There were many places in Teyvat that offered breath-taking sights and displays of natural beauty, each in its own way. Towering mountains of bare stone, boundless rainforests and deserts, exotic natural and man-made structures, lively rivers and open plains. And yet, Mondstadt had a unique beauty and charm that was yet to be matched. Or so Lumine thought, as she wasn’t able to tell what made it so exactly. Maybe its landscape, that combined mountains and plains with a gentle breeze? Or could it be the spirit of freedom that the wind seemed to carry along with the dandelions, and permeated those that lived in the region with part of the freedom of Barbatos?

“I wonder what he is up to…”

She, along Paimon, had been instrumental in saving the city and the region from the threat that loomed over it, and she had become a usual collaborator with the Knights of Favonius, the protectors of the land. And the current mission was no different, although she knew it was not to be taken lightly the moment the acting grandmaster herself had requested her assistance. And this was only made more obvious when she considered the party she worked with, which included, besides the grandmaster, the outrider of the knights and the librarian herself.

Jean Gunnhildr was someone that usually stayed at the headquarters, managing paperwork and making sure everything ran properly and in an orderly fashion. But, despite her more bureaucratic tasks, she was not one to shy away from combat or patrols, although these were not as common for her. She had her usual outfit on, the ornate strapless shirt and separated sleeves along her gauntlets, the short cloak on her back, form-fitting tights and knee-high boots.

Barely a step behind her walked Lisa, librarian of the knights. While she saw more action than Jean with patrols, she didn’t quite fight in the frontlines, instead delving into the contents of books that were best left unburied. She was older than the grandmaster, and despite her looks, plenty knew better than to anger or underestimate her. The witch wore a rather revealing outfit of purple and white, along dark gloves, stockings and high-heels. A rose inspired floral pattern permeated the whole outfit, golden in colour, but her most distinctive item was her large witch hat, which made her instantly recognizable.

Lumine couldn’t help but feel almost… bland next to them, the young blonde girl having a white colour palette on her. Her dress, scarf, gloves, stocking and shoes, all shared the same white colour, with the occasional touch of dark and gold here and there. But that, along with being an outsider, pulled her in both directions. She was no eye-catcher, unlike the most prominent members of the knights, but she stood out just enough to not be able to blend in with the people. And it bothered her.

- Jean, how far is the area?

And then there was Paimon, who followed her everywhere. The best way to describe her had to be… what she had heard in an inn. “Floating elf companion” fit her rather well, given that her small size and ability to seamlessly float really made her look like a fairy. She wore a cream-coloured jumpsuit and boots, matching her short and thick hair, while traces of gold permeated the design everywhere, be it the boots, the clothes or the halo she had overhead. The one thing breaking the clear colour palette were the touches of dark colour here and there, mainly her dark cape, glistening like a starry sky, her hairpin and her two big eyes that looked at everything and anything with curiosity.

- What? You prefer going back to the beach where we met?

- No thank you! I’ve had enough of that place for a lifetime!

- Mhm.

- What’s that supposed to mean?!

- Bad memories from that beach, dear? - Asked Lisa.

- You could say so…

- Alright enough with the chit-chat. – Intervened Jean.

Silence fell over the party, footsteps sounding nearby. They were steady and swift, coming towards them as they got louder and louder. The origin of the noise made itself known, as a fourth woman jumped from a low ledge, her silhouette making her stand out slightly with the surroundings. Where the scenery was greens, browns and greys, she also wore dark brown in her clothes, but the bright red really made her stand out.

Her brown colour really fit her scouting and exploration duties, but the abundance of red in her outfit had to make concealment difficult. The colour was everywhere, in her hoodie, her gloves, her stockings and, most prominently, in her headband, the bow of it resembling two bunny ears. The image of her soaring through the air really took Lumine back to when they first met, the woman landing with grace and ease.

- Amber, anything to report.

- Jean! They are about to start moving and heading this way. We need to hurry.

- Understood, what are the enemy’s forces?

- A sizable group, much larger than usual. Most of them geared for close quarters combat, but two of them carry crossbows. There are also two that act as leaders and are easily recognizable, some bulky ones with shields and axes.

- Anything else, Amber?

- The cargo on the whole thing looks… off.

- How so? – Asked Lisa.

- The balloon lacks the usual protection, while the escort force’s formation surrounds it.

- Paimon might not fully understand but… doesn’t that make things easier? If the balloon lacks armour, it will be easier to damage, right?

- It will be, but that’s precisely the problem. – Said Jean. – Hilichurls aren’t exactly bright, but they are by no means dumb. There must be a reason for such a choice.

- Maybe we should be more careful?

- That’s correct, traveller. I would prefer to gather some additional information, but…

- Time is running out. – Stated Lisa.

- Correct. The plan is as follows: Amber, attract the attention of as many as you can with a decoy. The moment it blows up, you hold them in place, Lumine, anemo and pyro should do enough damage for Lisa to finish them with electro. I’ll deal with any stragglers that weren’t caught in the blast.

- I’ll provide cover fire to keep them busy and unable to regroup.

- We are counting on you after the first strike, Amber. But first we take out as many as we can in one single strike. After that, we’ll deal with the rest and the balloon.

The plan was clear and the instructions to follow were sound, so the women approached the target. It was in sight and on the move, with plenty of hilichurls surrounding it while two hulking and noticeably bigger foes commanded the whole force. Well, maybe reign in was a better way to put it, but semantics were irrelevant. They laid in wait, out of sight as the target got closer and closer, the trampling of the footsteps growing louder and louder.

“The haul must be really precious… no shooters on towers nor checkpoints, and all enemies gathered at one point…”

Lumine found the whole thing strange, and most likely she wasn’t the only one. But time was of the essence, and following the plan, Amber launched the distraction. It was one of her Baron Bunny dolls, the small doll soaring through the air in a beautiful arch before landing, starting its little dance. It worked perfectly, the horde lunging at it with every weapon they had. But the doll continued its dance shaking arms in the air as it was targeted by clubs, axes and shields, two arrow heads piercing its body. Then it blew up, a massive ball of fire engulfing the horde.

The party sprang into action, Lumine heading for the dissipating inferno as Amber provided covering fire, blazing projectiles hitting the already burning enemies. From the corner of her eye, she could see Jean speed towards the crossbow wielding hilichurls, the two trying to reload their weapons before she reached them. It was kind of pathetic seeing their skinny arms try to frantically do so, but she focused on her target.

She set one foot forward, giving herself support as she channelled the wind into the palm of her hand, a vortex of wind forming and attracting ever foe within range. The wind immediately caught on fire, turning the whirlwind into a blazing inferno as damage mounted, leaving them ready to be finished off.

She felt the hair in her neck stand up, the air becoming charged as the skies around them darkened and lightning started cracking. The vortex in her hand came to an end, sending the enemies soaring and making those that hadn’t been fully caught stumble, breaking their defence or leaving them completely vulnerable. And then Lisa struck.

- Don’t enjoy this too much~

With glee in her voice, purple lightning descended on the lot of them, shocking them to the bone and reacting to the fire and embers that clung to their bodies. Explosions enveloped them once again, eliminating the vast majority and leaving only the two hulking ones standing, although they were badly wounded. However, they were still to be taken down.

Lumine attacked the shield bearer, the fiend covering behind it while the other swung the axe to attack her. Two flaming arrows struck their targets, setting the shield on fire and the axe wielding brute ablaze, allowing Lisa to launch lightning at the latter, finishing it off once and for all. The last remaining one stood back leaning against the slowly advancing and heavily damaged balloon. It had no time to focus, as blazing arrows hit the shield again, now Jean and Lumine combining their attacks against it.

The shield broke, leaving it wide open to receive a new blazing arrow that set it aflame again. Amber now stood next to them, making the fire spreading to the main target. The flying slime that acted as a balloon squirmed under the heat, purple lightning striking again as Lisa joined them. However, in one last desperate act, the monster let itself fall on the cargo the balloon carried, fire spreading and making contact with the electro that was still shocking its body. The resulting explosion swallowed them whole, making the quartet tumble as the enemy, balloon and haul went up in flames, corpses vanishing shortly after.

Slightly miffed at the last strike, the party stood up, looking at the surrounding area to make sure none had escaped. It was an absolute victory, the balloon and the cargo destroyed and the enemy having been completely routed. They had another reason to be slightly annoyed, as the quartet were covered in slime, a thick coating covering parts of their bodies.

- That was…

- Strange? – Finished Amber.

- …rude, incredibly so. – Said Lisa, annoyance clear in her voice.

- It is indeed strange – Said Jean. – but we achieved our goal. Well done everyone, and thanks for the assistance traveller.

Lumine waved her hand at her, trying to focus, she felt dizzy. Was it because of the combat? No, it couldn’t be, she had fought plenty of times already, and it had not happened before. Maybe the surroundings? No, it couldn’t be that one either, as it was relatively harmless when compared to other places she had fought in. Then…

- I advise to get rid of the slime dears, it’s… oh, this isn’t good.

- Lisa?

- Remove it at once!

The tone of the librarian’s voice caused them to worry. She was relaxed, too laid back even, and usually had a teasing tone, so hearing such hurry in her voice was startling. Lumine sheathed her sword, using her right hand to try and remove a big patch of slime of her left arm. The glossy substance was taking a teal colour, the girl trying to scrub it off with her hand, but the moment she rubbed it her vision blurred, a shiver going down her entire body.

- What…

Lumine panted, trying to focus and rubbing it once again. A second shiver went down, making the girl squirm as she savoured the feeling. It had felt strangely good, and she wasn’t the only one dealing with it. Amber was on all fours panting heavily, Jean reclining against a rock as she tried to focus or hold a modicum of decency, Lisa kneeling and panting like the rest, a strangely pleased smile appearing in her lips.

The witch rubbed her chest again, which was taking a dark purple colour that was also present in other parts of her. Amber’s legs were taking an orange-red colour, the outrider having a look that couldn’t decide whether she was scared of what was happening or aroused at the pleasant feelings that ran through her. Jean for her part was taking a liking to the changes by the moment, her lips curling into a smile similar to Lisa’s as she turned into the same teal as Lumine.

The two older women made eye contact, slowly advancing towards each other. The colour spread through them at a steady rate, the parts of the body affected taking the shine the slime droplets had. Walking became difficult, both women dragging themselves towards the other any way they could. Panting heavily, their arms and legs became wobbly, losing definition as they finally reached the other. The two women kissed passionately, not caring of the transformation that claimed their bodies.

Lumine watched in horror and fascination, the grandmaster and the librarian, each of them a powerful warrior, having been reduced to transforming nymphomaniacs as their affair became more intense. They kissed as passionately as they could, their moans and panting turning into gargled sounds as the transformation claimed their heads. It was fascinating watching the two turn into slimes as they kissed, their tongues becoming one before separating again as the two bodies threatened to merge if one leaned too heavily on the other. And she couldn’t help but feel a tinge of jealousy.

However, her attention focused elsewhere as she felt something touch her bare shoulders. Her transformation wasn’t as advanced, as focusing on anything else but her had slowed it down. But she was out of luck, as she was pinned against the ground by Amber, who was much more changed than she was. Her whole lower body was transformed, her chest having been hit too and spreading the transformation like a wave over her bust, arms and face, her long and dark hair starting to change colour and texture as she fully changed.

Where Jean’s fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes had turned teal; Lisa’s brunette hair, fair skin, and green eyes had turned into a dark purple; and Amber was no different. She had a wild look in her clear orange eyes, looking down at Lumine with unchained lust. Looking down at her own body, shivering in pleasure at the touch of the outrider, she saw that her transformation was speeding up, going down her body like a wave and leaving teal coloured slime behind. Amber kneeled over her, panting and lusty, eagerly and steadily bringing her lips closed.

- Pai…mon…run…

Her last words were for her tiny companion, who watched in horror as the party she accompanied was transformed before her very eyes without being able to do anything about it. The slime women were busy with each other, and unable to intervene, the tiny floating woman turned tail and ran off seeking help.

Lumine was fully at Amber’s mercy now, the two entangled in a kiss as they shivered in pleasure. The mere touch of their lover’s hands was enough to have them tremble, hands merging with the other’s body and the two becoming one. Kisses, caresses and other more daring advances only stoked the fiery passion that consumed them. None of them cared for the transformation anymore, as they tried to reach for new heights in their new and much more sensitive forms.

Every touch with a single hand felt greatly amplified, those in their intimate areas leaving them ecstatic. Each time part of them fused into one their elements combined to make the pleasure a raging inferno or an electrifying current, taking each of the couples higher and higher. They wanted more, more of each other, more of the pleasure that ran rampant. More!

However, the more intense the pleasure, the more difficult it was to focus, eventually the four of them collapsing in exhaustion and pleasure. Silence returned to the area, no traces of the skirmish that had taken place remaining, while the remainder of the party of four that had carried out the operation being four piles of clothes. Some boots and shoes laid scattered, but there was little more to prove otherwise.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

… it was annoyed. It was a feeling that would not go away, and it was not pleasant. That pleasure was good. More pleasure! It wanted more of it! For the first time in… a long time, she opened her eyes.

…She? Yes, that sounded correct. She… she… but there was something else. Besides the hunger that was it. It was something that repeated itself time and again, and again, and again. She was hungry, but why did it feel… important?

“Lu…mi…ne…”

“Lumine…”

“Lumine.”

She wasn’t sure what Lumine was. Was it her? She was hungry, so maybe she was Lumine too? She would think about it later. Think… think… it was only making her hungrier.

She bounced forward, getting out of the bindings that tried to hold her in place. It was easy enough, and she wasn’t alone on that. A big anemo slime was nearby, looking at her curiously with big eyes. And there was an electro one too, as big as the anemo one but she was dark purple, and had her antenna spark with electro from time to time. And there was a third one! A pyro slime, roughly her size, with two big horns. Although the horns looked too long and different. It looked confused and… relieved? Relieved… many things to think about. And that only made her hunger grow.

She had to find food; anything would do. And as she bounced forward, the other three followed her. They moved as a group, the other having a familiar feeling about them. But they were going nowhere like this. Any creature they tried to approach ran away, and they didn’t look that appetizing.

The pyro slime saw something, rushing off while she and the other two tried to keep up. She was surprisingly fast, and she had to be hungry too. How could she move so quickly? Regardless, they followed her mad dash. However, she stopped next to a small cliff, where rock laid bare and no grass grew. She did so too fast, causing the pursuing trio to collide with her and send the three of them downhill, bouncing against the bare rock as they made their way down the gentle slope.

They eventually stopped, taking a moment to reorient themselves. She was annoyed, and not because of the hunger. But it didn’t matter, as her eyes widened at the sight before her. It was a current of wind, gently ascending to the blue skies above. And it wasn’t the only interesting thing, as a small fire burned close to it. A flaming stick had made contact with a rock that oozed electro element, and the eager quartet of slimes hurried next to the treasure trove.

It was bliss, feeling their strength return as the element around them revigorated them. It felt nice, it felt powerful, it felt good. They took more and more, never having enough, until something inside them came to life. A single luminous point lit up inside them, power running through them unchecked.

Their bodies trembled and lost definition for a moment, before transforming again. They enlarged and shifted, changing their form and shape. Their round and pudgy bodies became larger, bigger; and much leaner. They adopted a familiar shape, two sets of limbs growing and solidifying as their torsos reformed. Their heads returned, as the familiar shape of their body fully came to be. Arms and legs felt solid, their bodies flexible and resistant, their minds much clearer.

“Lumine.”

Lumine, it was her name. She was Lumine. She slowly and tentatively stood up, once again rising to her legs. She looked at her hands, moving her five digits as the other three transformed and shapeshifted as well. The pyro slime shaped herself as a lean girl, with long and slender legs, a modest bust and a shapely rear. Her body combined shades of red and orange, both light and dark, befitting of her element. She also had a long and flowing hair that merged again with her body at several points; While on top of her head were two… horns? Antenna? Ears?

“Amber.”

Yes, that was her name. And she felt quite the fondness for her, although she didn’t know why. Yet. Noticing Lumine’s looks, she touched them carefully, giving her a wide smile as she touched them again and again.

The other teal slime had turned into an older woman. She was tall, lean and athletic, her hair morphing into a ponytail on the back of her head. Lumine couldn’t help but notice her wide and bare hips, the curves of her body, and her bigger bust. She didn’t know why, but it made her touch her own, slightly intimidated.

“Jean.”

She didn’t have to be though, as the anemo slime woman gave her a king smile. She wasn’t much different, having swirling patterns running down her body, similar to hers now that she looked at herself a second time. She gently tugged two slimy locks, these fusing with her chest. She would have taken a good look at the last slime woman, but Amber came from behind, the pyro slime woman hugging her effusively.

And yet, she could clearly see the electro slime woman smile at them, standing next to Jean. She stood a bit taller than her, but just as alluring. A slender and curvy body, a generous bust and wide hip gave her quite the looks; while the lighter purple lines that criss crossed on her body allowed her to highlight her figure.

“Lisa.”

The electro slime woman set a hand on Jean’s shoulder, the two looking at Amber displaying her affection to Lumine, the smaller anemo slime woman contemplate whether to try to shake her off or simply give in. But maybe her most eye-catching trait was the hat that had formed with her body. Her hair had formed a side ponytail, merging back with her again, but the antenna she had before had turned into a large hat, being a familiar sight. It was part of her, covering her with a wide brim as the I stretched backwards, the hat ending in the antenna’s original end, occasionally sparking with energy.

There was still the question of what they were. They had names, but slimes didn’t have such things. Humans had, but they were clearly not human… So where did that leave them? Lisa touched her chest, looking at the core that held her energy. Jean also had one in her chest, and the same applied for the smaller anemo and pyro slimes.

None of them knew what they were, some caring more about it, some less and Amber caring little to none. But they were certain that they needed a safe area to rest, somewhere to think, to see what they could do and how to do so. But it could wait a little bit, Lisa teasing the bigger anemo slime woman much like Amber had done to Lumine. The sun and the breeze felt nice, they were full of energy and they would not run of out it as long as their cores remained untouched. The word vision came to mind when thinking of the stones that illuminated their chests, but she disregarded the thought. Teasing Jean was fun, and the woman was rather endearing…
