This is the first in a series of stories about a fictional congenital disorder called Postnatal Mitosis. I'll give a more detailed medical report, but suffice it to say that it's essentially "What if the mitosis that created identical twins, triplets, quadruplets, etc, was delayed until after the birth of the individual?"<div><br /></div><div>Essentially, those who undergo the mitosis process effectively become multiple identical individuals sharing a single identity (though I've distinguished the clones with Greek alphabet prefixes for the benefit of the reader).</div><div><br /></div><div>This series was inspired by a series of France 4 idents, with this one in particular being inspired by a tennis ad.</div>
