Shan was having more problems with the local council.

They were wanting to check permits, conduct inspections and other problems.

In the end, Shan decided the only solution to the problem was that she had to find some sort of leverage against the councillor, but what?

In the end, she decided to ‘use’ Bailey, the councillor’s son.

He was attending the local high school and always took care of himself, as well as being a bit of a loner.

This worked in Shan’s favour a lot…

Bailey was walking back from college one afternoon, when Shan shot him in the backside with a tranquiliser dart.

Sprinting up, she caught Bailey as he collapsed and bundled him into the back of her car.

Quickly taking him back into Samoto, Shan bundled him into the medical bay.

After a fair amount of work, Bailey was wheeled out, still unconscious, in a wheelchair.

He was now a she, with breasts and pigtails, wearing a locked on check summer dress like the junior pupils.

The hood made him look like an Asian girl and it sealed his mouth permanently shut. Bailey would never speak or hear again…

Shan then used a voice changer and a ‘burner’ phone to ring the Councillor. The message he got was to support Samoto in any way he could. If he didn’t, his son would disappear forever…

The burner phone was also used to text the Councillor pictures of Bailey having been taken, before his transformation. This way, the Councillor could be made to think there was still a chance of getting Bailey back unchanged…

In a bedroom in the junior dorm, Bailey woke up.

His first shock was he was wearing a dress and in a strange bedroom.

His second shock was when he tried to open his mouth…

Moaning loudly (which made him aware he couldn’t hear anything, either) he hobbled over to the mirror.

An Asian girl stared back at him, wearing a gingham check dress.

Moaning and crying, Bailey tried to get to the door, only to be stopped by a chain fastened to the belt round his waist, which was connected to a ring in the wall.

Bailey pulled and pulled on the chain, to no effect, then he collapsed sobbing onto the bed…

Bailey’s first day as a Samoto girl had begun…

Nobody would think to look for Bailey at Samoto, as they would be looking for a missing boy and Bailey had been professionally converted to a handicapped Asian girl. ‘She’ would be hiding in plain sight, and completely unable to call for help (or even know people were looking for ‘her’, due to her deafness).

Sitting back in her office, watching Bailey struggle via a webcam, Shan just smiled…

Next morning, Bailey started in the Junior Class…
