Nubia (black Wonder Woman), in town for a ComicCon-type show. The organizers have no idea she's an actual Wonder Woman, though, or they probably wouldn't have hung a framed photo of Lynda Carter on her hotel room wall. (Or is that Gal Gadot? 😄)
