Jessica is the type to barrel through problems rather than go around them. For big jobs, she’s been studying explosives to conquer bigger obstacles, but she needs to not overdo it. The result is she has the most raw strength on the team, and is the best at pulling herself back together. She has strong finishes through sheer determination more than skill, and anyone mocking her less graceful finishes will be reminded to look at the results after losing to a pancake.
As a veteran in the League, Jess has no long term worries about keeping a paycheck. She sees working with a new team and showing them the ropes as a fun mentoring opportunity. The promise of more Zoe time got her to agree to fill out the Dust Bunny’s roster.
Jessica has developed a fun rivalry with Amber that has translated into amazing on the field chemistry. Scarlett’s idealism keeps her spirits up, and even if she’s clumsy, she’s fun to hang out and play (actual) games with. Jessica hasn’t played this many board games in years. Jessica has something of an on again off again relationship with Zoe. They were on a team together once, and Jess was sad to see Zoe go, even if she understood why. Zoe’s always kept Jessica well fed, and the appreciation Jessica shows helps make amends for catching Zoe in her blast radius.
Physical Description: Purple hair (dyed, natural color is black), dark skin. Her eyes are brown but she wears purple contacts to match her hair. Jessica is a little thiccer than the other girls, but she can keep up with the rest - she’s probably the second best athlete on the team. She wears comfortable clothes around the house.
Likes: Good food, conquering obstacles, explosives, eating competitions, any transformation involving the word “bigger”, board games
Dislikes: avoiding a challenge, being wrong (she doesn’t reject being wrong, but she doesn’t have to like it either), letting her team down, people disrespecting her results
