(A 'Potion Place' Story)
by grapehyacinth
Caroline filled each glass with the drink she had brought. “Okay, guys. Let's all start with a sip of this. I want to do it before Max comes.”
Jim picked up a glass. He examined its contents, shaking the liquid as if testing an experiment in his lab. “Max is legal to drink at this point.”
Barbara tittered. “Yes, I think he'd enjoy being a cold glass of chocolate milk!”
“I didn't mean it that way,” Jim mumbled. “I meant he's old enough–”
“Okay!” Caroline raised her glass, cutting off the banter. “Here's to saving San Lucia!”
Everyone cheered and drank deeply.
Lexi swished the drink in her mouth for several seconds before she swallowed. “Ooh, I'm not much of a drinker, but I do like sweet champagne like this. It's so bubbly... Almost makes me want to be one.”
When Lexi's form shuddered, Caroline grabbed her hand. “No, don't change. Let this take effect.”
Lexi eyed her curiously. “Effect?” she placed her glass down slowly, her face contorting into a frown. “Caroline, what did we just drink?”
Ryan smiled. “'An Hour of Love'.”
“What?” Lexi yelled. “What does that do? Turn you into a ...” But Lexi didn't finish her sentence. Instead, her jaw dropped.
Gena and Jim were now on the floor, making out like teenagers. Caroline and Ryan were doing the same, although their bodies had turned to molten gold.
Julian, who had imbibed slightly before Lexi, was now at her feet, kissing them. “Can I merge with your toenail?” he requested, and quickly allowed himself to be sucked into her big toe.
“Julian, that's...ridiculous!” Lexi sputtered, shaking her foot impatiently. “Julian, get out of there!”
Like a genie emerging from his lamp, Julian floated out as a wisp of smoke. “Be a person!” Lexi yelled angrily, and he obeyed, throwing himself on her.
“Oh, you're so beautiful, I just want to be a copy of you...again...”
Julian became Lexi.
“But...Caroline...spiked the...” Suddenly Lexi felt an indescribable warmth coursing through her. She needed Julian. Now. Even though he had changed into a woman that looked like her. “Oh, God, Julian, I want you like that!”
And so the 'Hour of Love' commenced.
Taking a cue from Julian, Ryan became another Caroline and Jim became a second Gena. When this was not interesting enough, partners were swapped. None of the friends had any problems with this...yet.
Then the tables were turned, and soon six naked men were writhing on the floor in a pile of shed clothing.
“Two Jims! Two Ryans! Two Julians! And I want them all!” drooled the Ryan that was really Caroline.
“I never thought I'd want another man, but you make such a hot one, Caroline!” Ryan hissed, grabbing at her and rubbing himself against her male form.
“I want everything and everyone...” Julian whined drunkenly.
Gena became female once more. She caught Jim's eye and, giving him a 'come hither' look, she retreated into her bedroom. He jumped up and followed her in, but the room was empty.
“Gena, where...what are you?” he grinned. His heart was beating with lust, and he wanted to ravish whatever object his wife had become.
“Right here, of course,” her voice replied from thin air.
Jim's heart skipped a beat. Invisibility! Gena was even sexier when she was invisible. No, that didn't sound right...
He lunged towards where his wife had been, but his arms met with nothing but air.
“I'm so comfy,” he heard from the direction of their bed.
If she were on the bed, he would have seen an impression of her invisible body, but the blankets were smooth and untouched. Which could only mean...“Gena, are you a nice little bed?”
When the bed shook with a giggle, he pounced on it, rubbing and massaging at the blanket until an imprint of his wife's body rose halfway from the material. Her form was made of the blanket, so she was soft and pliable...
And it was so easy to pleasure her when she turned into something soft...
“Oh, God...oh, God...” Jim began to bunch her up, contorting her material into ways that were very enjoyable for them both...
He scrunched the whole blanket into a tight ball and hugged it. “God, I just...want to surround you like this.”
“So surround me.”
“How? You're just a blanket...ball.”
“So?”
Jim melted into a thin layer of latex. He drew himself over her soft surface, compacting her into a tighter sphere, coating her completely. It was strangely satisfying to him. “If I wasn't on some crazy potion, I'd say this is very weird...and pointless,” murmured the latex. “But I love it.”
“We're kind of like a bizarre beach ball...or something,” Gena giggled from inside the protective shell.
“I like the way it feels when you giggle inside of me. Kinda tickles.”
“I like you surrounding me.”
“This is weird.”
“Sure is.”
When Gena and Jim emerged from their bedroom, they found that the walls in their living room were quite animated.
“What are they, having sex in the walls?” Jim gasped.
Caroline's face appeared on the wall nearest them. “Oh, come on in with us! The Hour of Love's almost done!”
Gena and Jim jumped in without a second's thought. And the walls continued to writhe. Here and there someone even fell out of them, but hands emerged from the wall to pull them back in.
Finally, the walls grew still, and six faces appeared in various spots. “You think the hour's done?”
“Not quite. The clock here on me says we have more time. I think we're just tired. Let's take a two-second break and just talk.”
Silence.
“I always like being a wall,” said Caroline.
“Yes, I think we've established that,” Jim replied.
“Everyone should be here soon,” Lexi announced, glancing at the wall clock near Gena's face. “How's Max doing at school?” she added.
Gena smiled. “He did something he's never done. He tried out for the play the theater department is doing, and he got the lead role. In 'Carousel'.”
“Oh, that's nice. I love that musical.”
“I'd like to be a carousel,” mused Caroline.
“You've never been one, huh?” asked Ryan.
Jim let out a shocked, “Wow, Caroline's never been something?”
“Well, I guess the girls stick more with their favorites. Like this wall-thing,” Julian said. “I'd say most people would mark this as extremely bizarre.”
“It's fun! Even I enjoy it,” Lexi replied, slightly hurt.
“Caroline doesn't just do favorites. She does everything,” Ryan pointed out. “Things no human being would even imagine. But together these three do have their preferences.”
“Yes we do! And here's another group favorite!” cried Caroline, pulling herself from the wall and melting to the floor. “GOO PARTY!”
The other girls rushed to join her. “Jump on into us, guys!” Caroline invited. “Take a dip!”
Ryan murmured, “I'm always happy to dive into women,” and he burst from the wall. Even as he dove, his body was changing into goo, hitting the growing puddle with a splat.
Julian and Jim emerged from the wall, watching the huge writhing mass of pink goo before them. Here and there a face or body part emerged from it, then was swallowed up.
Jim shrugged. “Eh? Why not? The water...well, the ooze...is looking fine!” he and Julian jumped in, melting down and enlarging the mass across the floor.
“Let's explode!”
“Exploding goo?”
“Why the hell not?”
“Countdown!!”
At the count of ten, the mass of ooze exploded with a loud bang, splattering the friends everywhere.
“I'm dripping off the ceiling!”
“I'm stuck between the couch cushions!”
“I'm seeping into the floor!”
“Ah,” Julian purred as he flowed into the soil of a potted plant. “I love this.”
“We only have a few minutes left,” said Caroline's voice from under the couch, “but I have the perfect finale.”
“What?”
“Something Ryan and I are experts at.”
“Um...did we really just do this?”
“Ryan and I become erotic statues all the time. Don't you love the way this feels? I mean, we're so hard, and...”
“I'm really hard,” Ryan added in a devilish tone. “Really.”
“And we're everywhere, and we're intertwined, and we're part of each other...”
Jim coughed.
Gena pulled away from the sculpture first. “Well...um... that was...interesting...”
Julian came away next. “I feel different and less...well, aroused,” he blushed. “I guess the Hour of Love has concluded?”
“It was a nice hour,” smiled Jim. “I've never done anything like that... with lots of people... And I don't think I ever would have without taking that spiked champagne.” He then looked at his wife and blushed.
“Well, Caroline, not that I didn't enjoy myself, and not that I'd ever do that of my own accord, but you might have at least warned us,” Gena said sternly.
"Then you wouldn't have done it."
"That's not necessarily true."
"Lexi wouldn't have!"
Someone moaned. They looked back to see Lexi was still a statue. Julian was stroking every part of her stone body, eliciting sounds of pleasure deep from within the rock.
“You can turn back now, Lexi,” Gena announced.
“She's enjoying herself too much.”
Julian gazed at her a minute. “Make yourself smaller, Lexi.”
The statue shrank down to doll size, and Julian picked it up in his hand, stroking it violently and making it quake. “I'll be right back.”
In the bedroom, he put her on the bed beside him. He shrank to her size and murmured, “Let me in.”
She did.
“He's doing her like that. Guaranteed,” Caroline murmured enviously.
Gena snorted, “Caroline, do you really have to spell it out for us?”
“You didn't seem to have a problem with it before.”
“I was drugged by you, Caroline!”
Jim inserted, “Let them alone. I think that's the best thing for Lexi now. Once she realizes she just took part in an orgy, she might have some issues.”
Caroline was obviously deep in thought. “Ryan, do that to me now.”
“Do what?”
Caroline became a small statue so quickly that Ryan had to look around to find her. He picked her up and smiled at her. “Oh, this?” Rubbing her all over, he chuckled. “Caroline, you want it so badly I can feel you shaking.”
The doorbell rang.
“Ah! It's the Wintergreens!” Gena declared with relief. “That's it. No more sex.”
“Even statue sex,” Jim added, opening the door.
“Happy Holidays!” the Wintergreens announced. They entered, carrying a shiny box.
“I assume you solved the kid problem, considering the mysterious green fog that threatened the residents of San Lucia.” Mr. Wintergreen apparently meant to direct this at Caroline, but she did not seem to be present at the moment.
“She just threatened the kids,” Ryan corrected him, thrusting out his hand to display the Caroline statue.
Mr. Wintergreen received it with a laugh. “Ah, Caroline, you're stoned, huh?”
Barbara Wintergreen swatted at her husband. “Oh, Lance, that's in such poor taste. Caroline, you're a cutie like that.” She patted the figurine's small head.
The statue's face moved. “Thanks. That felt nice,” she murmured, making an angry frown at her husband.
Mr. Wintergreen set his box on the table. “Caroline, if you change back, I have a fun party game to show you. Actually, is Max here yet?”
Gena glanced at the clock. “He should be any minute. And he's always on time.”
“Okay, we'll wait to play. But I can tell you about it.” He pulled off the lid to display many little vials containing different-colored liquids.
“Oh, they're pretty!” cried Lexi. “What do they do?”
Mr. Wintergreen picked up one which contained a turquoise fluid. “This is a holiday game. You play with a partner, and then there's teams of partners. One of you drinks a vial. It will change you into something, and then your partner has to use you in some way that relates to the holidays. Each couple has ten minutes.”
“Can they use Ultimate Potion to do it?” asked Jim.
“The partner that is changed is locked in that form, even if he has taken Ultimate Potion before. Say he's a...pencil. He's stuck as that, and he can't change himself in anyway. His partner, however, can do whatever she wants to him, whether it's to add things to him, prepare him, or change into something herself to make him holiday-worthy.”
“Oh, that sounds fun,” Gena said.
Caroline hugged her arms to herself. “That sounds so much fun to be locked into a form.” Her figure shuddered. “Oh, God, I can't wait...I need to turn into something right now...oh, I know!” She ran out the door before anyone could respond. Only Ryan followed.
When Ryan found her, Caroline was already large and oddly-shaped. In the darkness of the side lawn, she had become tall and thickened, anchored into the ground in some way. For a moment, Ryan thought she was becoming a tree, but he knew this was too everyday for her. And her arms were not becoming branches. Instead, they were forming a canopy above her, and her feet were expanding as a round base. Poles were sprouting from the floor and canopy, and where they met, bizarre globs were appearing.
“Caroline, what is...”
“I'm forming my horses!” cried a smiling face from the middle of the strange apparatus.
“You're a...”
“I'm turning myself into a carousel!”
Fascinated, Ryan watched the colorful horses form and harden into place.
“Am I big enough?” the carousel asked.
Shaking his head, Ryan could hardly answer. “God, they have to see you. Hang on.”
“Oh, man, you guys HAVE to see Caroline!”
“What did that girl become now?” Barbara chuckled, and followed the others out the door.
The sight that met their eyes was startling. The twirling carousel was brightly lit and was playing holiday music. “Ride me!” it cried happily, and everyone jumped on.
“You're wonderful, Caroline!” Mr. Wintergreen called. “I hope you can hold my weight!”
“I've been airplanes and buses, Mr. Wintergreen! I'm as solid as they come!”
“Why didn't we ever think of this, Lance?” smiled Barbara, smoothing her horse's mane.
“Something you two haven't been?” Jim yelled back at them.
Ryan patted his horse and gave it a peck. “You love being big, lover!”
The horse grinned.
“I've been bigger!” called Jim.
Mr. Wintergreen smirked. “Have you, now?"
“We've been buildings!”
Jim jumped down and ran a few feet away. Then he was growing and becoming boxy. “I love this feeling! It's great!” he cried as he solidified into stone.
“How many stories are you making yourself, Jim?” inquired Mr. Wintergreen from the ride.
“Three!”
“He does make an impressive building!” Barbara admitted.
Gena jumped down and inserted herself beside her husband. “I can do better!” She grew to a building twice his height.
“Hey! You'll cut out my sun!” the first building balked.
“You're not a tree, Jim!”
“No, but I'm a skyscraper!” Jim stretched to ten stories.
“I'm going to be the biggest building in the world!” Gena became a fifteen-foot edifice.
“Fifteen stories is nothing! I'm going to be bigger than you...”
Mr. Wintergreen hopped off of the ride and stood between the growing buildings. “Guys, stop. You're too tall. You'll be noticed. Change back, or at least become miniatures!”
“Miniatures! Oh, that could be fun!” Gena shrunk down to a one-foot tall model so quickly that she toppled to her side. Jim joined her, the impact making him fall over as well.
“Was that a rush or what?” he gasped.
“Yes, shrinking that fast makes your head spin...or your...foundation...spin...”
The two buildings laughed.
Lance picked up the Gena-building. “Your phone is ringing, Mrs. Building Model.”
“Oh!” the building shuddered into human form and Gena ran inside.
A pheasant walked beside Mr. Wintergreen and pecked at Jim. “Hey! Where the hell did a pheasant come from? Stop pecking me!” the building protested. “Oh, is that you, Barbara?”
The pheasant squawked.
“Yup. She's a pheasant. One of her preferred forms. Ever try it?” Lance inquired.
“I will now,” exclaimed the building, and it became a bird.
“Oh, you do make an attractive one, Jim,” chuckled Mr. Wintergreen, and he walked off to see if Gena needed any help.
Gena was pulling a cake from the oven as Mr. Wintergreen entered the kitchen. “Need anything?”
“No, thanks. I'm fine.”
“Who was on the phone?”
“Oh, Max. He's pulling in right now.”
Mr. Wintergreen glanced around the messy kitchen. “Where's all the food I heard there was going to be?”
Gena winked. “It's...almost ready.”
Max and his girlfriend Carla walked up the driveway, each carrying a dessert box. “I'm so excited for this. I can turn into a bird again!” Carla exclaimed.
“Carla, you can be anything. Try something else!”
“Like what?”
“Like...be an object! Be...food! Be...”
“Food? How can...Max, do you hear music? It's sounds like carnival music!”
When they rounded the bend, two pheasants streaked past, startling them. And then a carousel met their eyes.
“Oh! Your aunt has her own carousel!”
Max found himself staring at the ride as he walked past. It just seemed too animated.
“Aunt Gena, why is there a carousel in your front yard?”
Gena looked up from the cake she was frosting. “Oh, that's just Caroline.”
Carla's eyes bugged out.
“Hi, you must be Mr. Wintergreen. I'm Max.”
Lance looked up from the National Geographic he was reading. “I've heard so much about you, Max. Hang on, let me put this down.”
Max stared at the magazine. “Is that a person?”
Lance was caught off-guard. “What, this?” He laughed. “No, although it is fun to become periodicals from time to time!” he winked. “Barbara loves to read me, and I love to have my pages flipped and creased...”
Max gulped, sitting down next to the man. He looked normal enough, despite the oddities that came from his lips. “Mr. Wintergreen, this potion really makes people crazy!”
Mr. Wintergreen smiled. “It's not crazy, Max. You've tried it. You know the feeling. It's a sudden freedom that you've never experienced in your life. And most people will never get the chance to experience it!”
“When I spiked the punch at the stupid frat party I went to, I can't tell you how weird it got! People turning into things that were simply... I mean, one girl turned into Cookie Monster!”
Mr. Wintergreen let out a loud laugh. “Well, everyone has their thing. And what did you become?”
Max looked down. “A dragon. The Lochness Monster...”
“So?”
“It's a lot more normal than turning into a fluffy muppet from Sesame Street! One guy became a cow, some girls turned into chocolate chip cookies, another guy was beer...” He stopped, the memories evident in his eyes. “They all drank him up. He loved it, too.”
“Being consumed is fun.”
Max's mouth fell open. “You've done it?”
The man chuckled. “When you've been transforming for decades, it's really a question of what haven't you done.”
Mrs. Wintergreen came running up to them, holding a crystal wine glass. Inside was a red liquid sporting a smiley-face. “Hurry up!” it cried.
“Lance,” Barbara said breathlessly, “Caroline and Ryan want me to drink them. They said they'll give me an experience that even you haven't given me.”
“I doubt that. But go ahead!”
Caroline and Ryan felt delightful going down Barbara's throat, and she licked her lips, tasting every last bit of their sweetness. “Oh, you guys are the best vintage.” But the couple was no regular wine. It was all she could do to make it to Gena and Jim's bed before the special beverage began its work on her. Caroline and Ryan began to absorb into her, touching and setting off every pleasure center in her body. They played her insides like a harp, stroking every bit of her with microscopic fingers. “You guys...how did you figure out how to do this? What are you in there?” Her arousal began to build and build, and she clutched at herself, shrieking and moaning at the pleasure that they were inducing.
Her yells increased to the point that she heard Caroline instruct in her mind, Shrink yourself down so your yells aren't so loud. We've really just begun to play with you.
When she was five inches tall, her screams grew constant, but they were too high to be heard by human ears. And for this she was grateful. She could never admit this to her husband, but even he had never given her a all-encompassing, continuous orgasm like this.
She didn't even think such a thing was possible...until now.
