This is the background I used for my first <b><a href="https://misterdoe.deviantart.com/art/Misterdoe-s-Manipulations-2-117035891">Misterdoe's Manipulations</a></b> fake magazine cover. The color doesn't quite match the original, because I didn't save the settings. But this PSD file includes the base black layer as a Smart Object, so the Noise, Patchwork, and Glowing Edges settings can all be adjusted to your liking.
