The sky was clear, the sun was bright, and the flowers were in bloom. Combined with the cool breeze tickling her face, Rachel knew she picked a great day to go hiking.

She wore her black hair in a ponytail under a blue baseball cap, with a green hiking shirt and khaki shorts, showing off her beautiful tan skin. Beyond her hiking boots, the only equipment she carried was a backpack, a canteen...

...and an outrageous bold blue bedroll with repeating white V stripes, suspiciously resembling the Stupendous Stretchy Stacy's signature outfit.

Rachel had been on the trail for about an hour. Having finally reached one of her favorite overlooks, she paused to take a drink. "Isn't it great out here Stacy? Just us and nature, not a car in sight, and so many birds to listen to."

The bedroll wiggled and shifted upon hearing its name. Two big blue eyes appeared on it, opened towards the sky but trying to look over Rachel's shoulder. "Huh-wha? Are we there yet?"

Rachel giggled at the response from her back. "Hee hee. Come on, you're missing some great views!"

The Stupendous Stretchy Stacy, known all over town as the next big elastic performer, was less enthused about nature than her girlfriend. "I mean, I guess it's nice. I see this a lot on trains between cities. I thought you said we were-"

Rachel pulled the bedroll over her head to get a closer look at Stacy's reaction. "Going hang gliding off a cliff in the middle of the park like the one right over there?"

Stacy flopped the end of the roll with her eyes over her top, both to get a good look and start unrolling. "Wooo yeah!"

Rachel tossed her sleeping roll girlfriend. The elastic woman shouted with glee at her chance to show off, unfurling her currently plushie blue body. Her flat roll shape rippled in the air, expanding longer and thicker. The end of the roll touched the ground, and the rest of Stacy's body piled on to herself, folding back and forth in layers.

Once Stacy collected herself, the bundle of blue rubber twisted and bounced around. The layers merged together, stretching and reconfiguring her form. The bulky shape of the bedroll smoothed out, gradually slimming down and gaining familiar features like arms and legs. With one final twist, the blues and whites of her elastic form were joined by generous amounts of peach skin, and she twirled and resolved into the figure of The Stupendous Stretchy Stacy, wearing her classic blue leotard with white trim with a deep V cut in front, holding her arms in the air and arching her back.

"TA DAAA!"

She raced toward the ledge with a wild grin on her face. She turned to Rachel, pumping her fist with excitement. "Where are we flying?"

Rachel stepped beside her rubber girl and squeezed her shoulders with a side hug. Stacy let herself get squished into her, grinning from the sensation of getting pressed tight against her friend's fit body, almost letting herself lose her shape as her elastic mass searched for places to stretch.

Alas, Rachel relaxed her squeeze. She made a sweeping gesture with her free hand, pointing across the huge expanse of trees beyond the cliff. "We're going out there. Our camp site is about two miles that way. You should be able to carry me that far in the air right?"

Stacy turned and gave a thumbs up. "Easily! I've been getting better at the whole flying thing since my visit to the beach."

Rachel laughed, remembering the paper airplane trick. "Just make sure I fall on something soft, okay?"

Stacy laughed. She took a step away from Rachel to have space to stretch, waving an elongated arm at her to relax. "Oh come on! You've seen me fly around the circus. I'd never let anything bad happen to you."

Stacy gently lowered herself to the ground on her knees. Once her hips were low enough, her thighs stretched while her legs continued "rolling", forming triangular handles under her torso. Next she placed her hands on her head, keeping her elbows out. She pushed down, slowly squishing her head and chest wide and flat like clay under a piston. It felt as good as it looked goofy, and by the time her tummy stretched, she had filled out a long wing shape with her eyes in the front.

In seconds she was a bright blue glider, with big white stripes, and a peach triangle to contain her face.

Rachel applauded. "Nice stretch hon! But are you approved for air travel?"

Stacy briefly produced arms from the front of her frame to gesture at the handles touching the ground. "Safety regulations demand I remind you to keep hands and arms inside the glider until it comes to a complete halt."

That won a laugh from Rachel. She trotted over to Stacy and picked her up. "Whatever you say captain. Let's go!"

Rachel looked towards the camp site, entered a mini sprinting crouch, and took off. She scrambled to get her legs into position with the wind blowing her hair about her face.

But both women smiled at the exhilarating rush of being airborne through Stacy's power of elasticity, eliciting twin shouts.

"WOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

Woodland birds scattered from the trees at the sound of their unexpected partners in flight. From up here they could see the sun sparkling on the lake, the wind rustling the trees, and most amusing to them, a few of tiny people on the trails pointing up at them.

Rachel smiled and waved as best she could from her blue and white glider. "Oh wow, they're so small down there! Is this what it's like flying around the circus?"

Stacy smiled, navigating the breeze but risking a glance at her girlfriend. "Yeah! I love that thrill of everyone looking up and thinking 'Wow I wanna be like that!' "

Rachel smiled back at her, then studied the openings in the trees around the hikers. "What do you say Stacy? Should we dive down and say hello up close? Or just show off in the sky a little more?"

Stacy tried to shift her eyes on the glider to look around. She brought back her arm to point at a couple on the path. "I think we're good up here, but if you want me to angle that way so we can make a closer pass then-"

*FLAP*FLAP*

Rachel felt some turbulence with Stacy's motions, pushing her hard to the right. "Um, Stacy?!"

"I KNOW!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Stacy's lost focus bent one of her wings enough to send them into a spiral. She tried to force it back into shape, but was having trouble in the breeze.

Rachel did what she could to stay up, but once they lost lift it was a losing effort. Try as they might, they were headed towards the trees.

Leaving Rachel slightly terrified. "Oh shoot oh shoot oh shoot what are we gonna do?!"

Stacy snapped her fingers. "Chute! That's it!"

Before Rachel could ask what she meant, both of Stacy's arms reached down to grab her girlfriend. With Rachel already holding her legs, and her stretchy arms now wrapped around the glider's shoulders, Stacy willed her body to pull together. The wings of her glider body wrapped around Rachel, hiding her within a rippling blue ball of rubber in the sky. Stacy gave a quick full body squeeze, half to reassure her and half because it was fun, then relaxed her core muscles...

*FWOOOOOOMP*

A bright blue parachute with white V designs unfurled into the air. Stacy's flat stretched out body was still tied to Rachel by 4 long noodly limbs, with her face stretched across the underside to keep an eye on her girlfriend...

...Who was still falling too fast for comfort. "Aaaaah! Stacy, you sure you've got this? We're still falling."

"I've got ya hon! Just...Hnnnngh...hang on!"

Stacy scrunched and tightened up her straps, forcing her body to catch air and slow down. Their fall slowed more from there, stretching Stacy's face to it's limits. The elastic blue eyed wonder actually became slightly transparent, and the sound of creaking rubber filled their ears, but Stacy was able to hold herself together.

They made it to the ground, no worse for wear except for a few snapped tree branches, and Stacy's super stretched out limbs.

* * *

After their landing, Stacy was stretched so much, she completely covered the entire clearing they landed in with her 20 foot parachute body. That included Rachel, who was fumbling around underneath, laughing and trying to find her way out from under her sheet sized rubber woman.

"Hey come on now! I liked that squeeze too but we still need to get to camp. *Hee hee*"

Rachel's voice dropped to a more seductive tone before continuing. "I promise you can surround me like this there if you want."

Stacy was too caught up in the rush, and playfully squeezed around Rachel some more instead of letting her out. "Oh I don't know, this looks like a great camp site."

Rachel grabbed the nearest piece of Stacy, brought it to her mouth...and blew a raspberry on it. "Okay silly, you made your point. Now come on, before I get too sweaty in here."

"Oh come on, it was already hot outside. Besides, I could give you some privacy here to get into something more comfortab-"

Rachel pinched a piece of rubber, feeling her face turn bright red at the thought of being naked under Stacy in the park. "STACY!"

Stacy took the cue and let herself get spun up. "Okay, okay!"

Rachel lifted her arms and started turning in circles. Her hands tugged at Stacy's warm stretchy body, sliding along it smoothly like a blanket. Every tug pulled her closer together, restoring the elastic woman's thickness after being stretched thin in the fall. Stacy's face in the middle, of course, was staring right down at Rachel as it happened, both of their eyes locked on each other's. They stayed lost in the playful moment while they spun, though Rachel definitely caught Stacy's eyes wandering down her own shirt more than once. Not that she was upset, but it drove her to find ways to twist and tease Stacy more.

The blues and whites of the parachute slowly recombobulated into Stacy's sleek physique in Rachel's arms. They spun around each other, hugging each other and celebrating their landing with a quick kiss.

Rachel brushed Stacy's hair back. "That was amazing hon! But let's...maybe NOT do that again."

Stacy chuckled. "Sorry. Told you I wouldn't let you fall though. See, nothing to flying and landing and BEEEEAAAR!"

Rachel blinked. "You had me up until..."

She realized Stacy was pointing and looking a little pale, even for her complexion. She followed the trembling arm's direction, and...

"Oh my, that IS a bear."

"RRROOOOOOOAAAR!"

At the edge of the clearing was a very large brown bear. Seeing it had the women's attention, it stood on its hind legs. Whether it was roaring a challenge or a warning, they both knew they had to get out of there.

Rachel put Stacy down slowly to not startle their new friend, and took a deliberate step back. "We should probably leave. Stacy, what do you think we should-"

"Throw me."

Rachel's head snapped to Stacy. "What?"

Stacy smirked back. "Trust me. There was an incident at the circus a while back where someone was teasing the bear too much. Things almost got bad but...well...I handled it."

Rachel blinked, not really convinced by Stacy's words. "Wait really? What happened to the bear?"

Stacy's smile turned embarrassed. "They told it the rubber girl would stop teasing it, and they were impressed enough by her endurance to give her a blue costume?"

Rachel actually laughed at that revelation. "Wait what? That's how you..."

Stacy scratched the back of her head. "Let's just say it's a good thing I like deep thorough massages. Here, don't waste time."

Stacy jumped into the air, tucked her legs in, and started flipping. She threw her arms around herself, letting them stretch long and loop around her multiple times until she looked like a giant blue rubber band ball with white stripes. She bounced against the ground, kicking up dirt and compressing into a wide blue splat, before bouncing back up into Rachel's hands as an oversized blue softball with blue eyes.

"Now throw me at it! I haven't met the bear that didn't want a toy."

Rachel thought back to her softball days. She wound up, and windmilled Stacy at the bear as hard as she could.

"HYYYYAAAAAA!!!"

Her blue and white girlfriend spun through the air, right towards the bear's chest...

*SNATCH*

The bear caught Stacy. It turned her over in its claws, finding her smiling face.

"Hello bear! Sorry we bothered you, but if you could just let my friend Rachel and I go it'd be really cool and OOOOF!"

*OM-NOM-NOM*

The bear began playfully gnawing on Stacy. Its teeth tried to dig into her stretchy form, but only succeeded in pressing into her like a dog's chew toy.

Stacy didn't look hurt by this. If anything, she was nervously laughing as her face was slobbered, and the bear's claws tried to dig in.

"Hehehehee! That tickles! Come on, you don't have to -eep!"

The bear moved its claws in circles, stretching Stacy out. Her balled up body quickly grew into a tangled mess, long strands of blue being pulled in all directions while her face was tested by the bear's mouth. She could feel her body stretching all over, and she had to admit it felt extra nice after getting bend out of shape as a hang glider, but she forced herself to stay focused on getting Rachel to safety.

*STRRRRRRRRRRRRRTCH*

So Stacy fought through feeling herself get pulled to absurd lengths to keep talking, without enraging the bear. "Come on, that's a good bear. Just keep playing and-"

*GALOOOOMP*

Rachel, only slowly backing away while watching the whole thing unfold, froze. She was admittedly a little excited to see Stacy's stretchiness in action, but ...

The bear just brought its claws together and jammed an awful lot of blue rubber girl into its mouth. The way Stacy's limp coils were moving, her bouncy body was a cross between blueberry pie and blue spaghetti being sucked up.

"Stacy?! Are you okay?!"

As if in response, the bear calmly chewed and blew a Stacy bubble. She was light blue and semi-transparent from getting mixed up in herself, but her facial features were unmistakable on the huge surface.

"I'm fine hon! Get out of here, I've got him right where I-"

*POP*

Stacy's bubble popped all over the bear's face, covering it in gooey blue rubber. Stacy seemed ready for this, and quickly spread around the bear. Bands of blue and white circled around the beast, trapping it in a rubbery prison. It tried to punch its way out, but only succeeded in making bumps in Stacy's blue body.

Once it was completely enveloped in elastic, Stacy formed her head on top of the rubber prison. She saw Rachel was still nervous, and stretched her head on a long noodly neck all the way across the clearing to her in an instant.

And gave her a quick kiss on the forehead.

"Seriously hon, I got this. What's it going to do to me?" She laughed. "It already ate me."

Rachel caressed her love's cheek, looking back at the bear and trying to judge the small winces in Stacy's smile. "Are you sure it'll calm down?"

Stacy forced a laugh. "Let's just say it's good I skipped lunch. He actually kinda tickles though, and-Ooooo that stretch was nice. I haven't felt that muscle in a while."

Rachel cautiously began backing up in earnest. "So then...see you back at the camp?"

Stacy nodded, retracting her neck. "Yup! Make sure there's a good place to hang me up, I might be a little worn out after this."

* * *

Rachel shuffled the logs around the camp fire again. She made it to camp a half hour ago and set up. She had a fire ready for 'smores, and a spot for Stacy to rest, though she wasn't sure what kinda of literal shape she'd be in.

She was starting to wonder if she should go back when she heard a rustle in the bushes.

"Stacy! Is that...are you alright?"

A long stretched out pile of rubber was slithering up to the camp site. Stacy's face was visible on it, actually smiling despite being a very long tangle of rubber. A few indents were still on her body from teeth and claws, but nothing looked torn. The only slightly concerning thing was she looked less like coils of rubber, and more like a child got their hands on the play dough and smashed and stretched it without purpose.

Still, Stacy tried to sound relaxed. "Heeeey! Sorry I'm late. We made a very energetic friend back there."

"Can you pull yourself together hon?"

The elastic woman focused, and her body rumbled. Rachel's trained eyes could tell she actually did gain cohesion from the effort, but it was subtle.

"He was veeeeery energetic. I might need the big comfy chair for tonight. *Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh*..."

*THUD*

Stacy collapsed into a rubber heap.

It wasn't the first time Rachel saw this, so she knew from Stacy's smile she was just tired. That made her feel better about eyeing her girlfriend's long coils looping through themselves in a big soft pile.

"Hey hon? As long as we don't have your big comfy restoration chair, mind if I get comfy with you?"

Stacy shifted her head onto one of the outer loops. "Oh yes! Please do!"

Rachel jumped in. She bounced on Stacy's coils, shifting them around while nestling in. She could feel tension leaving Stacy at her touch, stiffness leaving the coils replaced by warmth. Rachel sank in, and the blue coils of Stacy's body expanded out softly to caress her.

She eventually found herself lying back, head nestled between two very soft bumps on Stacy's body, with her legs up. She felt around with her arms, looking for a head to hug or something else fun to run her arm along.

For the first time since their hike began, both women felt extremely relaxed, both letting out a long sigh of release.

"AAAAAaaaahhhh...."

They sat mostly motionless, idly touching each other, neither wanting to really get up.

After a few minutes, Rachel looked around. "You know hon, our stuff is all secured for the night. Wanna just stay out like this?"

Stacy found the energy to plop her head next to Rachel's. "Yeah. I need a break after all that stretching today. Just wrap me around you like you promised, I like feeling you tight."

Rachel grinned. "Sure thing."

She rolled over a few times, holding out her arms. Bundles of Stacy's body caught on her arms, spinning and twirling around her body. Rachel crafted herself the warmest, softest Stacy cocoon, disappearing into the bands of blue and white elastic.

But keeping Stacy's cute head next to hers.

Comfy with her position, Rachel looked into Stacy's blue eyes. "Maybe a little less excitement tomorrow?"

"Hey, you're the one that suggested hiking."

Rachel rolled her eyes. "And then you made me suggest hang gliding."

Stacy laughed, moving her face closer to Rachel's. "Whatever silly. Let's get some privacy."

Stacy's body stretched a little more, staying wrapped around Rachel but morphing and reconfiguring into a very small tent. It wasn't very big, only enough to give her and Rachel some much needed privacy for the night. A single blue arm stretched out a moment later, placing a green shirt and khakis into one of their equipment bags.

Rachel wouldn't be needing them over night.
