Creases in latex actually make the suit look tighter to me. There's something about adding creases and folds that reminds you that there's a layer of material over skin, rather than just lines describing body shape.

The hard part is figuring out where to put the lines.

Oh and seams! Putting in the seam lines always gets me a little short of breath somehow. Which is weird, because writing seems to want me to create suits that are seamless and tight to the point of being wrinkle-free.
