There are a great variety of intersex variations, variously described as “hermaphrodite”, “futa[nari]”, or whatever. This form, and the one I like the best, is genitalia which are otherwise female, except the clitoris has been replaced/expanded into a penis. This doesn’t seem to have a specific name, so I would like to call it “unisex”.
Note the rest of the body configuration need not be feminine (though it is in this case); it can also be masculine.
