On a small table in a small room in a massive skyscraper is a massive city, a medium woman stood over a medium vixen.
"Your presence is of the utmost disappointment. Your creation was my choice, and the damage you have done is therefore my responsibility entirely."
Phantom paced the room, wandering in circles above her carrion. Phantom's costume was a jet-black leather catsuit, covered in steel, buckles and imposing straps. In her hands she bore a crop; the sign of a general. She paced with her hands behind her back, muttering eloquent nothings to herself as well as her prisoner.
The only other non-prisoner was Vikki, who stood in the corner with a demure look. She half-smiled and her lips were just barely upturned. Her hands clasped in front of her and her expression made for a look of the utmost apology.
"I trusted the advice of my adjutant. Your presence makes a fool of both myself and my dear associate." Phantom punctuated the word 'associte' with a firm grab of Vikki's rear. She was reminding the prisoner who Vikki was, but also to whom Vikki belonged.
"I didn't know!" The captive finally spoke. She, too, was a young vixen, milky-white with a deathly, startled pallor. Though unlike the two others' outfits, hers was a blend of form and function.
Bright golden rubber gracefully outlined the prisoner's form. It shone with the polished white-gold of an ancient monument. It attracted the eye, and blurred where the prisoner's arms and legs started and finished with its reflective shine. It helped to conceal the fact that its function was to restrain, and restrain it did.
The suit's arms were kept crossed; both hands were turned into mitts, pressed against the opposite shoulder. More padding around the chest made the captive's breasts stand out, pushed forward and perked with formed rubber, while her arms were kept in an X across her chest. The sleeves curved around, wrapping across the biceps again. Every tug that the prisoner made brought her no closer to freedom, but only encouraged a claustrophobic squeezing of her torso. She was tugging quite vigorously. The captive had a nametag, clearly labeling her as 'Eve'.
Other subtle straps, woven into the rubber, lined her waist and legs. Another white strap, blending with the metallic gleam, made sure that her legs would not kick or help her flee - instead they left her vulnerable to groping, tickling, teasing, or just ogling. Phantom had started the discussion with a few long, tender strokes of her thighs.
"You did not know. We understand that. You were purchased, not captured. But I have doubts that you were truly ignorant. The circuitry in your body, the implants, and the equipment that you came with all suggest that you were prepared as a spy."
"I don't remember anything about being a spy!" The prisoner's voice raised to a shrill.
"You don't need to remember. You were trained as a spy. You were made as a spy."
"I'm not a spy!"
"You are a spy." Phantom was declarative. "You just don't know it."
"I'm innocent. I'll prove my loyalty!"
"I have no doubts you want to be loyal. But you are a spy all the same. I need to show your previous owners what I do to products that don't meet my standards."
The captive's eyes widened as she bucked. She visibly squeezed herself together when she further tugged. "Return me!" she cracked.
A wave of the captor's fingers brought Vikki nearer. "As you recommended our purchasing this captive, you bear the responsibility of inducting her into our company's structure."
Vikki raised an eyebrow. "Milady, she already is part of the organization."
Phantom shook. "No, our structure."
"Ah."

Eve's body shook again as Vikki returned to the chamber. The room's walls slowly rose. The view was breathtaking. Eve realized she was near the top floor of the building. She could see almost the entire city.
"Sorry, but orders are orders. I respect Phantom's wishes in this matter."
Vikki was setting up a series of concentric rings on the floor. They reformed, extending like a tent-pole or baton to nearly the ceiling. More mechanical rods and blocks were attached.
"You're not returning me, are you?" Eve's voice cracked.
"No. I convinced Phantom to let me do this myself. I also convinced her to let me perform it here. The view's just so lovely! I thought it'd be, y'know, relaxing."
Eve couldn't turn her head far enough to see the machinery. "I'm going to be hired for your.. erm... evil organization?"
"No," Vikki said slowly and lowly. "You're going to be incorporated into its structure. Like a server would be. Or a pillar at the bottom of the building."
This took a moment to sink in. "You're a spy. When we purchased you, your former owners seem to have implanted a series of surveillance and observation tools. Phantom's gonna use you; she'll re-route traffic through you, feeding them false information. You'll be the first one; so your secrecy is critical. We're going to make sure you're well-cared for and very, very, very secure."
Eve swallowed. "For how long?"
Vikki clicked together another piece of the machine.
"Until they realize you've been compromised." The answer was intended to be comforting yet noncommittal.
Eve bucked again, and Vikki finished the machine. "Your owners made a few changes- you don't need to breathe, correct? Homeostasis is constant? Saves us some time."
She raised the prisoner off the table, and brought her to the center of the machine. "Just close your eyes, dear. You'll only be conscious when we're not feeding you false data, so..."
Vikki prepared one more item. "...you'll start to accrue some paid time off after, oh, I don't know... maybe five or six..."
Eve never heard the last word as Vikki tugged the hood over her head. It self-laced, and it soon adhered to the captive's feminine curves. It molded itself to her face, becoming an idealized vision; her nose, her cheeks, and forhead were all vaguely visible as outlines beneath the smart-materials' grip.
A loud mechanical sound heralded the portable device's activation. Thick rolls of jet-black tape stretched, adhered, then instantly shrunk as they covered the prisoner. It was time-consuming, and Vikki had to stabilize the captive to keep her standing as she started to thrash.
Each wrap was perfectly lined, halfway up the prior layer. Every inc was pulled to maximum efficiency - which, in this case, meant for maximum restriction and maximum helplessness. The elastic design contracted around her shapely legs, and figure, replacing the gleam with a matte. For twenty minutes, the machine - operated by the empathetic Vikki - wrapped upwards to the neck, then downward to the toes. An extra half-layer was applied over her waist down. Vikki herself hand-wrapped the prisoner - or, as she was to be identified, Project Facade, over her head. There was an element of apologetic repentance for dooming the captive...
And there was also an element of enjoyment. Seeing her wrapped so snugly, kept so desexualized, physically restrained and all her self-motivation stolen - it was a sight to see, a pleasure to smell, and in a dark way, a joy to involve.
Phantom returned with the tech-sarcophagus; a gigantic metallic case hardly large enough for Eve. Circuitry, glowing blue and white, lined the interior, designed to interact and interfere with Eve's advanced surveilliance implants.
"Madame," Vikki queried, "May I?"
Phantom nodded. Her lips upturned into a smile.
Movement was scarcely visible on poor Eve's mummiform, but low moans, squeaking bucks, and squirms were all quite palpable as vikki guided her folly towards the case. The final item was the designed interface helm - but Vikki had it crafted herself. Rather than a wire-ridden piece of technology, it was a gleaming golden death mask that showed its 'victim' - Eve - in peaceful throes of a pleasured rest. It fit snugly over her face, and Eve fit snugly into the sarcophagus.

Many miles away, technicians eagerly awaited results from their spy. A living creature implanted with surveillance technology had various opportunities that some robot or living, knowing spy could never match.
"What's her status?"
"We're just now getting some visual feed. S'kinda grainy. Checks out though. Some good shots of the interior base."
"Anything else?"
"Elevated heart rate, frontal cortex and ventral tegmental have heavy activity, dopamine everywhere...."
"And... what does that mean?"
"I think she likes it."
