Blade: Goooooooooood evening ladies and gentlemen! Finally it's time for the first round of the first season of the Tickle Torture Tournament!
Risa: That's right Blade! I'm really excited to see the fights and I kinda wish I could take part myself.
Blade: I bet you do Risa, but unfortunately for you we have found 12 girls who are willing to tickle the others into submission to become the championess of the tournament and the "Queen Of Tickling".
Risa: Sweet title I'd love to win someday aswell hehe.
Blade: Who knows, maybe you'll get the chance someday. So what exactly will happen here is gonna be explained by our guest and former WTF Superstar Cynthia Storms!

Cynthia: Well well my loyal servants. Here's Cynthia Storms and I'll explain to each and everyone of you how stuff works around here, so listen closely cause I won't repeat myself!
*a screen shows listing the rules*
1. The competing girls will fight one on one with the goal to tickle the other into submission or if they refuse to give in, it works if they are tickled till they black out. Therefore the matches have no time limit.
2. Any interference in the match is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will be harshly punished, meaning that the one who intrudes the match is disqualified from the tournament and the competitor who got help is tied and tickled for 5 minutes straight by their opponent.
3. Since the participants have some special skills there is this special rule: Paralyzing skills are forbidden aswell. Binding attacks however are allowed but have to be broken within 5 seconds. Breaking this rule will be punished with 3 minutes of getting tied and tickled by the opponent.
4. Weapons are allowed, but as soon as a weapon is out of the ring, it is not allowed to be used again and removed from the match completely.
