Evlin and Lora have been apprenticing to a mysterious wizard for three months now. Today, they explore fetishes of a new sort.

The idea that got me out of my writer's block came from
whose interesting writing always brings a smile to my face.
I've got no attachment to Evlin (curly red hair and always looking for a new challenge) nor Lora (dark skin, platinum hair, and a total perfectionist) . I thought about finding someone else's OCs for the role but ultimately went with some functional but uninspired characters. If you somehow fall in total love with the story, you're free to "adopt" them.
The same goes for the Lictor. The name came from the Roman role (lictors in Classical Rome were bodyguards) which comes from ligare (to bind.) For someone who never shows up, they spend a lot of time talking about their mentor!
What I'm getting at is that making up some characters was somehow therapeutic. It's nice to work with unknowns and not feel beholden to canon, personality, or other long projects.
I'm proud of the story now, but we'll see how I feel about it in a week. Either way, it was a way past writer's block. I'm eager to hear readers' thoughts on the matter.
Update - some minor edits. Added image. Still major thanks to CheshireQuill who is awesome.
