        <strong>Chapter4 Pt1: Battle of Ice Mountain</strong>Cold. Hardness. Stacey shivered. What had happened to her bed? Had she fallen off again and ended up on the floor? Wait, hadn't she been doing something important? It seemed too much of a struggle to try and remember now. What she really wanted--no, needed----was sleep.<br />She tried to turn over to get comfortable, but the hardness simply shifted to her back. What was going on here?<br />Despite her body's urgings, she struggled to open one eye. Or, thought she had, anyway. It seemed just as dark as before. Slowly, she opened up the other eye and saw the same thing. It was then that she noticed she was swaying rhythmically, as if with someone walking.<br />Feeling about herself, she found huge columns about her.         <strong>Chapter 2: Saving Sisters</strong>The sun may have been out, but if it was Tom couldn't tell: Stacey's bower had sealed tight all the ways in or out. But the air did not smell foul: quite the opposite actually, fragrant flowers provided a pleasant odor barely detectable. Instead, the air simply smelled fresh, like a morning after a spring rain.<br />Tom felt his footing rock a bit, sending his heart racing as he thought of earthquakes or demons below digging underneath and collapsing the floor to get at him! He almost reached for his power when he realized that it was only Mausi shifting.<br />He flew off, only just missing her hand coming up to scratch her head!<br />She yawned widely, looking pleased, when she opened her eyes and caught sight of the bower walls. She froze, still with her mouth open and her arm raised. Tom felt the mirth bubble inside him, she looked hilarious! He started to chuckle, then it grew into a laugh, until he roared with amusement!<br />Stacey had fallen when Mausi shifted, and she flew up with a wry smile on h</q></span></a></span><!-- ^TTT --><!-- TTT$ --></span>
