Marisa vs. Cirno

Recently in Gensokyo...
Location: Mahou No Mori (Forest of Magic)

"This is strange... it was all sunny today, but suddenly it's getting cold. Ugh... I hate cold weather", Marisa Kirisame said with a sigh as within minutes, the initially warm weather had almost magically turned into an almost freezing cold.
Shivering a little as she was surprised by the changing weather conditions, the young witch stopped her current activities.
She was currently stood in front of her house, training her magical skills and spell cards to get stronger and to improve her chances of winning battles.

The blonde human girl, wearing a frilly black and white colored dress, with short puffy sleeves, white lace socks and flat, black shoes, as well as a huge black witch hat with a fittingly large white ribbon tied around it, looked around for possible attackers.
Knowing exactly from past experiences that many strange things happen in Gensokyo, she was expecting that someone might be behind the sudden change of climate.
"Hmm while i would prefer to drink freshly brewed tea now, the mystery behind this odd event is too interesting not to follow", Marisa said to herself as she left her house and went to search the surroundings for possible traces and hints about who or what might have caused the chilling weather.

Floating around the forest on her broom, it didn't take long for Marisa to find first traces.
"Oh my god, what happened here...?", she asked herself as she saw that not just the path in front of her, but also bushes and trees were completely frozen.
Instead of carefully searching the area for more traces, the girl with the long blonde hair just rushed into the frozen parts of the forest, feeling that it was the place where the culprit was hiding.
"Could it be her...?", she spoke out loud, but then shook her head.
"She's gotten quite strong, but it's impossible she's gotten THIS good she added.
Rushing deeper into the icy part of the forest, Marisa suddenly heard a voice from somewhere.
"So we meet again~", it said and a short giggle was heard.
The voice sounded quite childish.
"No way! How did you do this? How did you get this good all of a sudden?", the young witch asked, after immediately recognizing the voice.

"Cause I'm the strongest!", the voice replied.
A short moment later, something came flying out from behind one of the trees.
Wearing white, puffy sleeves too, though worn under a blue dress with a white and spiky pattern on the lower part as well as a huge blue ribbon at the back of her light blue hair, the culprit revealed herself to be someone that Marisa had fought against before.
"You improved a lot since our last meeting, fairy girl", Marisa said as she looked at the floating girl that was moving towards her.
"I sure did and I hope you did too since you lost last time~ Oh and by the way, my name is Cirno. I'm no ordinary fairy", the blue-haired fairy replied with a grin.

"Better watch out! I'm gonna beat you this time! I've trained a lot since last time!", Marisa announced, as always very confident in herself and her abilities.
"I look forward to seeing that. I'm sure your defeat will come very quickly. You ran into my icy trap~ I got an advantage around here. So... got any last words before I beat you again?", Cirno asked and grinned, also highly convinced about her victory.
"You mean before I beat YOU", Marisa corrected her adversary before continuing her sentence saying, "Why did you freeze the forest? Can't you go somewhere else and play ice queen?", the young witch asked and got an immediate answer.
"Nope! It's boring meeting weak opponents and freezing frogs all the time. I wanna have more fun~", Cirno explained as she got ready to fight.
"I'll make you pay for invading the forest!", Marisa shouted back and prepared for the unavoidable battle.

Mere seconds later, both girls began using their attacks and spell cards to try and best the other.
Using her magical skills, Marisa tried her best to hit Cirno, who in return tried to land hits with her ice skills.
"Icicle Fall!", the blue-haired fairy shouted out as she had small shards of ice rain down towards her blonde opponent.
Skillfully dodging them all, Marisa countered with one of her spell cards.
"Stardust Reverie!", she shouted out as a huge amount of stars in different colors were released in a circle around her, flying towards her target and every other direction.
Trying hard and actually managing to dodge the attack, Cirno took the opportunity to counter again.
Constantly trading attacks and dodging all of them, both girls gave it their all and hoped to remain victorious in the end.

About 15 minutes had passed when Cirno suddenly got an idea.
Grinning wide, the girl that is often considered to be stupid, showed a genius moment.
"Seems we know each others attacks quite well... how about my new trick?", the fairy asked.
"Ice Shackles!", she shouted out, yet nothing happened.
"Huh? What was that? Did you actually fail. How cute! I'll beat you noooOOOOOW!", Marisa giggled and made fun of Cirno, until solid rings of ice appeared on her wrists and were connected with a chain, also made of ice that was built up moments later.
"HA! I knew this would work hehe~! YAY!", Cirno shouted out cheerfully and created a simple ball of ice, which she then threw at Marisa.
"OWWWWW!!", the human girl shouted out as her head was hit by it, unable to move her hands up in time to block the ball, thanks to the surprisingly heavy ice shackles around her wrists.
Unable to block and being hit at full force, Marisa fell backwards and off her broom, which fell with her as result.

Deciding to not wanna give her opponent the chance to recover after landing on the ground, Cirno made some ice cold wind move the broom right to Marisa's achilles tendons, just to use her ice shackles again.
Not just shackling the witch's ankles like that, but also further tying them to the broomstick, the young fairy (at least for fairy standards), proved that she was a worthy opponent to face and not as stupid as people claim.
"That was unfair!!", Marisa shouted out as she fell and soon after hit the ground, barely able to move.
"Just admit that you've lost human girl! You're all mine now to play with~!", Cirno replied and grinned mischievously.
"In your dreams!", Marisa shouted back and struggled as much as possible, yet wasn't able to free herself from the solid ice.
While having planned to just defend the place where her house and that of her friend Alice Margatroid are located, Marisa had to realize that she had been acting too carelessly and now had to pay the price for her insatiable curiosity.

Obviously amused by Marisa's failed attempts to escape, Cirno further 'played' with her captive and created two ice pillars, one under her wrists, the other under her ankles, that came out of the icy ground and lifted the bound girl upwards and into mid-air.
Shivering from the cold conditions, mostly on her hands as they were in direct contact with the ice of the shackles and the surface of the pillar below her hands, Marisa tried to squirm and break free with more and more effort, yet continuously failed to do so.
"No matter how hard you try, you won't escape until I let you go~", Cirno explained.
While it was actually a threat in some way, it didn't really sound like one hearing the fairy's child-like voice and behaviour.
"What are you going to do with me now? It's getting really cold here", Marisa said, obviously wanting to be let go as soon as possible, fearing that otherwise she would end up dying from the cold, just like one out of 3 frogs that Cirno usually 'plays' with.

"No worries, you're gonna warm up in a bit hehe. I'm gonna play with you~", the cute looking fairy replied with a playful tone and grinned widely as she got close to her toy.
Still struggling and closely watching every single of her captor's action, the girl with the long blonde hair was wondering and a little worried about what may happen to her.
"This will be fun~!", Cirno announced as she removed the black shoes from Marisa's feet, revealing a big looking pair of feet in white socks, which wiggled a little as the cold air made contact with them.
"Hey, what are you doing there? Give me my shoes back!", Marisa insisted as soon as she felt her shoes come off.
"Oh no, not until I've had my fun hehe. This is gonna make both of us happy~!", the fairy shouted out in childlike excitement as she began pulling on the witch's socks too.
Not being able to get them off though as their upper part was stuck inside the shackles, Cirno scratched her head a bit.

"Hmm... how do I do this...?", she asked herself out loud and got a prompt answer from her captive, yet it wasn't a helpful one...
"Just like I always told you and other did too... You are and always will be an idiot", Marisa said and insulted the playful fairy.
"You shouldn't have said that~ You'll be very sorry in a bit~", Cirno exclaimed, her childish behaviour making it sounds rather cute than anything else.
The insult though seemed to have a good effect on the blue-haired fairy, as she created a single shard of ice with a sharp edge.
"H-hey! Be careful with this! You could injure someone with that thing!", Marisa shouted out and started thrashing in her helpless position, still not giving up on trying to find a way out of her misery.

"Silly witch~ I'll use it for something else~", Cirno explained and pulled at the front part of the socks.
Once pulled as far as possible, the fairy used the shard of ice and cut the toe parts of the socks off to bare Marisa's toes.
Pulling down the rest of the socks and slipping them over the heels, Cirno looked at a pair of perfectly treated size 10 (size 42 EU) feet, with medium long, slim and unpainted toes, as well as wrinkle-free and heavenly soft soles, which looked like they have barely ever been walked on, a theory that may not be so wrong, considering Marisa being sat on her broom a lot and thus rarely touching the floor with her feet.
"My, those look yummy~ Seems I hit a jackpot here~ At least from the looks hehe", Cirno shouted out happily as soon as she saw Marisa's bared feet and took a close look at them.
"Come on, stop that! My feet will get cold!", the young girl complained, slowly stopping her thrashing and finally realizing it was useless to try and break her icy chains anyway.

"No worries, I'll warm them up right away~!", the childish fairy replied happily and began to gently stroke her small fingers up and down Marisa's right foot.
"Ehehehehehe hehehehehey cut thahahahat out!", Marisa giggled a lot as soon as her baby soft skin was teased by Cirno's fingertips.
"Awww such cute giggles~ I wonder if I can make you laugh or even scream~", Cirno teased, once again sounding cute instead of sadistic, while stroking both soles from heels to balls.
"EheheHEHehEHeHEHehe! NOhoHOHOHoho!", the young witch replied with louder giggles and started squirming a little due to the ticklish sensations she felt.
Her reactions were a clear indicator for the fun-loving fairy to continue and further explore the sensitivity of the big feet which were at her every mercy.

Curling her toes and giggling further from the mix of cold air and the fairy's fingers teasing her smooth flesh, the teenage girl helplessly squirmed in her bonds.
A few strokes were enough for the blue-haired ice skill user to find out that Marisa was especially sensitive on her high arches.
"Awww~ Just as I hoped~ Your feet are so sensitive~ How about here?", Cirno asked as her fingers moved upwards and teasingly stroked the undersides of Marisa's beautiful toes.
The sudden strokes made the magic user squeak in surprise, before causing her to giggle uncontrollably.
"Eeeeeek! HahahaHAHAhaha IHIhihIHIhiHihi NOhohoHOHoho!", she giggled and was on the edge of laughter.
Further experimenting with the super sensitive skin in front of her, Cirno's fingers even went to stroke and tease the tender spots between Marisa's toes.
Those strokes proved to be quite effective as it made the teenage witch giggle as much as before, but squeal quite a lot in between her loud giggles.

"My, you're so ticklish on your feet witch girl. This will be fun~", Cirno said cheerfully and continued the gentle tease, one hand working under and between Marisa's toes, the other slowly spidering around the heels, arches, balls and outer lines in random patterns.
"Eeeeeek ihIHIHIHI ooooooo AHAhahaHAHahaha!", Marisa continuously giggled, laughed and squealed from all the different spots being targetted and being constantly surprised by the fairy girl's movements.
"I'm having a blast~! I could do this for hours~", Cirno said happily as she switched from using her fingertips to using her nails, still keeping the strokes rather soft.
Despite remaining playful still, Marisa was going from intense giggles to full, yet rather gentle laughter as the fairy's fingernails tickled more on her sensitive skin.
"AHAHAHAHA! OH NOHOHOHOHOHO!", she laughed and tried to wiggle her feet away from the tickly nails.
Her soles and toes were slowly turning red, yet it wasn't due to the light skittering on her skin, but more due to being barefoot in the cold.

From that point on, Cirno slowly increased the tickle speed, thus sinking Marisa into a steadily increasing fit of laughter.
"AHAHAHAHA! STAHAHAHAHAP IHIHIHIHIHIT!", the human girl shouted out and squirmed the little she could from the intense sensations she felt, but as before failed in escaping her ticklish fate.
"Why should I stop? It's so much fun~", the blue-haired girl replied and smiled almost sweetly at her prey, before scratching the soles and toes of the blonde witch rather quickly.
Innerly hoping for Cirno to get bored and let her go soon and even more to not end up with any bodily harm from the chilly conditions, Marisa let out a rather loud squeal and laughed even louder.
"KYAHAHAHAHAHAHA CIHIHIHIHIRNOHOHOHOHO! STAHAHAHAP ALREHEHEHEADY!!", she begged while being helplessly foot tickled.
Noticing how much fun the playfully cruel fairy had in tickling Marisa's further reddening bare feet, it was obvious though that the magic user wouldn't get free anytime soon, unless a miracle was to happen all of a sudden.

Even though she is usually very confident about herself and her skills, Marisa felt weak and helpless.
She had lost battles before, but being at the mercy of another person was something new to the young witch.
The surroundings weren't helping her feeling either as she had gotten herself trapped in a location at which her opponent has a territorial advantage.
"PLEHEHEHEHEHEASE LEHEHEHEHEHET ME GOHOHOHOHOHO!!", Marisa begged more while she felt the ticklish scratches continue to get worse by the second.
"Nope~! This is too much fun!", Cirno exclaimed and dug her nails deeply into Marisa's arches and the especially sensitive spots between her toes.
As reaction to the extreme tickle torment she was subjected to, Marisa screamed from the top of her lungs and thrashed in her bonds, yet it was still futile as the strong ice-chains and cuffs would neither break, nor get a single crack on them.

Marisa's body was in a mix between shivering from the cold, yet remaining a bit of warmth from the constant movement of her body.
Her hands and feet, all though the latter being tickled thoroughly, were starting to get a little numb from being in the freezing cold for minutes now.
It was worse for her hands though as their tops rested on the ice pillar, while her feet were hanging over the other pillar's edge.
Cirno tickled the poor girl's feet for several minutes without a break and also without the slightest bit of mercy.
"IYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAVE MERCY ALREHEHEHEHEHADY HAHAHAHA! THIHIHIS IS TOO MUHUHUCH!!", Marisa managed to scream between her tormented laughter.
"Awww come on hehe. Isn't it so much fun~! I guess a little break can't hurt though hehe", Cirno giggled.
Despite her rather evil and sadistic way to have fun, Cirno didn't seem like she was an evil person.
She could be more fittingly described as someone who has no idea of how much suffering her ways of having fun or ways of killing boredom causes people as she only thinks about the mostly innocent and fun parts of what she does.

Having been driven close to tears during the past few minutes, Marisa was gasping for air as soon as Cirno stopped the torture for a bit.
"Hehe this is fun~ I should keep you here for hours~!", Cirno announced and grinned happily.
"Please... no... this is too... much... At least... let's go... somewhere warm...", Marisa replied and looked at Cirno through teary eyes.
"Hmm... no~ It's too warm for me. I rather like it cold and chilly~", the ice-using fairy told the teen girl and surprised her by dragging an ice cube along the left sole.

"EEEEEEEEEK!!", Marisa squealed loudly in surprise as she felt the ice cube on her sole, yet it wasn't that much of a difference to how else her feet felt already.
"Hehehe, that was a fun reaction~", Cirno said cheerfully, "I think I'll continue now~!", she then added.
"Oh no, no please!", Marisa begged and shook her head in disbelief.
Fearing that a few more minutes of that would cause her hands, feet and other parts of her body to go numb, the blonde witch could only hope for someone to come and find her.
As Cirno's nails were almost making contact with Marisa's soles again, a big flurry of red orbs was coming from the side.
Totally catching her off-guard, Cirno was hit by them and smashed into one of the frozen trees.

Being the author of a book called 'Grimoire of Marisa' which is a collection of spell cards, their users and their attack patterns that Marisa had encountered once, she immediately recognized that attack.
"It's 'The Red Frog in the Fourth Year of the Houei Era'. I'm saved!", Marisa thought to herself as she watched it happen.
"Finally I've caught you!! I'll make you pay for freezing and even killing frogs with it!!!", the mystery attacker shouted.
Slowly coming back to senses after being hit hard, Cirno tried to get up, but was hit by another flurry of the red orbs, once again forcing her on the floor and even knocking her out.
Just a moment after, the attacker revealed herself.
Wearing a blue dress with a few frog ornaments on it, white, oversized sleeves as well as white knee-high socks and black shoes, the most noteworthy item on the small sized girl with longer blonde hair is her big brown hat though, as it has two large looking frog eyes on top.

Though she didn't look like one, this girl was no ordinary person though.
Her name is Suwako Moriya and is a goddess, living at the Moriya Shrine and is very fond of frogs, which Cirno loves to freeze.
The fact that the young fairy harmed lots of frogs in the past was enough for the small goddess to wanna teach her a lesson.
Using some rope she quickly tied the still floored Cirno up, while she was still and literally knocked out cold.

Marisa watched the show with mixed feelings.
On one side she was really happy to see Cirno getting beaten up, yet on the other side she was still tied up and helpless.
With the tickling having ceased, she felt the chill even more intense, thus causing her to shiver more.
"Someone help me please!", she called out, which caught Suwako's attention.
Seeing that she had bound Cirno tight enough for her to not be able to escape even if she was to wake up, Suwako went over to Marisa.

"Oh god, you poor thing, what did she do to you? You look all cold", the goddess said as she used her skills to free Marisa.
"Thanks Suwako, I'm happy that you came. Otherwise I might have been frozen solid by the time Cirno stopped", she said happily and was really happy that things turned out greatly for her in the end.
"You're welcome. I was only after Cirno, but I can't leave you behind here", Suwako replied with a smirk while Marisa rubbed her hands and feet a bit, before putting her partly cut off socks and shoes back on.
"Thanks again. Please punish her for me. I need to get home quickly and get a hot tea. I owe you one though so please let me know if there's something I can do for you", Marisa offered and picked up her broom.
"Sure, I'll let you know. For now though, get home and warm up. I'll handle this mischievous little fairy. Goodbye Marisa", Suwako said before picking up Cirno and rushing off with her, while Marisa sat down on her broom and flew off towards her home.


One hour later at Marisa's place:

"Here's your tea Marisa! Enjoy! How do you feel?", Alice, a good friend and neighbour of Marisa asked as she brought her a freshly brewed tea.
"Finally I'm warming up... thanks for coming over Alice. I really needed this after what happened", Marisa said and happily drank her tea.
Being sat up in her bed, covered by her blanket, she looked at the girl with the short blonde hair that was also a magic user, specialized in controlling dolls and puppets.
Sitting at the foot end of the bed, Alice nodded and grinned sweetly.
"I can imagine you needed it. I'm glad you're fine Marisa", she then said.

"Yeah me too. I also learned a bit about myself from this experience", Marisa revealed with a wide grin on her face.
"What is that? To not just rush into possibly dangerous places?", she asked, while the witch shook her head.
"Nope. Despite the intense way being too much, the gentle way is nice actually~", Marisa explained, leaving Alice to wonder what she meant.
"What do you mean Marisa? I don't get it", Alice said with a puzzled expression on her face.
"Wanna play with them a bit~?", Marisa then asked and winked at Alice as her smooth feet popped out from under the blanket and gently rubbed against Alice's arm.
"Ah, so you came back with a little kink, huh?", she asked and winked back, both girls blushing as Alice gently stroked her fingers against Marisa's soles.
Nodding and giggling in reply to the question and the strokes, Marisa and Alice enjoyed their time together.


At the same time at the Moriya Shrine:

"IYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'M SOHOHOHOHOHOHORRY!!", Cirno laughed loudly.
The blue-haired fairy was tied to a chair and with her bare feet trapped inside the floor.
Beneath the floor was a pit with dozens of frogs all extending their tongues constantly to get a magical substance off them, that Suwako had prepared and wasn't able to be licked off unless the young looking goddess wanted it so.
"Be as sorry as you wish Cirno, this won't spare you from the punishment you're receiving. Be happy it's only a total of 3 hours of tickle punishment. If I'd sentenced you to 1 minute for every frog that was shattered after you froze them, you would still be here laughing your head off next week.
"KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA PLEHEHEHEHEHEASE I CAHAHAHAHAN'T TAHAHAHAHAKE IHIHIHIHIT!! I'LL DO AHAHAHANYTHIHIHIHING JUST STAHAHAHAP!!", Cirno begged and even had tears in her eyes already as she tried to pull her feet away, which was futile.
Having to feel the sensations that Marisa felt earlier, Cirno had to realize that being tickled wasn't as much fun as tickling others, at least not to her.

With bright red cheeks, the fairy laughed on and on as the large amount of frog tongues on her feet was driving her mad.
"Once I'm done with you, I want you to freeze other things instead of frogs or forests!", Suwako insisted as she watching the laughing fairy's suffering.
"IYAHAHAHAHAHA I WIHIHIHIHILL HAHAHAHAHA! PLEHEHEHEASE STAHAHAHAP NOHOHOHOW!", Cirno screamed and begged.
"No, it's only been 15 minutes Cirno. Still a lot of time left for you to rethink your behaviour".
"NOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!!!!!", Cirno screamed and kept on laughing for the rest of her punishment, yet, it was unsure if that would make her stop 'playing' with frogs ever again...
