Jack had been watching the woman, Trish, for some time.

She worked at the chemist down from him; always looking neat and tidy in her pressed white uniform tunic and black slacks, always kind and courteous to anyone. It was almost a shame to have her all to himself…

First, he had a lot of groundwork to do.

He started letting his neighbours know that a young friend of his, Natira, would be staying with him for a few weeks while she found a new place to live. She was a muslim and also spoke no English, but she could understand it. He also ordered a few items from a ‘friend’ he knew…

A few days later, a young woman was seen, wearing a brown hooded Abaya and a niqab. She had beautiful green eyes, and you could just about tell she was smiling under her niqab. She was extremely friendly, always waving to people when they said hello with her gloved hands.

People soon got used to seeing Natira about; she occasionally was in the laundry, washing, and also sometimes seen out shopping. People at the flats otherwise normally kept to themselves.

No-one realised that it was Jack going around dressed as Natira, to start with, getting people used to ‘her’. He had a mask that made his face look just right, with the green eyes, and everything else was covered by the Abaya, Niqab and gloves.

That night, Jack as Natira came up behind Trish…

Jack gave Trish an injection. She thought she had just scratched herself on a bush. She was really surprised when Jack asked her a question, and she couldn’t answer him…

Trish swallowed, tried to clear her throat and tried again. Nothing. All that came out of her mouth was a quiet hiss…

The drug cocktail Jack had injected Trish with had temporarily destroyed her ability to talk, by paralysing her tongue and vocal cords. That was only one of its functions, however. It also made Trish extremely open to suggestion from the first person that spoke to her…

Jack told Trish to come back with him to his flat, which she did. It was fairly late in the evening, so nobody else saw them. He then steered her into his bedroom and told her to get undressed, completely.

Soon, Trish was standing in front of Jack, completely naked. He then started getting her ready for her new life as Natira. He steered her toward the bed, which had a plastic sheet spread over it to catch the ‘bits’, then got her to lie down. Another injection soon put her to sleep…

Stage one was to tightly glue in a penis gag, just in case the first batch of drugs wore off, and make sure it was flush against her face. ‘Natira’ was going to be fed intravenously from now on, so she wouldn’t need her mouth except for emergencies, where the hood and gag could be unglued. He then fitted Natira with a bra and gloves but left her knickers off to allow ‘easy access’. He also removed all her hair, including from her head, making her bald all over.

He then fitted Trish with a version of the ‘Natira’ hood. Hers, however, was a special one; it was contoured inside to better match her face, as well as a lot stronger than a normal mask or hood and had a built in wig. However, once it was glued on it fitted flush with the wearer’s existing skin.

Trish just lay there, letting Jack glue the hood onto her. He got it all lined up and sealed down, and Natira stared back at him…

Smiling, he then fitted Natira with a niqab, followed by the Abaya. This meant that the hood of the Abaya stopped Natira from taking off her niqab, leaving only her eyes showing as before.

Smiling, Jack made sure everything was secure, then left Natira to wake up on her own…

Trish slowly woke up. Where the hell was she, and why couldn’t she talk anymore? This time, it felt like something was in her mouth…

She reached up to her face, and saw her gloved hands for the first time, as well as seeing the Abaya that she was now dressed in. Moaning frantically, she got out of bed and shot over to look into the mirror on the dressing table…

A robed Muslim woman stared back at her. Wailing, she tried to pull off the niqab, and push back the hood of the Abaya…

As she struggled, Jack came into the room.

“Natira, calm down”, he said. “You’ve just had a bad dream.”

Trish desperately shook her head, trying to speak. She wasn’t Natira!

“I don’t know what happened with you”, Jack continued. “You’ve been here for a few days; I came in last night and you were unconscious on the floor. You must have forgotten to take your insulin again; you did tell me you were a diabetic.”

“Anyway”, he continued, “I’ve spoken to your doctor and he’s reset your insulin pump.”

Trish’s eyes went wide. She didn’t have diabetes! None of this was making any sense at all!

What the pump fitted to Trish actually did was gave her small amounts of the drugs that Jack had used to take her in the first place. Trish would gradually get more and more ‘suggestible’ until she was completely under Jack’s control.

Exhausted, Trish slumped back. More drugs entered her system, and she was asleep again before Jack left the room…

Later, Jack came back in. Checking she was fast asleep, he gave her the nightly shot of nutrients and liquid food. He also gently fitted her with a nappy; he didn’t want her messing herself in her sleep.

Listening to her closely, he could hear that she was whimpering quietly in her sleep. Jack gently stroked her head and the whimpering stopped.

This was going to be fun, he thought…

People at the Chemist were surprised when Trish first didn’t turn up for work. It was most unlike her. The handwritten letter through the shop letterbox one evening was also a surprise as well (written by Trish under Jack’s control):

Dear All,

I’m sorry I’ve not been in. Regrettably, health and family problems have got in the way of me working; the stress of these has been too much for me, and I’m going to have to take some time away.

I can’t give you a set time when I’ll be back; I quite understand that you won’t be able to hold my job open for me and I do really apologise for not being able to give you any notice.

I wish you all the best; I really enjoyed working with you all and meeting all the people I did.

Kindest regards,

Patricia Bailey.

Trish was crying as she wrote the last sentence. Even under Jack’s control, she was still missing her friends…

She was slipping more and more into her ‘role’ as Natira; people were seeing her about, as well as her and Jack going out together.

She tried once to leave a note for someone to find; Jack found out about it, destroyed the note, then tied her to the bed spreadeagled face down and raped her. Natira just tried to scream into her gag…

Jack left her tied face down all night.

When he untied her in the morning, he just said, “Do I need to punish you again…?”

Natira whimpered and shook her head vigorously…

Patricia Bailey ‘died’ that night. She couldn’t cope even with the idea of being raped again, so she changed into the perfect Muslim woman.

Silent and robed when out, never out of the flat unless accompanied by Jack, always walking two steps behind him, face lowered. She still occasionally waved to other residents and people in the street, but she always deferred to Jack.

After she had behaved ‘properly’ for a month, Jack made love to her properly, tenderly, the way it should be done. Natira gave herself over to him completely…

She never did move out…
