"Lysithea von Ordelia. So young yet so talented. I want a head just like that in my collection," Camilla said.
Camilla was in her head collection as she approached to the head of Hilda, someone she recently caught. Said head was sitting there and minding her own business until Camilla appeared.
"Is there something you need me to do? There's not much I can do as a head," Hilda said.
"Oh no. I just want to know stuff about a girl named Lysithea in your school," Camilla said.
"Oh her. She is younger than most of the students and is very smart. She likes sweets but often denies it to look mature. Honestly that girl needs to relax," Hilda said.
"Hmm, something tells me that I shouldn't just steal her head. I should make her want to give it to me after helping her," Camilla said.
"It's been a while since I saw her so it would be nice to have her here. Especially after you cared for me so well," Hilda said. "Heh heh."
"I can tell that you still harbor some grudge against me," Camilla said.
"I kind of do but just keep spoiling me and I'll probably forget about it eventually," Hilda said.
...
So Camilla returned to Garreg Mach once again as she tried to find a girl that matches Hilda's description of her. Long white hair, short, and always studying. So far, no one seemed to be worrying about Hilda's disappearance or perhaps the news died down. The head hunter has been searching for a while as she peaked at students who were walking pass her or observing them from their dorms. Luckily, searching the dorms was the best plan as Camilla spotted a girl studying while eating cake while peaking through the door.
"If I use formula, maybe maybe it can work!" said the girl who dug into her studies. "I might be able to extract that extra crest in no time!"
Camilla knocked on the door which alarmed the studious girl. The girl opened it only to see Camilla and her "refined" body towering over her. Camilla only gave her signature seductive smile and said.
"You must be Lysithea. Hilda has told me things about you," Camilla said. "I was walking by and heard stuff about crests."
"Now hold on! I don't know who you are but please leave," Lysithea said as she prepared her magic.
"Oh no! I mean you no harm. I was going to ask you a favor while treating you some cake. But I can help you with your case about your crest," Camilla said.
"Cake is tempting but tell me about who you are and maybe I'll trust you," Lysithea said.
"Very well. I am Princess Camilla of Nohr. From a pretty faraway land. I was just passing by to visit the monastery but I felt that you need help," Camilla said.
"I do but I rather not tell you," Lysithea said.
"No need to act defensive. I assume that you have a crest that is lethal inside of you," Camilla said.
"You could say that," Lysithea said.
"Please elaborate so that I may help. I just want to know if it is possible."
"I said I won't tell you!"
"Fine. I do got one odd suggestion based on that equation of yours. Have you consider involving head detachment in the mix in other to reduce the effects of your crest between your head and body?" Camilla said as she then leave.
"That's an unusual statement," Lysithea said while looking speechless.
Lysithea was left pondering on Camilla's words as she finds it intriguing at best and silly at worse. The girl took her head off and rested it on the table as she suddenly got an idea on what to do now.
"I got it!" Lysithea said as she had her body open more books.
...
A few days later, Camilla came back to visit Lysithea who was headless and studying as usual. The head huntress knocked on the door as Lysithea called.
"Come in."
Camilla entered and said. "Thank you for letting me do so."
"I figured you want to come here. I also would like to thank you for the suggestion," Lysithea said.
"Really? It actually works?" Camilla said.
"Surprisingly yes. Who knew to simply move on crest to the head will help," Lysithea said. "Though I may have to stay detached for the rest of my life."
"I'm glad that your crest issue. Now that is settled, I do have a proposal for you," Camilla said.
"Let me guess, you want my head?" Lysithea asked.
"What?" Camilla asked.
"I know what you were planning the entire time. Even if you did help me, that is just low," Lysithea said.
"I was going to offer you some cake and then ask if you would give me your head."
"How about this? I will offer you my head but you are to return it when I need it."
"So I'm only allowed to borrow your head."
"I suppose so since you did help me. But I am not going to be that charitable due to how this is my own head we are talking about."
Camilla thought about it as this is one of the rare times that she had to negotiate like this and consider pulling through. While Lysithea owed her a favor, she can tell that the girl's magic will surpass her own. She might as well handle this peacefully.
"Alright! As you command with cake," Camilla said.
"Great! I do need someone to take care of my head when needed," Lysithea said as she offered Camilla her head.
"You'll love the cake in Nohr. Maybe to the point where you might want to be in my collection forever," Camilla said.
"I'll be the judge of that," Lysithea said.
The head huntress was successful once again, but at a small price. It's better than being empty handed and hope the cake was to her new head's liking.
