Walking out of the change room, she eyed herself in the mirror. Dark skin greeted her eyes, which were a soft and faded green, while her white hair draped down over her shoulders. Satisfied, she turned and passed by the others waiting to use the room behind her.
When coming here, why did people think that a costume was only clothing deep? What you wore or didn't wear. No, why not change into something completely different? Someone completely different? Free yourself of any limitations you may have had and be someone new and different?
Which is what she was. And is.
She strolled, barefoot, to the stairs down into the event proper, letting one hand run along the stone walls, the same cool rock under her feet. It was an alien feeling, as she changed from a heel-to-toe roll of her foot to walking on her toes. She came to the intersection at the bottom of the stairs, each path lit well enough to see, but not well enough to see far. She listened. Should there not have been people behind her? But a glance said that there was no one. She supposed that it was just something about the place, and put it from her mind.
She picked a direction at random, and started walking. She passed a man moving in the opposite direction, wearing a Wizard robe, and they simply nodded at each other without further interaction. The night was still young, she told herself. There was plenty of time for fun. She didn't need to do the first thing or person that crossed her mind.
She took another corner and found herself approaching a man and a woman, both were dressed in fine white silks, and had the pointed ears of elves in the Tolkien style. They looked at her as she walked, and she looked at them. They approached and when she was close enough, she moved.
She stepped into the personal space of the man and pressed her bare body against his, kissing him. "Hey!" The woman shouted. "Who are you?"
She pulled back from her kiss, the man not holding her, keeping his hands at his side. She wiped her mouth and licked her lips, "Me?' she asked back as she lashed out with her hand and grabbed the woman by the back of her neck. She yanked, pulling her off balance and stealing a kiss from her too. "I'm interesting," she said.
The woman pulled back. "Interesting, you say?" she regained her composure even as she cast slightly jealous looks at her man. "How interesting?"
"You," she said to the man, "you want to do things to her?" she indicated the woman. No names or aliases were wanted or needed. "Or you to him?" she asked the woman. "If you do, go. But if you hesitate or doubt, I won't."
They hesitated. She took advantage of that by taking the man's hand and pulling, separating him from his woman before she could stop either of them, allowing them to vanish into the darkness that seemed to grow with each step, eating the sounds of their feet until she was certain they were alone.
"What was that?" the man asked.
"I chose," she replied. "Now," she said, seeing a door in the passage that wasn't there before. She did not question providence as she opened it and pulled the man through. He didn't resist as the door closed behind them, revealing a well lit room with a table in the middle. There were other things, but she paid them no mind as she pun around to throw the man onto the table, where he landed with his legs still over the edge. She strolled up to him and climbed.
Onto the table. Onto him.
He didn't resist, instead enjoying her taking the lead as she had nothing in the way, and his was easy to remove. She was nether eager, nor reluctant, acting as though this was normal for her as they gave each other what they wanted. They didn't rush, as they made sure to miss anything important or minor.
They ended with her laying on her back on the table, the man over her. She smiled. "You understand?" she asked him, curious.
"Maybe," he replied as he kept her pinned to the table. She didn't mind the contact at all as he leaned over her again and this time, clamped her arms in irons, the real purpose of their table now apparent. She did not resist as he did both arms above her head, then her feet, stretching her out on the table. "What do you think?" he asked.
"I think you've chosen to do something to me that I'm not going to regret," she replied as he went out of her sight and then came back with a saw in his hands. The edges were sharp and gleaming and he set it first against her neck, as though contemplating his cut. He then slid it down over her breasts, the metal never leaving her skin as he paused over the objects of some of his affection. Then further down, over her ribs and her stomach, coming to rest over her waist. "A classic," she said.
He agreed without saying anything, and put a hand on her hips to steady her as he drew the saw across her bare body. The saw cut her, drawing blood, but she did not yell. "Did you want me to scream?" she asked as he drew the saw across her again, breaking through and into her body. "I could."
"If you want," he replied as he sawed into her again, roughly cutting her apart.
"Mmmm," she moaned. "More."
He gave it to her, running the saw back and forth through her, ignoring how she spilled out as she he did so. She enjoyed the feeling, and when he reached her spine, he cut that too, sending waves of electric pleasure up to her brain, and down to her loins. Her bones offered no further resistance than her meat, and the saw finished its work on the wood under her.
Without further prompting, he pulled the two halves of her apart, her top and her bottom. She had no feeling in her lower extremities, but that didn't bother her as she tilted her head to watch him reach into her and pull out her insides, covering himself in her gore. "Well?" she asked.
"Amazing," the man replied. He poked at her other half, finding it unresponsive.
"Do what you want," she told him.
"I will," he thanked her, and walked away, leaving her to her own devices, or the devices of another.

She walked down the halls of the dungeon again, whole and unharmed. Her steps were firm and confident, and she had no doubts in her mind about what she wanted. "Hey there," she heard a woman call out from behind her, and she stopped and turned on her heel to face them. There was a woman dressed as a witch there, flanked by another witch. "You busy?"
"No," she replied. "Well, I could be. Or rather, I could be busy with you."
The witches shared a glance. "Excellent!" the one on the right said. "I'm Gracie, this is Marsha," they introduced each other, and she had the presence of mind to prepare an alias for herself.
"Miranda," she replied. "What did you need?"
"We need an impartial observer," Marsha said as the two witches flanked her and began to walk back the way they came. "We found a thing that we want to try out, but, well, you'll see."
She followed the two of them into a room where the device in question resided. "Have a look," Gracie told her, and she did, seeing a few open Iron Maidens around the room, inviting in their various shapes and sizes.
"I see," she replied as Marsha hopped, skipped and jumped over to one of the devices. "What do you want from me?"
"Well," Marsha replied as she ran a finger along one of the spikes inside the Maiden she was leaning on. She noticed that it only went to her neck, with a gap for her to have her head outside. "We each picked one for the other and we're going to go in at the same time. Who lasts longest, loses!" She smirked as she did a fancy twirl and spun into the Maiden.
"And she picked this one for me," Gracie said from off to her right. She turned to see that particular witch step forward into the maiden, but neither of them were trapped, yet. "We wanted someone to watch to make sure there was no cheating."
"Ah," she replied. "How will I announce the winner? You're not looking at each other," she pointed out the obvious. "And wouldn't seeing who gets back to the entrance first determine that?"
"That would be the smart way, yes," Gracie looked ashamed that the simple solution had been stated. "Shit, that does work. Sorry for bothering you," she apologized.
She waved it off. "There is no need to apologize," she said with about as much humility as she could bother to muster. "I can still, if you're willing, ensure that both of you start at the same time."
"Thanks!" Gracie said. "Hey, Mar, let's move these closer to Miranda can close them at the same time." Grace stepped out and tried to move the Maiden. It was heavy, so she put her own back into it, as did Marsha and together, the three of them moved Grace's torture device close to Marsha's. Once she was satisfied that they were close enough, she stepped back and noted the sweat on her body.
"Ready?" Marsha asked, ignoring her as Gracie and Marsha each took positions inside the Maidens. They were each inside their own Maidens, pressed against the inner spikes. She looked at both of them to make sure all was in order, then she put one hand on a single door of each Maiden and slammed it shut.
Both women gasped as they were stabbed through by the spikes, but she didn't care as she grabbed the second door for both and swung it shut, trapping both women inside. They each had similar expressions on their faces, but she simply turned and took a couple of steps to get a good look at both of them. "Have fun," she said, and walked away.

The sign beside the door said 'Arcade', and given that the theme of the setting was that of a Dungeon, this appeared to be quite out of the ordinary. And that meant that she stepped in to look around for herself. It was not a classic room filled with lights and sounds and ticket machines. No, it was a fairly respectable space filled with machines of all shapes and sizes that you could find in an arcade - if you squinted hard enough and believed enough to fly n Neverland.
There were other people in the room, and she didn't think much of them or their own private fun as she had her eyes on a curious contraption.
It was in two parts. The first was a table fit for a person, with a curious multitude of square holes in it, each labeled with a number. Set before it was an upright display, the board and the numbers matching.
"Want to know how it works?" a familiar but unexpected voice spoke from beside her.
"Grace," she nodded at the woman with grey hair and black lacy underwear. "If you don't mind."
"Well, the assistant lays on the table, and all vision of them is obscured," Grace spoke. "While that is happening, a person at this control panel here picks a certain amount of numbers. Seven, Five or Three points. Once selected and locked in, spikes emerge from under the table, piercing through the chosen numbers. Depending on how many are chosen in the first place, and how many pierce the assistant, a special prize may occur."
She thought about that. "Curious," she stated. "Let me guess, you are willing to enter for me?"
"If you want!" Grace replied with a smile. "Truth be told, I didn't set this up so I don't know what's going to happen."
"Honestly, I'm expecting the obvious," she spoke calmly and evenly. "I shall enter, you do your best."
"I can do that!" Grace faux-saluted. She went to stand in front of the control panel. "Go ahead!"
She stepped onto the table, noting that it was easy to do so to encourage access. As she did, walls of blackness descended around her, preventing her from seeing out. She didn't know how long she had, so she didn't do anything odd or fun. Not yet. Perhaps next time. She laid out along the middle, folding her hands over her stomach as she waited.
She didn't have to wait long, as the black curtains rose, and three spikes rose up. All missed her.
"Damn," Grace spat out as she leaned over the control console. "I was expecting you to be off to one side or another."
"You could have used more," she told Grace, who only shrugged. "Again?"
"Maybe I could have a go?" a young man in a tuxedo appeared. "How does this work?"
She waited while Grace did her thing, patiently. When Grace was done, she said "Did you want to join me?"
Grace looked over at her, laying on the table. "Oh, I'll pass," she replied. "I want to see what this does first."
"Disappointing," she replied as she laid there, looking upward. "I suppose I'll just have to entertain myself then."
The man touched the console and everything went dark. She didn't move at all, laying still as things happened outside. Then, seven spikes rose up. Two pierced through her legs, below the knees. One went up through the small of her back, and out above her belly button. The fourth and fifth were well-placed, but not quite well enough, piercing her chest through from the back to the front, but missing the most sensitive pieces. Number six went through her neck, out her throat, while seven painlessly slid though her head and out her forehead.
The black curtain fell. "Well done!" she heard Grace compliment the man. "Now, let's see what the prizing is like...."
Unable to turn anything, she expected that the 'prize' would be all the spikes rising as one.
That didn't happen. Instead, the spikes withdrew, and she was left resting on the table.
"Well, that was ridiculous," the man said and walked off.
She got up on the table, and Grace frowned at it. "I was so sure!" she complained. She reached out and patted Grace on the Shoulder. "Better luck next time," she said, and walked away. Not everything was for everyone, that was for sure. Time to find something that was for her.
