Wally is helping a family plan for their daughter's 20th birthday and told them everything would be perfect. What he didn't tell them was that he faked the information he game them so he'd get booked more and that this was his first time planning a party. He was doing good for the most part finding a good place to throw the party and getting decorations but he didn't think it'd be right for the birthday party.
