Heather was watching T.V. one day since she was bored and alone. It was about how woman can look better looking and Heather thought it was stupid. However, today's episode was something out of the ordinary. The guest was headless and she seems fine with it.

"So tell me about this technique." asked the host.

"Well you just hold onto your head, move it from side to side, front and forward, and pull. In an instant, your head comes off. It's easier to do your hair and makeup in this state or you can just get a new head. Any girl can do this." said the headless girl.

"Even me?" asked the host.

"Yeah! Try it and you'll see." said the guest.

The host followed the directions of the guest and what do you know, she popped her head off. The audience were in shock as the host places her head on her lap.

"Wow! This is something. How do I put myself back on?" asked the host.

"Just attach and do the same as you would to detach, though I think you'll enjoy being a head." said the headless guest.

"Sorry, but this is a bit too much for me, though I will try to do this sometimes." said the host.

"Don't worry. It is natural that you'll be afraid. Just focus on you head on your body and your body will do it for you." said the guest.

The host close her eyes and the body puts her on just like that. She was attached using the technique that the guest mentioned, but she moved her head to make sure it was attached. It was.

"I'm worried that the elderly or the children will lose their heads over this." said the host.

"Don't worry, kids 13 or lower can't do this and as you get older, you'll slowly lose the ability to do so until you'll be stuck on that body for the rest of your life. You don't even age as a head or be able to die so if you want eternal youth, I suggest keeping that head off." said the guest.

"I can now see why you look excited about this state. I now consider doing this." said the host, "How did you find out about this?"

"Easy, some friends and their friends told them. I don't know, but turns out it was a secret thing due to embarrassment. Luckily it's spreading and may soon be popular with the girls. Heck, there are even hidden head shops if you like to get some more heads. Some of these are donated,traded, or made." said the guest.

"That is really interesting." said the host.

"I'll provide some locations and numbers later after some more questions." said the guest as she hands a man a piece of paper.

"Well lastly, if you have a new head, wouldn't the original head be missing out?" asked the host.

"Not really, the head and body are essentially the same people. You both get to share the experience through telepathy. Though you can transfer your conscious and your head will retain your memories while you get to be the body." said the guest.

"Wow." said the host.

Heather turned off the television set and was shocked. She thought that it was special effects, but it was too realistic. The green screen should really show it's fake since the show is also known for that. The girl decided to test it out in the restroom so that she can make sure it's real.

Heather got into her restroom and locked the door, making sure nobody sees her as it will cause problems. She looked into the mirror and places her hands on her head. She twisted just like the show instructed. Nervous, she does it very slowly. Heather is not sure if it will work or worse kill her.

Heather then proceeds to pull her head off as she closes her eyes. As she opens then, she only felt a breeze. She feels strange, but slightly normal. Heather's eyes widen when she realize that she also lost all feeling for some reason. She looks at the mirror and could not believe what has happened to her.

She is nothing, but a head. She had no neck under her head while her body houses a neck stump covered in fresh skin. Her head was held up high with her hands as support. The body then proceeds to place her by the sink, looking at the said body.

"Whoa, this is... Is that my body? This is so weird!" shouted Heather's head.

The body proceeds in petting her head and plays with her hair. Heather's head giggled as it was pretty cute. Though she wants to be back on her body again.

"Okay body, put me back." said Heather's head.

The body did not listen and proceeds into playing with her. Heather tries to concentrate to have her body put her back on, but it was not working.

"Body please!" said Heather's head.

The body did not respond, so Heather has no choice, but to become the body. She closed her eyes as she felt herself being whisked away. When she does open her eyes, she couldn't. Her vision is dark, but sort of black and white with that sensory feeling. She found her head, sort of and tries to grab it, but she sort of her it say, "Play with me!"

Heather was surprised to see her own head talk to her. She held it up to her and she could tell the head was growing impatient.

"Please pet me like I did for you." said the head, "It was fun."

Was this head the body before? Heather did as her head commanded as she let out some giggles. It's like she is talking to herself, only this head seems more childish. Then again, Heather is a childish person so the head must have adapted that part of her. It's as if this version of her accepted the fact that she is a head or she's born as one.

After a while she lets Heather make them one again. Heather were worried about the existence of her new friend of sorts.

"You a great person Heather, I promise to take good care of you if your a head like you did for me." Heather's head said.

Heather showed some nervousness with her body language and the head picked up the signal.

"Don't worry, I'll always be with you in the heart and mind. Literally. I'll be jamming inside your brain while you go have fun. Let's be friends okay." said Heather's head.

The real Heather who is the body nodded and puts her head on with the same method as before, but in reverse. Heather felt whole again as she has both body and head again. She wonders what do with this new ability now.
