Victor (green) and Wayne (blue) are PBT's that are currently going on a run with each other and are trying to see who can run out of breath faster. As they run their clients large breasts keep moving which makes it harder for them compared to their original bodies. A few kilometers later, they made it to some place where a bunch of women were working out and they saw another PBT jogging. They joined him and tried to talk to him but he seemed extremely focused on trying to finish his run. After awhile they all stopped and they introduced themselves to him. It turns out his name was Rafael and he was a prestige PBT which means he can only have one client that pays him a lot of money to keep their body fit constantly. Both Victor and Wade looked at each other then looked back at Raphael and said that after their workouts they usually show off their gains to each other and asked if he wanted to join them.
