Ciarra is a Dullahan and so has to carry her head around. There is often the misconception of all Dullahans have a flame. Not so. Only the Messengers of Death have that. Those that are not in the etherial employ simply lack a neck, to the woe of poor Ciarra here.

Active yet clumsy, good natured yet a bit tender, Ciarra is grew up with her parents. Neither of them showing the Dullahan tendency. (though the Mother might have some somewhere in her lineages, but to what extend we do not know) Shy to grow up and labeled of bit of a fumbler, Ciarra is working hard to get better. But can one blame her? Without knowing another Dullahan, she has to learn how to walk with a shifting perspective...and perhaps have a better grip
