Summer was here and I got to go to the waterpark! It’s been really hot lately and I’ve been sweating a whole lot. Getting a free ticket thanks to a gift from my boss at work really saved me after she noticed me sweating even at work.

With my swimsuit on, I was hella excited. When the day came, I was up early and drove straight to the place. Rushing as much as possible, even from getting out of the car and getting to the gates. I ended up running right into the park and getting to the first wet attraction I could find.

“Whoo hoo!” I cried.

With my hands on the rails, I stormed up as there was no line at all. I dashed all the way up and noticed that there was no one around. Not even staff members who should be looking over the place. I didn’t care at the time as it was my day to cool off and have fun.

The hole leading to the water slide welcomed me as I dove my feet in and slid along the tunnel. I felt the water rush down my back. My body temperature dropped thanks to the water as I felt a strong shiver all over my body. Probably due to how hot it was today that any form of cooling off felt more sensitive.

I saw the light at the other end as I launched out of the slide. I was moving so fast with so much force, I ended up skipping across the pool. I thought I was done sliding whenI was out of the slide but I kept at it in the water until I made a small stop.

I was going to wade in the water but nothing seemed to happen. In fact, I felt a bit more lightheaded and numb for some reason. Moving around was very difficult for some reason as I turned my head was the best I could do but even that was a struggle.

From what I saw, I was surrounded by many faces of people floating there. All of them looked annoyed rather than having fun in the pool. I was curious as I looked over to the first person close to me and asked.

“What’s going on?” I asked.

“Look down and you’ll get the idea.” said some woman.

I did so and only saw water. At first I did not notice anything until a hard revelation hit me. Where was my body? I looked back at my surroundings and noticed that below everyone’s face was just water as well. Oh god. This can’t be happening!
