"Zetsubou Shita!"

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei ([link]) is a manga that has been adapted into three anime series recently. The anime itself is quite original and fun, as it's realized by the studio Shaft, which is my next favourite after Gainax, but I think most of the success came from the original manga setting.
Basically, it's about a suicidical teacher, with weirdos as students. It's very much a black comedy.

Here, I did a drawing in the style of the chapter title pages, which are always in black and white, with lots of visual effects.
On the foreground, the two girls are actually one and the same, it's Chiri KITSU, the maniac serial killer of the class.
The girl in her blanket is the class' hikkikomori, Kiri KOMORI, who is just so cute.
Finally, the two girls on her side are Kafuka FUURA on the left, and Matoi TSUNETSUKI on the right.

I hope everyone noticed that the whole pic looks like a skull, something the hardcore fans appreciate ^_^
