It's almost done~!
Here we go with Team 6 for the Project
This time we have a roster of 13 girls, but this time different than the other teams.
Having a weakness for that type of girls, the Black Puppets is a mixed up team consisting of 13 Gothic Lolita's from various anime.^^
Even though the several sub styles can be pretty colorful, most people think of black and white when hearing about this style, thus, it's reflected in the uniform.
Here's the full roster (this time with the anime the girls are from added to their names) :
1. Ekaterina Kurae/Katja (Seikon No Qwaser) (c) 29
2. Ruri Gokou/Kuroneko (Oreimo)
3. Kurumi Tokisaki (Date A Live)
4. Kobato Hasegawa (Haganai)
5. Stocking Anarchy (Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt)
6. Kanako Urashima (Love Hina)
7. Sunako Kirishiki (Shiki)
8. Celestia Ludenberg (Dangan Ronpa)
9. Ruby Toujo (Rosario + Vampire)
10. Mina Tepes (Dance in the Vampire Bund)
11. Victorique de Blois (Gosick)
12. Anna Kushina (K-Project)
13. Misa Amane (Deathnote)
Explanation for the Jersey Number and Team name:
Well with black often (not always) being a dominating color in the Gothic Lolita style, it's rather obvious why there is 'Black' in the team name and uniform. As girls being dressed in this type of clothing often look like cute or creepy dolls or puppets with their frilly dresses and often fitting hairstyles, I've decided to call them Black Puppets.
Captain of the team is Katja as she perfectly resembles it as she indeed looks like a precious little doll.
Those who know Seikon No Qwaser do know though that it's just the look and explains why it says 'Katja-sama' on the back of her jersey.
Being a so called Qwaser, meaning a person who is able to control certain elements, Katja is able to control copper.
So the reason her jersey number is 29 is because 29 is the number for copper on the periodic table.
Isn't it amazing what anime can teach?^^
As always, please let me know what you think about the design and the roster^^
