This one was actually really hard for me. I had come up with the concept for this a couple of weeks ago, and started chipping away at it. At first it was just... so dry. I stepped away from it for a couple of weeks, and decided if it was going to be dry, I might as well go all in. So I wrote around it, creating the narrative device of the after-action report. It made it a bit more palatable, for sure.

it's a longer story and it's not one of my better ones - very little TG, way less than what I initially was going for. But I'm glad it's out of my system. Not every story will be a banger and that's okay. It's out there for now.

And it marks the official return of TranzGen, one of the first "companies" I made in my stories way back in 2009/2010, when I was first starting out here. I figured it would make a fitting return to write a story from the perspective of someone trying to compile notes for TranzGen's archives.

They will be back.
