The Hound. Phantom's hound; known through her actions and visual connections. No document in the world would ever confirm a legal association. No witness would ever testify that Phantom, the vaunted CEO of MirageCorp, was pulling the strings.
Although there's no data-trail to connect the two, any witness could make the connection. The Hound arrives clad in black and gold, equipped with bleeding-edge technology and extensive training. She is silent when needed and sensual when required. Her flesh is never seen - only the advanced suit that laminates her skin, and the expensive clothes that accentuate it. While the clothes change, they almost always resemble that of the iconic villainess herself.
Then there's her deeds. Phantom's myriad foes are always eager for an opening - a chance to strike at Phantom when she is vulnerable. Phantom does the same, and the Hound is her proactive response.
She is part negotiator, part agent. When matters of a sensitive nature must be discussed, then The Hound is there. Arranging for the transportation of illicit cargo, the acquisition of restricted reagents, or the procurement of highly classified material... in all of them, the Hound is ready, and Phantom knows that she will perform her tasks with complete confidentiality.
When negotiation is needed, she can make for a compelling conversationalist - without ever speaking a word. Fewer still remember The Hound ever speaking. Although not gagged, she is essentially mute unless her handler allows it. When communication is necessary, the voice on the other end is from Phantom herself. She speaks as though she inhabits the Hound's form, even when she's on the other side of the planet. When Phantom doesn't wish to use her own voice, she doesn't allow her servant the honor of speaking - instead creating statements from the garbled recordings of the speaker. If possible, the Hound literally uses her target's own words against them.
And, when Phantom needs an attack dog, the Hound is there. Her irrationally-expensive suit blocks detection and absorbs electromagnetic signals. She is a dead-zone, unhackable, untraceable, and unknowable. She rarely gets her hands any dirtier than Phantom, preferring subtlety and intimidation over violence. More than once, the Hound has been deployed into supposedly impregnable fortresses in order to acquire blackmail material. Her clandestine operations take her into data-vaults and day spas. A squirming victim, moaning in her vacuum-sealed sleepsack, is acquired with the same care as high-value documents on profit projections.
When The Hound is present, people know to straighten up. She answers to nobody but Phantom herself. When the two of them are together, they make for a fearsome pair. She is mute, silent, and with no visible sensory equipment, presumably blind - but she never stumbles or trips. Phantom directs her with a grin and a nod - utterly dependable, operating as Phantom's silent masterstroke whenever illicit business is at hand.
