A young woman is desperate to become limbless and only good for sex and making babies, and finds a way to make it happen, with love and support from her husband and family.
In Part 1, we learn the backstories of our heroine Bryana, her love interest Cody, and her identical twin sister Alyssa. The three agree to a unique three-way relationship, and Bryana learns how she can have her limbs removed and makes preparations to do so with help from her family.

Chapter 1 - Alyssa and Bryana, not-so-identical
Alyssa and Bryana were identical twin sisters. By chance, their genetics made them both ideally suited for attracting men, sex, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Of course, these traits became evident only over an extended period of time. In childhood, they were much more interested than most girls in pretending to be pregnant and to be mothers of numerous babies, almost to the point of obsession. During puberty, they developed rather large breasts, wide hips, and ample backsides, and were considered beautiful by nearly everyone. They both had pleasant personalities and were popular with their peers.
As they entered adolescence, the two became very interested in boys, and boys became very interested in them. Both would have had boyfriends, pre-marital sex, and likely pregnancy at a young age had it not been for their moral upbringing and their parents’ strict rules. Eventually their parents allowed them to have boyfriends, but still strictly controlled when and where the girls could see them. Despite that, the girls both became sexually active during high school, but were careful to use birth control and avoided becoming pregnant. Of course, they both found sex to be very enjoyable.
During the spring and summer they were 17 years old, Alyssa began having severe and painful feminine problems. Eventually, her doctors determined that she needed to have a radical hysterectomy to save her life. This involves removal of the uterus, both fallopian tubes and ovaries, and the upper part of the vagina. Of course, this was most devastating to Alyssa, since it meant she could never become pregnant or bear children. But it also affected her in other ways too, with her body no longer producing estrogen and other hormones. Alyssa no longer had any interest in sex, and once she had recovered and tried having sex anyway, she found it to be most painful and unpleasant. She tried various remedies but nothing worked. She came to the realization that not only were her hopes of motherhood gone, so were her hopes of ever having a husband or any kind of long term relationship. The prospect of never having sex was a non-starter for just about every male out there.
Despite that, Alyssa’s maternal instincts remained strong. She loved children and still wanted to be a mother figure to any child she could have a relationship with. Alyssa naturally gravitated to working first as a helper, and then a teacher at a child care center. She resigned herself to her fate and put her energies into her career, earning an associates’ degree in early childhood education. She was then promoted to lead teacher and later to assistant director. But the assistant director role didn’t involve direct responsibility for children, which she missed, and so she was always open to any opportunity to work in the classrooms, such as giving breaks or filling in for an absent teacher. She realized from this experience that she had no interest in being the director of the center, which would completely remove her from any time in the classroom.
Bryana, on the other hand, always had a boyfriend and several boys waiting in line in the event that she broke up with her current boyfriend. She never went more than a few days between relationships, and never lacked for a sexual partner. Bryana went away to college, but was more interested in partying and boys than she was in taking her studies seriously. Her grades were mediocre at best, and she was put on academic probation and was at risk of being expelled if she didn’t get her act together. So after two years, she dropped out and found a job in a coffee shop, but she didn’t take the job any more seriously than she did college. She was just never very motivated to work hard at anything.
Chapter 2 - Bryana and Cody and their kinks
During the course of Bryana’s many sexual encounters, she developed a strong preference for two or three kinks, depending on how you count them. Consistent with her genetics, she came to develop an impregnation/breeding kink. An impregnation kink is where one is sexually aroused at the thought of becoming pregnant or impregnating one’s partner during sex, even when it’s actually physically impossible or highly unlikely due to having taken precautions. A breeding kink is where one sexually fantasizes about having or causing pregnancy resulting in childbirth, often involving unrealistic and even impossible situations such as being pregnant with an absurd number of babies, accelerated and/or repeated, frequent pregnancies, and forced or non-consensual impregnation.
But also, Bryana also got into bondage in a big way. She discovered she enjoyed sex far more if she were tied up or restrained or otherwise made helpless and unable to resist in any way, eventually reaching the point where she couldn’t reach climax unless she was first restrained. Doing this with a partner required a high level of trust, as she needed to feel certain that the partner wouldn’t cross whatever boundaries they had agreed to. Even in bondage, she did not want to be physically injured, forced to do anything against her will, or otherwise taken advantage of. Every time she started a new relationship she had to start from scratch developing that trust. If she realized she’d probably never reach that degree of trust with whoever her current boyfriend was, or if he broke that trust, she’d end the relationship. Because she couldn’t count on having a trusted partner, she became proficient at engaging in self-bondage, always with some sort of stimulation that would enable her to reach orgasm, preferably multiple times over the course of a session. However, she greatly preferred being ravaged by a trusted partner when she could. And so all of her sexual activities were always really consensual, even when she and her partners pretended otherwise, and she was always on birth control.
Ironically, Bryana found herself losing interest in actually being a mother and raising children. She fantasized about being continually bound and having dozens of pregnancies and hundreds of babies, but she knew actually being responsible for children would greatly interfere with her sex life and lifestyle.
At the coffee shop, Bryana developed a friendship with her co-worker Cody, even while she was dating yet another loser. She and Cody discovered they were kindred spirits, having compatible personalities and similar interests. As they became closer friends, they confessed to each other some of the more intimate details of their lives, including their sexual experiences and preferences. It turned that they were both into the same kinks in complementary ways. Cody was also very much into bondage, but with his partner being the one who was bound and helpless, and he also had a strong pregnancy kink, a sexual attraction to pregnant women, especially those with absurdly large bellies. In other words, he wanted his sexual partners to be helpless and defenseless and ideally very pregnant. He also found disabled women to be sexually arousing, but this was more due to their helplessness rather than actually being turned on by the disability itself. Cody, however, was only interested in having consensual sex with the helpless partner. But unlike Bryana, he really liked the idea of actually having children and being a good father.
Over the course of time, Bryana’s relationship ended, and Cody seized the opportunity. They began seeing each other, and she very quickly realized she could trust him implicitly. In short order Bryana moved in with Cody. Just about every chance they got, Cody would put Bryana in restraints, and they’d have amazing sex while pretending that Bryana was being impregnated or was already pregnant. Or Bryana would put herself in bondage when she knew Cody would be arriving home soon, so that she was all ready for him. But Bryana found she really enjoyed being restrained and helpless even when they weren’t having sex. More and more, she would have Cody keep her in restraints and care for her while she remained helpless for many hours at a time. Cody found this arrangement to be equally pleasurable.
After a while, Cody was offered a promotion to manager of the coffee shop. But in order to take this position, Bryana would have to transfer to another store further from home, or quit, or they would have to break up. It was against company policy for a manager and subordinate to be related to each other or in a relationship together. Cody and Bryana discussed their options. Bryana wasn’t at all career-oriented; she worked only because she needed the money. But with Cody’s promotion came a raise that would just about cover what Bryana earned. So if they were both willing, Bryana could quit and Cody could support them both. This led them to discuss marriage. They agreed that it somehow seemed more appropriate for them to live on one paycheck if they were married. Despite their kinks, they both felt like pregnancy and children should happen in the context of marriage. They both took marriage seriously and intended to marry only someone who would be their life partner, but they were each coming to realization that the other was that person. They’d already been in a relationship together for a couple of years and knew they were compatible in most every way. But it occurred to them, and especially to Bryana, that their kinks might be incompatible with a traditional family with children.
If they were married, they’d be free to make their impregnation/breeding/pregnancy fantasies a reality. But Bryana was spending more and more of her free time in voluntary bondage, and she’d have to mostly give that up if she had children to care for. She was actually looking forward to have more time where she could remain bound, even while Cody was away at work. And while they both fantasized about having many pregnancies and babies, Bryana, especially, wasn’t sure if she was up to the task of raising children, since that responsibility would largely fall on her if they were living on Cody’s salary.
Bryana suggested that her twin sister Alyssa might be the solution to their dilemma. She and Cody discussed it further, and Bryana received Cody’s okay to talk to Alyssa. But in the meantime, they agreed that Cody should accept the promotion and Bryana should quit. They also decided that they definitely wanted to get married to each other, no matter how anything else worked out. And so Cody proposed to her, and Bryana eagerly accepted.
Bryana arranged to meet Alyssa and they discussed their lives, especially in light of recent events. Bryana told Alyssa about her desires to have lots of babies without having to be responsible for them, and to be in bondage as much as she could, and brought up that Alyssa couldn’t bear children and might never find a husband but very much wanted a family, as if Alyssa needed to be reminded. But Bryana then made the crazy suggestion that perhaps she could make the babies and Alyssa could raise them as her own. After all, since they were identical twins, their genetics were completely identical and indistinguishable, so using Bryana’s eggs would be genetically the same as if Alyssa had frozen her own eggs prior to her hysterectomy.
Alyssa didn’t reject the suggestion out of hand. As crazy as it was, it had potential. However, Alyssa was concerned about the prospects of raising children as a single parent. But Bryana pointed out that Cody wanted to be a father to his children even if Alyssa would be raising them instead of Bryana. Their conversation evolved into discussing the possibility of a three-way relationship with each other and Cody and how that might work.
Then Bryana shared with Alyssa her deepest, darkest secret, which, if it came to fruition, explained why Bryana was not only unwilling, but would also be unable, to raise her own children. As shocking as this secret might have seemed coming out of the blue, Alyssa was not completely surprised by it, and she was able to keep her composure and be supportive of her sister. Bryana had not yet told Cody this secret, but she knew that out of fairness to him, she would need to do so before she married him.
They agreed that all three parties would need to meet and work out the details of this most unusual arrangement as a group. Bryana reported back to Cody what she had discussed with Alyssa, minus her secret, and the three arranged to meet. What they collectively agreed to was as follows:
Bryana and Cody would marry and have children, potentially many of them.
Alyssa would move in with them upon the birth of their first child, if not sooner.
Alyssa would legally adopt Bryana’s children. Cody would remain the legal father, and Alyssa and Cody would run the household and raise the children together.
Bryana would not object or be at all jealous if Cody and Alyssa’s relationship developed to the point where they were comfortable holding hands, hugging, kissing, or cuddling. Bryana herself insisted that this be part of the agreement. However, sexual acts of any kind between Cody and Alyssa would always be off limits.
Bryana would take the role of being a loving aunt to the children.
Cody would be the main breadwinner. Alyssa would also work if necessary or if she wished to do so.
If any of the three of them decided that they had enough children, they would either stop having more, or make alternative arrangements such as adoption by a third party.
Chapter 3 - Bryana, limbless wannabe
Privately, Cody told Bryana that he noticed that their agreement assigned no real responsibilities to Bryana other than making babies. He didn’t want to point this out in front of Alyssa, but he was surprised that she hadn’t made an issue of it. He had no serious objections to it, either, but was curious about what Bryana planned to do with her free time.
Bryana knew this was the time to come clean to Cody regarding her secret, and told him as much. She confessed that Alyssa didn’t make an issue because she knew her secret, but had only learned of it recently, and that Bryana knew she also needed to tell Cody before they were married, because if he objected to her intentions, they might have some serious issues to work out first.
Bryana reminded Cody that she only enjoyed sex when she was in bondage and completely powerless to resist, but she had also been allowing herself, even requesting, to spend more and more of her time in restraints even when they were not having sex. She told Cody that when she was alone, she would often engage in self-bondage. It was incredibly sexually arousing to Bryana to be in a helpless, defenseless condition. She would really like to be bondage all the time if she could, but it was painful and unsafe to do so for more than a few hours at a time. Also, if she were, she knew Cody would have to be on board with this, because he would have to assume full responsibility for her physical needs.
Bryana then dropped the bombshell. She actually desperately wanted to voluntarily become a quadruple amputee, with her arms and legs completely removed from their shoulder and hip sockets, respectively. Without stumps, she would be unable to use prosthetics and would be almost completely helpless. She wanted to do this after they were married but before she became pregnant, if possible. This was the only way she could think of to be completely, irreversibly, permanently helpless and defenseless while still able to enjoy sex. And she would enjoy sex like she never had before. She couldn’t imagine anything more hot than to be in that condition 24/7, and completely dependent on Cody for absolutely everything. She would not even be able to satisfy herself sexually any longer; it would be completely up to Cody to provide for all of her sexual needs, or not, as he saw fit, however, whenever, wherever, and as often as he wanted. That is the state she wanted to be in when he impregnated her the first time, every time after that, and for the rest of her life.
Bryana then said that she knew being helpless also implied that he would control her life in every possible way, and that that was what she wanted and consented to. He would have complete discretion in every aspect of her life, not just regarding sex. What she ate, what she wore (if anything), what hairstyle she would have, where she went, who she saw, where and how she was left while he was away, literally everything. She would state her preferences if asked, but he was completely free to disregard those if he wanted to. All she required was that he always have her best interests at heart, always treat her with kindness, and not deny her orgasms for any extended period.
Cody just looked at her in stunned silence. He couldn’t believe his ears. This had long been Cody’s deepest fantasy. He had never breathed this to another soul, and he dared not ever mention it Bryana, not even as a joke or a casual suggestion. Just like Bryana, he couldn’t imagine anything more erotic than to have a partner who so completely trusted him that she voluntarily gave up every bit of control and independence to him for the rest of their lives. It would be completely worth the additional responsibilities of caring for her, and he already knew that even doing that was a turn-on in its own way. He could only imagine what it would be to have his way with her anytime he wanted, without legs to get in the way, arms to push him away, or the ability for her to use any form of birth control unless he consented. And how it would be even more of a turn-on to be able to do this when she was pregnant with a huge belly.
Bryana sat and waited for him to say something, anything. She was sure she had crossed a line and perhaps destroyed their relationship. Cody struggled to find just the right words. He told Bryana that he was 100% on board with everything she had said; that he shared the very same fantasy, except from the perspective of the supporting partner and caregiver. He said that he had never before dared to share this fantasy with anyone. But since it turned out that they both wanted the very same thing, they owed it to themselves and each other to try to figure out a way to make it happen.
And although he already knew as much, Bryana stated for the record that she also greatly desired to become essentially a baby factory, being pregnant nearly all the time if she could, and even having multiple babies at a time if possible. Her sole purposes in life would be to have lots of sex with Cody and make lots of babies. She would be literally unable to do much else. That was why she didn’t assign herself any other responsibilities in their agreement. Cody was completely fine with this as well. He couldn’t wait to fill up her womb with babies. So there was no reason for them to not proceed with their plans to marry.
But Cody rightly pointed out that there were numerous practical considerations they’d have to work out before they could make their mutual fantasies a reality. Not the least of which was how they would actually accomplish what they wanted. One does not merely schedule an appointment to have one’s limbs removed. Nor would it be inexpensive, no matter how they did it. But assuming they could work those things out, there were still a lot of other things they needed to figure out. What would they tell their families and friends? What would they tell the neighbors? Would Bryana be able to be left alone all day while Cody worked? If not, who would look after her? Would she need a full-time caretaker, or did they just need someone to check in on her now and then? Would Alyssa be willing and able to be her caretaker if she were also looking after children? Would Bryana be able to operate a motorized wheelchair? If she could, would she even want to, or would she prefer to be as helpless as possible and rely on others to push her wheelchair around? What modifications would they need to make in their home? Considering that Alyssa would be moving in with them and their family would be growing, did they need to find a new home? The questions went on and on.
Realizing that almost any way to obtain the amputations Bryana wanted was certainly highly illegal, any information they could find would probably be found only on the dark web. But the dark web cannot be navigated like the regular web. One must know exactly where to go. And to know that, they would have to make connections with like-minded people on the regular web. Bryana realized that she would have to be the one to do this. If she were going to do something illegal, the less Cody and Alyssa knew about how she was going to get the amputations, the less likely they would be identified as accomplices and prosecuted.
From what Bryana was able to discover on the regular web, there were basically two ways to get elective amputations. One was to find a surgeon who would do it illegally. Any legitimate surgeon would certainly lose his medical license if caught doing this, and so almost without exception, the only surgeons willing to do it were ones who had already lost their medical licenses for various reasons, and they had to operate in secret. Most of these were located in third world countries where enforcement was lax. There was a lot of risk with this method, including but not limited to the surgeon having lost his license for being an incompetent butcher, inadequate facilities should something go wrong, the travel required to a remote place, and worse, the travel back home as a quadruple amputee still in recovery, and the likelihood of being scammed.
The other method was to stay home and do something to damage the limb(s) so severely that legitimate medical practitioners would have no choice but to amputate. Again, this was extremely risky. If not done exactly right, such an attempt could be fatal, could cause unintended permanent damage, or it could result in a failed attempt if doctors were able to save or partially save the limb in question. In any case, anyone surviving such an attempt, whether successful or not, would likely be committed to a mental institution as a danger to themselves, and anyone found to be assisting in the effort would be arrested and prosecuted. Also, it would be very difficult and much more risky to do the necessary damage to all four limbs at once. Without an accomplice, it would be impossible to do all four limbs.
Bryana decided that the risks of the latter method were simply too great. She could minimize the risks of the former method by finding someone who had already done this successfully and getting a recommendation and referral to their surgeon. So she started discreetly asking questions in some of the chat rooms and online groups related to elective amputation, asking for anyone who had arranged to have it done, successful or not, to contact her privately.
Several people responded, some with horror stories, some with issues that were less severe, and a few that went smoothly. She got a strong recommendation from someone named Danielle regarding a Dr. Enriquez in Thailand, who had performed double above-the-knee leg amputations on her a couple of years earlier. Danielle had similarly gotten a recommendation for Dr. Enriquez from someone else who had used his services, so she knew there were at least two satisfied customers. Dr. Enriquez was not mentioned among those reporting problems. It turned out that Danielle lived about 300 miles away from Bryana, and so she asked if she and Cody could visit her in person and inspect Dr. Enriquez’ work. They arranged to do so on a day when Cody was off work.
Bryana and Cody were very impressed with the quality of Danielle’s amputations. Dr. Enriquez, or someone on his staff, was very skilled in stitching up the wounds so that the scars were barely visible. Danielle’s stumps were well shaped and she was able to stand upright on them and walk, which is what she wanted. The doctor had worked with her to understand exactly how she wanted her stumps to look and function. Danielle had had no complications while there or afterwards, nor was she aware of any other patients who did. They discussed the travel logistics involved, and the costs of the travel as well as the surgery and convalescence in Thailand. It all added up to a very large amount of money, and Bryana’s surgery would cost substantially more considering that four limbs would be involved rather than only two. Way more money than they had or could conceivably borrow without collateral. In any case, Danielle gave them the details about how Dr. Enriquez could be reached via the dark web, and encouraged them to mention her name as the one referring them to him.
On the drive home, Bryana and Cody discussed what they had learned. It was encouraging to know that there was someone out there who could do the surgery they wanted and had a very satisfied customer. But this was overshadowed by the realization that the money might be an insurmountable obstacle.
A few days later, still very discouraged, Bryana discussed this with Alyssa. Bryana didn’t want to try to find a cheaper surgeon; if she was going to do this, she wanted it done right, and Dr. Enriquez seemed like the man for the job. But Alyssa knew something that Bryana didn’t. Alyssa was closer to her parents than was Bryana for multiple reasons, including her previous medical problems and Bryana’s partying while in college. She shared that on one occasion their mother confided that their grandparents had left the twins a sizeable inheritance that they would receive upon turning 25 years of age. That was now only a few months away. Bryana expressed concern that their parents would never approve of her using that money for such a purpose; in fact, they would probably disown her even upon learning of her secret desire. But much to Bryana’s surprise, Alyssa advised her to not be so quick to jump to conclusions about what her parents would or would not approve. She encouraged Bryana to share her secret with their mother, at least, if not both parents.
Bryana was quite apprehensive about doing this, but she realized that Alyssa knew more than she was letting on, and that the subject was going to have to come up sooner or later unless Bryana and Cody completely gave up on their dream. Bryana called her mother and arranged to meet her at her home when she knew her father wouldn’t be there. It was going to be hard enough to share her secret with her mother; she couldn’t bear telling her father just yet. So on the appointed day, Bryana went to see her mother. She first told her about her engagement to Cody as well as her arrangement with Cody and Alyssa. When that went smoothly, she took a deep breath and shared her desire to become limbless. Much to her amazement, her mother didn’t say anything, and didn’t even look shocked. Rather, she seemed to be understanding and sympathetic. Emboldened, Bryana went on to tell her what she had learned about getting the surgery in Thailand and the huge cost involved, and then told her mother about what Alyssa had said about the inheritance money. Implied but unasked was the question about the possibility of using that money for the trip to Thailand and the surgery.
Then her mother finally spoke. She confessed that she had a secret of her own to share, and that secret was much the same as Bryana’s. It turned out that she and Bryana’s father also enjoyed bondage, though they had successfully hidden that from their children. Further, her mother had also once secretly wished to be made limbless, but she had no way to act on that wish those decades ago, and then once the twins were born she realized it was just an impossible dream that would never be fulfilled. Bryana was utterly shocked. She had no idea. So her mother was sympathetic to Bryana’s dilemma, and even excited that there was a plan already in the works, with a way for Bryana to actually fulfill her dream.
Bryana asked if her father knew about her mother’s desire to be limbless. Her mother responded that she expressed this desire on several occasions during their bondage sessions, but that she didn’t know if her father thought it was just talk or realized that she really meant it. In any case, she thought she could persuade her father if he initially objected to the idea. Bryana asked how much money was coming her way. Her mother replied that the twins’ grandparents had left them each 1 million dollars, but when that money had gone into trusts for the girls, it had been invested and had grown to approximately $1.4 million. By contrast, the surgery was going to cost about $50 thousand and the travel and lodging expenses for Bryana as well as Cody would run another $20 thousand, for a total of about $70 thousand. That was only 5 percent of her inheritance money. Bryana realized that what was an impossible dream for her mother, and a seemingly impossible dream for her, was about to be completely doable. She was ecstatic! She hugged her mother and the two of them had a long cry together.
Bryana’s mother was also very excited about Bryana and Cody getting married, her likely soon-to-be grandchildren, and Alyssa being given the opportunity to raise the children she always wanted but thought she would never have. She completely approved of the three-way arrangement, and thought it was a genius plan that gave everyone what they wanted most. Her mother vowed to not only help Alyssa in any way she could with the children, but also to be there for Bryana once she was unable to do anything on her own. Bryana sensed that perhaps her mother wanted to live vicariously through her somehow.
Bryana shared the good news with both Cody and Alyssa, and all three were giddy with excitement that their plan was now all but certain to happen as planned, and that money was no longer an object. They all agreed that a good chunk of both Bryana’s and Alyssa’s inheritances should go to building a house that would work for their unique needs in the short term and which could be expanded later if their family grew large enough. There was suddenly now a lot to be done – a wedding to plan, a trip to Thailand to plan, a surgery to arrange, and a house to design and build.
Bryana and Cody decided that they would honeymoon in Thailand prior to having the surgery. They realized they couldn’t pay for the trip or the surgery until after she turned 25 and received her inheritance, but that was only a few months away and they wanted to do it as soon as they could. It would all depend on when Dr. Enriquez was able to schedule them, so they needed to nail that down first and work backwards for the rest. Once that was figured out, they would likely need to put together a wedding on short notice, so despite their new wealth, they intended to keep the wedding small and intimate. Also, they figured it would be best not to call undue attention to themselves having a big wedding with lots of guests, since Bryana would be able-bodied there and completely helpless just a few weeks later. A low profile from here on out was the best strategy.
The only remaining issue was how Cody was going to get several weeks off work to go to Thailand. He had two weeks of vacation coming to him, but getting approval to take it all at once was going to be a problem. And besides, he’d need more time off than that. Otherwise, he’d have to make two round trips to Thailand and leave Bryana alone there while she recovered. Or he’d have to quit. They had the money where quitting was an option, but he really didn’t want to have to do that. He was still trying to prove himself as a new manager, and he liked his job and his boss.
Bryana’s parents decided that they would also go to Thailand, not accompanying the newlyweds on their honeymoon, but arriving in time for Bryana’s surgery. Her father was able to take time off from his job for an extended period of time. Her mother decided it was a good time to quit working, so she could be available to help Bryana ongoing if needed, and to help Alyssa with her baby or babies in the foreseeable future. Cody would stay in Thailand long enough to see Bryana through the surgery and then head home. Bryana’s parents would stay with her while she recovered and accompany her home. It killed Cody that he wouldn’t be there for her, but everyone agreed this was the best solution.
They figured they could hide Bryana’s extended absence and the drastic change in her appearance from the neighbors, and avoid uncomfortable questions, by using Alyssa as a decoy. Alyssa agreed to move in with them as soon as Cody returned alone from Thailand. She would wear Bryana’s clothes and drive her car. This would likely fool their neighbors until their new house was finished.
