Tina felt out of place in the club. She wasn’t dressed up all fancy like and her hair was pretty plain in comparison. It was odd that she somehow did not stand out but yet was a big contrast compared to everyone. The shame did get to her as she wanted to hide herself somehow but a part of her wanted to stay for the atmosphere..
Tina knew one way to avoid making eye contact with people - popping her head off. It was out of impulse like a turtle retreating into its shell. She tucked her head under her arm as many told her in the past that she looked attractive when she does this. Tina felt a little more confident but she was the only person in the club that had her head off.
“Crap.” Tina said to herself.
Tina still walked around and noticed how no one really looked at her. Mostly focused on their own thing or enjoying their night. As she walked around, she spotted a man who had his head off like her. Though he immediately put it back on after working on his hair with some hair cream.
“A bit superficial but maybe it will give a small confidence boost.” Tina thought to herself.
Tina remained quiet as she approached the man. With a smile on her face and head tucked under her arm, she turned towards him and got closer. She had her head pointed towards the container of hair cream before looking up towards him. It was so simple as the man just let her borrow the cream.
All Tina did next was head to the nearest restroom as her own disembodied head gave the man one last look before going in. Luckily there was a room for headless girls specifically so if anyone comes in, they will be like her.
Upon entering the restroom, Tina went to the nearest sink and had her head sit in it. Her body got to work on her hair. Trying to be like that guy outside where her hair is not straight but messy to give off that cool and rebellious look.
Suddenly, Tina heard a toilet flush, and the cubicle door opened. A gothic girl stepped out, also carrying her detached head.
“Uh… hi.” Tina said.
“Hmm… I like your hair.” the goth head said.
“Thanks.” Tina said.
“This might sound weird but can I borrow that?” the goth head said as her body pointed at that cream. “I heard that it makes heads look cool. I’m the type that likes to keep my head off you know.”
“Sure.” Tina said.
