The dress

Michael went into the charity superstore, just for something to do.

He had fun looking around; however, he was stopped short by an amazing black ballgown, with red edging and a built in velvety red and black corset, like a witches or vampires outfit. He was pretty sure it was a costume, not an actual dress, but he thought it was amazing.

On the pretext of purchasing it for a friend, he took it to the counter and asked them about it. The woman said it had come with a bag of 'bits', but they hadn’t put them out as they weren't sure what they were. Would he like them? Taking a chance, Michael said yes and bought the dress and the bag of bits.

He was going to get a drink in the cafe next door, but he suddenly realised he wasn't in control of his body anymore. Heading into the nearest toilet, unable to stop himself, he changed into the dress. He also took all the items out of the bag and put them on as well. There was a hood, a wig, a black latex cape and, right at the bottom, a beautiful pair of knee length boots, folded up, which he smoothed out then put on.

Completely dressed, he let out a sigh.

“About time!”, he said, in a new, sultry feminine voice. “I’ve been stuck in that damn shop for ages…!”

As he fastened the collar of the cape, there was a faint lilac glow…

Michael’s body slowly shifted, to properly fit the outfit, as the glow intensified. A set of ‘D’ cup breasts now pressed against the corset in the dress, and the bump between his legs had completely disappeared.

Michael, the builder was now Lady Michelle, the witch…

Michelle wasn’t really her name. No one from modern times would be able to pronounce her real name. She took a female version of her host’s former name as her new name, smiling as she did so.

“Thank you for rescuing me, Michael”, she said to herself. “Don’t worry; I’ll let you out from time to time; you’re still useful to me.”

“Case in point”, she said. “I’m going to need somewhere to live. Home, please.”

Michael soon steered Michelle home.

“I like the flat”, Michelle said. “However, it’s not really set up for a woman. Hold still a sec…”

Michelle gestured in front of her, and the lilac glow came again.

Soon, Michael was standing back in his own flat. Luckily, Michelle had brought his clothes with them in the bag that her dress came in, so he could quickly change back. He was surprised that he could take off the dress; he thought Michelle had trapped him in it.

“Don’t be silly”, came a voice. “I made you do nothing you didn’t want to do anyway. You love being me…”

Michael blushed, slightly. Michelle had really worked him out…

They found out that from that point onward they could communicate with each other. If Michelle wanted out, all Michael had to do was put the dress on. This he was quite happy to do, on more than one occasion.

However, Michelle could tell that something was wrong.

One evening, as Michael was watching TV, she asked him what was up.

“I love being you, but I love you!”, he said. “Trouble is, we can’t have a relationship as just one person; that doesn’t make any sense at all. Also, I know that you only fancy women; I’d have to be a woman for this relationship to work, and I’m only a woman when you’re in control of me.”

“Do you want to be a woman?”, Michelle asked.

“More than anything”, Michael replied. “If I had the nerve, I’d have started transitioning long ago. As it is, I sneak around wearing dresses and make the best of a bad job.”

“Ok, then, my love”, said Michelle, “brace yourself…”

The lilac glow came again…

This time, Michael was still Michael. He was, however, now a woman.

“Bloody hell…!”

“Surprise!”, Michelle said. “That’s problem number one sorted. The change is permanent, by the way. I didn’t think you’d mind…”

“Thanks, Michelle, truly”, said Michael. “Oh, I think I’ll go by Michaela now. Now, what do we do about you?”

Michelle thought long and hard. She split from Michaela, temporarily, and floated off into the ether. As she did, she passed a local hospital…

The strong, overwhelming sense of sadness drew her in.

There was a woman lying in a bed, unmoving, with a doctor by her as well as a nurse. She was very attractive; six foot tall and a brunette. However, she was also completely brain dead. Nobody knew her, and her fingerprints weren’t on file. She had no family; she had been out looking for a new job and somewhere to live when she had suffered a brain aneurysm, and effectively ‘died’.

The doctor was sad because he was about to turn off the life support machine.

Realising this was her chance at a new life, Michelle ‘possessed’ the body. There was no-one to share with or move out; the damage to the existing brain was repairable, but only if Michelle stayed in the body and ‘bridged’ the damage.

The doctor and nurse gasped as the woman slowly woke up…

“Miss? Can you hear me?”

“Yes…”, Michelle said, in her gorgeous sultry voice.

“What’s your name?”

“Michelle…”

Michelle’s new body improved by leaps and bounds, and she was discharged from hospital. She then made her way back to Michaela’s flat.

She knew who it was as soon as she answered the door, and they flew into each other’s arms…
