Still no answer to the age old debate: Gym Shorts or Beagle? Not even a mention of being a Doll and hanging out with your friend's Mom.
This comic is the start of another series within the series. Only a day or so passes between this comic and #25, entitled Aftermath. That comic also brings to a close the events started in comic #4 when Bethany's mother was turned into a doll.

Panel 1 – Backyard, sandbox in background. The three girls are standing in a circle.
Tish (excited and close to Angela’s face): Hit me.
Angela: Are you sure?
Tish: C’mon, you said you’d do it. It’s got to be better than being gym shorts.
Jenny: That’s it. Turn her into a pug.
Panel 2 – Angela and Jenny stepped back, a magic sphere surrounds a beagle floating in the air where Tish was.
Angela: She said beagle. She gets beagle.
Jenny: Will she still understand us?
Angela: Sure, she’ll just react with a dog’s instincts to some things.
Panel 3 – Angela, kneeling and petting Tish, is holding a stick behind her back.
Jenny: What things?
Angela: Dog things. Who likes scritches?
Tish, thinking: What are you…? Oo… Nice…
Panel 4 – About to throw stick
Angela: Here, Girl. What’s this?
Tish, thinking: Where'd that come fr-- Angie, Girl, I am not chasing a stick.
Angela: FETCH!
Panel 5 – Stick in the air.
Tish, head turns hard to track the stick: ARRFF!
Panel 6 – Tish the Beagle is a distance away picking up a stick with her mouth.
Tish, thinking: Why did I chase the stick? It felt so good.
Tish, thinking: Stick tastes good.
Jenny: Look at her go!
Panel 7 – returning with stick
Jenny: Here, Girl. Give me the stick. Good Girl.
Angela: She picked you?
Panel 8 – Tish performs tricks
Jenny: Sit! Good Girl. Stay!
Angela: She’s actually doing it.
Jenny: Why is she doing these tricks?
Angela: She may have let the dog brain take over.
Jenny: Tish is just a dog now?
Angela: I guess. Tish is aware. She must like it.
Panel 9 – Three panels stacked of more tricks. Angela rubs Tish’s belly when Tish lies down.
Jenny: Lie down!
Jenny: Roll over!
Angela: Who’s a Good Girl?
Tish, thinking: Me Good.
Jenny: Stand up. Get ready.
Jenny: Fetch!
Panel 10 – Jenny throws the stick over the fence. Angela looks annoyed. A spell bubble is in her hand behind her back.
Tish: ARRFF! (thinking) I good dog. I get stick.
Jenny: Oops. Do we have another stick?
Angela: I know where to get one.
