“Aeon Flux” was a cel-animation TV series from the early 1990s, and more recently also a live-action movie with Charlize Theron in the title role. An episode of the former, “A Last Time For Everything”, featured a character named Scaphandra, who had an extra pair of hands attached to her legs in place of her feet. In the movie, there was a similar character, only this time named Sithandra.
(Trivia: apparently “Scaphandra” comes from a French word meaning “diving-bell”. “Sithandra”? Who knows...)
In the TV series, Scaphandra apparently lost her original feet in a mishap while trying to get past some nasty automated border-control laser guns. Some dialogue from her subsequent attempt, this time in coordination with Aeon:
Scaphandra: “Just remember to watch your feet.”
Aeon: “You lost them here? I like the transplants, by the way.”
Scaphandra: “Yes, so do I.”
But later in the episode, Aeon’s complimentary tone seems to cool, and she refers to Scaphandra as a “freak”.
In the movie, Sithandra didn’t seem to suffer any accident, instead she voluntarily replaced her feet with hands. From her intro scene:
Aeon: “How are the modifications?”
Sithandra: (Demonstrates them by picking up several weapons from the ground in turn with her leghands and tossing them to Aeon and herself.) “Useful. You should have it done.”
Aeon: “I like my shoes.”
