"You will serve out the remainder of your sentence as a woman, in a men's prison. Perhaps then you will understand the pain and suffering you have inflicted on others."

With that, he pressed the button. A bright light enveloped the prisoner, and when it faded, he stood there, his hands clutching at his new, large breasts, his face a mask of shock and horror. His loose white tank top and orange prisoner pants uniform now hung differently on his new, feminine frame.

"What the fuck?" he screamed, his voice filled with panic and disbelief. "What did you do to me?"

The man in the suit remained unmoved, his eyes cold and calculating. "You are now a woman, well from the neck down anyways" he said, his voice filled with a mix of satisfaction and disdain. "You will serve out the remainder of your sentence in this form, experiencing firsthand the vulnerability and fear that your victims endured."

The scene played out again and again, each prisoner reacting with a mix of shock, horror, and disbelief as they were transformed into women. The news crews captured it all, the images and footage sparking a national debate about the ethics and morality of the new punishment.
