Julie never knew if the bots she worked on at her station were just bots, or if they'd begun life as a human before someone ordered their conversion.

She supposed it didn't matter much though. She was going to take the temporary breast-caps off and install whatever nipples the customer ordered in their place. Then she'd paint them to perfection before sending the bot down the line to Claire at the genital installation station.

Checking the data on the bot in front of her, Julie realized it would be a fast one, as the client wanted smooth breasts. There would still have to be access ports behind where the nipples would be, so Julie's station couldn't be bypassed entirely, but all she had to do was find the matching silicone parts and mould them to fit this bot's chest.

Julie always felt a kinship with smooth-bots, having the same pieces installed on her frame most of the time. She gave the bot a good rub before sending it down there line.

With it being the last for the night, Julie waited as her co-workers filtered past, and attached herself to the next empty hook. The synthetic workers would be passed through a cleaning cycle before their hooks lines up with chargers for the night.
