Warden Valeria had Phantom right where she wanted her - that is, suited up and shackled in her own private prison.
Phantom's outfit had been confiscated, and she was re-assigned a high-tech latex prison suit designed to resemble Phantom's normal outfit. The results were stupendous. It made the CEO shake with rage, squirming and squeaking with the knowledge that she had been defeated and turned into a living testament to Warden Valeria's power.
Knowing that Phantom was an experienced elocutionist, Valeria also opted to keep Phantom thoroughly gagged with a fat plug and heavy muzzle over her lips. It did leave her unable to properly kiss Valeria's boots, but such sacrifices had to be made in favor of order.
"The unruly require instruction, not sympathy. During your stay at my prison, you'll learn your place... prisoner."
