to the cat-carrier on the sideboard, tilting her head to one side.
Orion leapt lightly off the sideboard, back in his human form, scowling at her.
“Did you really have to make me see that?” He demanded, scowling.
“Oh please, like you didn’t enjoy it, puss-cat,” Regina yawned.
“Well, if you’re done torturing me,” Orion snapped, striding towards the door. “I’ll take my leave.”
“I wouldn’t do that, if I were you,” Regina said smoothly.
Orion snorted and wrenched on the door, only for the handle to come off in his hand. He stared down at it in surprise, the chrome handle shining in his palm. He looked up at Regina in time to see her eyes pulse red, then, in a shower of ash and glowing embers, she appeared, inches in front of him.
“People only leave my domain with my permission,” She breathed, her needle-sharp teeth visible behind her blood red lips. “Believe me puss-cat, I haven’t even begun to torture you.”
Ryan gave a yelp of pain, looking down at his hand as the handle seared white hot in his hand, then gave a cry of shock. The handle appeared to have melted, and now the silver fluid had encased his hand, quickly climbing up his arm, the fabric of his clothes disintegrating as it came into contact with the liquid metal. He tried to scrape it off with the other hand, but drops of silver only passed to the other hand, the beads rapidly swelling, coating his other hand. The silver spread over him, coating him like a second skin, climbing up his neck, welding his mouth shut, wrapping around his genitals, forcing its way inside him...
He contorted and struggled wildly, but it moved with him, his cries and shouts muffled as more silver forced its way past his lips and into his mouth, filling it until barely a whimper was audible. He stared, horror struck at Regina, until the silver coated his eyes too and left him in total darkness. As his world faded to black the substance coating him seemed to start to stiffen. He continued to struggle, but it became harder and harder until he was locked in place, unable to move a muscle.
Regina gazed in satisfaction at the silver statue of a handsome young man in the centre of her living room, completely naked. She tilted her head to one side with a considering look, then waved a hand. The silver liquid bubbled up into cones on-top of his head, forming big kitty ears, more bubbling up over his crotch to form the traditional fig-leaf, keeping him semi decent.
“That’s better,” Regina remarked. “Much more classy.”
She flicked his collar, the only part of his clothing that had remained unharmed by the silver skin, laughing at the soft tickling of the bell and the low moan that seemed to reverberate from the statue. With a wave of her hand, the statue slid across the floor to take pride of place beside the door.
“Now, if you’ll excuse me,” She told him cheerily, hanging her robe on him, like he was a coatstand. “I’m going to bed. I’ve got some friends coming over later and I’d hate to be all tired and cranky when they get here. Don’t worry sugar, I’m sure they’re going to love you.”
With a light, mocking laugh, she sauntered away to her bedroom, turning out the lights with a snap of her fingers and leaving Orion alone in the dark.
