AP: Good afternoon, Abigail. I'm Dr. Hawthorne, and I'll be conducting this interview. How are you today?
P: I'm fine, thank you, sir.
AP: That's good. And how have you been feeling overall, let's say in the past six months?
P: I've been healthy, if that's what you mean.
AP: How about mentally? Have you had any bouts of depression or sullenness?
P: No.
AP: This interview is completely confidential, Abigail. Nothing you say will get back to your husband, so you can be completely honest with me.
P: Of course I would be honest, sir. Why would I not be honest?
AP: Sometimes women, like yourself, who have benefited from the Regeneration process are afraid to mention things that might appear to be setbacks in their own personal regeneration. They're afraid of the consequences of speaking up. I can assure you there are no negative consequences, only positive ones. I'm here to help you be the best woman, and wife, that you can be.
P: I appreciate that, sir. Thank you.
AP: Speaking of your husband, how have things been going between you two?
P: Going? You mean, do we get a long?
AP: Yes. How are you getting along.
P: We get along very well, sir.
AP: Of course, you're fortunate to have known the Major before you consented to be his wife. Most women who go through the Regeneration process are paired up with complete strangers. Do you think this familiarity has been beneficial?
P: I have no doubt it has helped me to adjust to normal married life, sir.
AP: You two worked together for several years before you came to us for help...really, more like ten years. Did you work closely together?
P: At times we did.
AP: MI6 wasn't it?
P: I'm sure you know it was, sir.
AP: Posted abroad?
P: I'm not at liberty to say, sir.
AP: Come now, Abigail, our conversation is completely confidential.

AP: You and the Major transferred to the Signal Corps just before the realignment in Parliament. Is this because of your work with encryption and espionage?
P: With all due respect, sir, what does this have to do with my marital progress? Besides that, I doubt you have the security clearance required for me to answer questions about my past work with the Service, and I certainly cannot discuss Peter's work with you, either.
AP: How do you know what level of clearance I have?

AP: Well?
P: If you had any sort of high clearance you would be at HQ, not in a clinic interviewing regenerated whores.
AP: Do you consider yourself to be a whore?
P: I'm the Major's whore.
AP: And how do you feel about that?
P: I love it.
AP: Come now, no one loves being a whore.
P: It's just a silly term, doctor. Peter and I have our little games. It's fun, it's sexy, is that okay?
AP: Oh! Ha, I see, you had me going there for a second. Yes, yes, those types of games are completely healthy between a husband and wife. Would you say you love the Major?
P: Of course! Yes.
AP: How about kids? You want children don't you?
P: Ooo, more than anything.

Abigail Taylor is a highly intelligent woman, and it's difficult to be certain whether her responses are truth or lies. Contacts I have in SIS have been unable to learn what her assignments for the spy agency involved. Nor could they dig up anything on Major Taylor. Their activities are clearly on the Ultra Secret shelf. All that is known is that, within the Service, Major Taylor is untouchable. He has his choice of assignments. Why did he choose the Signal Corps?
My main concern continues to be: was Abigail properly regenerated? I suspect she was not, but have no proof of this. Major Taylor extracted her from the program a full two weeks early. Why? Staff testimony, conditioning results, and initial exit interviews all confirm that the moral regeneration was successful. Could a trained spy, such as Abigail Taylor, defeat the regeneration programming? I suspect she could, and did.
As a side note, since being handed Abigail's file, and meeting with the woman, I have to question why Major Taylor would bother with a little troll like her? Did he pluck her out of the Regeneration Unit strictly out of loyalty? He could have done that and still not married the woman. He's dashingly handsome, and could no doubt have any woman he wants. Why her? Records indicate she was the submissive in an immoral lesbian relationship. Did her submissiveness attract the Major? It couldn't have been her looks! She's short, a little on the chubby side, not by any means beautiful, although I admit, there's a certain cuteness to her face. They make an odd match, in my opinion.
It is my decision to forward this report to MRU Security Services. My job is to ferret out uncured degenerates, and something is amiss with Abigail Taylor.
