Procedures
If you want a writing commission from me or if you would just like more information, contact me through my DeviantArt page, my Patreon, or at [email protected]. Let me know how long you want your commissioned writing to be and provide a synopsis of what you want written. Pay me at the rates below using the options below. Expect commissions to take several weeks to complete with longer commissions taking more time. When the writing is finished, I will share a Google Docs link to the commission with you. I will work on commissions in the order that I receive them. (I will sometimes allow you to divide commissions into multiple parts, but each part will be considered a new commission and will be worked on following other commissions in order.)
My Rates
Vignette (1,500 to 2,000 words):
$25.00 per commission
Brief Short Story (2,500 to 4,000 words):
$8.00 per 500 words
Short Story (4,500 to 7,000 words):
$10.00 per 500 words
Brief Novelette (7,500 to 11,000 words):
$14.00 per 500 words
Novelette (11,500 to 15,000 words):
$20.00 per 500 words
(Anything longer will require a proper contract.)
Payment Options
I accept payment through Patreon or PayPal.
Patreon:
For Patreon, you will need to join at my higher membership tiers. Once you join, contact me promptly with your request. The following amounts give you the following commission lengths:
$10 for about 1,000 words (Three Slots)
$25 for about 2,000 words (Two Slots)
$50 for about 3,500 words (One Slot)
$100 for about 5,000 words (One Slot)
If you wish to pay for longer a commission through Patreon, contact me first to arrange a commission. Then, we can negotiate a custom amount for you to pay when you join.
PayPal:
For PayPal, you will need to send me a request, and I will send you an invoice for at least $25 upfront to start the commission. (I may ask for more money upfront for longer commissions.) The rest of the cost is needed upon completion when I share the writing with you.
Rules
You may choose if and how you want to share my commissioned writing publicly. If you allow it, I will post commissions on my accounts when I choose. If you do share the commissions on your own, you must attribute my commissioned writing to lostandwhatever and provide a link to my DeviantArt page or my Patreon. You are not permitted to use my commissioned writing for commercial purposes without a special arrangement with me. You must be over 18 years old to commission mature work from me. I reserve the right to refuse writing certain topics. (You can read my work to see what my interests are.)
